- Lisa (8/5): Prima park voor verblijf met een gezin met kinderen. - Mooi schaduwrijk park grenzend aan de bossen. Je loopt of fietst direct vanaf het park het bos in. Ruim chalet met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Leuke animatie activiteiten voor kinderen. Jammer dat het binnenzwembad buiten gebruik is. In de badkamer misten we wat plankjes om toilettassen op te zetten. Bedden waren wat doorgezakt.

Wij hadden midden in de nacht last van muizen of een eekhoorn of een ander beestje (geen idee) dat heel de tijd over het dak heen en weer liep en iets in de spouwmuur leek te gooien (eikels, nootjes, zoiets..) Weinig geslapen doordat dit vrij lang door ging

- Ivo (7/5): Huisje goed, locatie voelde als Ter Apel - Het huis was zeer schoon, bedden lagen erg goed. Vooral de uitgebreide keuken met bestek was enorm prettig. Een broodrooster, waterkoker, en Nespresso apparaat (zonder cups) De auto parkeren bij het huisje is enorm prettig. Het huis was goed verwarmd. Overal asielzoekers, ik vind het niet correct dat dit nergens gecommuniceerd word als je gaat boeken. Je krijgt er niet echt een vakantie gevoel van. Veel word gerenoveerd dus zowel binnen als buitenzwembad niet toegankelijk. Laatste was dan wel weer te lezen op Booking. In het huis waren geen handdoeken, tevens kreeg ik terwijl de prijs op Booking all in was, een mail van Topparken met 43 euro voor bedlinnen. Dat is niet wat all-in inhoud. Dat voelt als extra centen persen.

Wij wonen in het buitenland en wilden vroeg vertrekken, waardoor we de auto (ingepakt) op de openbare parkeerplaats buiten de slagbomen moesten zetten omdat er niet voor 7.30 uitgereden kan worden. Niet mogelijk een 2e sleutel van het huisje te krijgen (we waren bereid daarvoor te betalen, maar niet mogelijk).

De prijs: we moesten ook extra betalen aan verplichte lakenpakket (als het verplicht is moet het in de prijs begrepen zijn!) terwijl we lakens bij ons hadden. Voor handdoeken moesten we ook extra betalen!
- Marc (10/5): Comfortabel huisje in een mooie setting - Het superschone huisje Rialto bij het Gelloo was voor ons de perfecte plek voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het huisje is comfortabel, in ons geval voor een fam van 3. De ligging is prachtig en rustig, midden in de natuur en toch dichtbij Ede en Veenendaal. Alles klopt: van de ruimte en het comfort tot de sfeer en omgeving. Al met al een zeer positieve ervaring en absoluut een aanrader. Zero

- Eva (10/5): Echt genieten! - Een mooie schone en moderne chalet. Het park is niet druk en outdated zoals vele center parks. Het is een verfrissing om hier te verblijven. Heel veel verschillende leuke speeltuinen. Een leuk zwembad en indoor speeltuin. Lekker eten kan je hier ook zeker! De mensen zijn hier vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het park ligt ook nog in een prachtige omgeving en via het park heb je een hek direct het bos in. Enorm genieten hier!

- Ewelina (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place to stay with family. Many playgrounds, swimming pool, indoor playroom for kids, bike rental. We stayed in chalet and had adjacent parking spot. Houses are fully equipped and heated. Even though the camping is huge there is a feeling of privacy. Surroundings are quiet and wooded, ideal for bike tours. If you are travelling by car, this place is usually an hour away. I would definietely recommend staying here and I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

- Tatiana (1/5): Bad - The chalet at TopParken – Recreatiepark ’t Gelloo was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was modern, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. The peaceful environment and connection to nature were truly refreshing. Unfortunately, my experience at this park was one of the worst I’ve ever had in all my travels. The place operates like a military camp, with strict entry and exit times. If you don’t comply, they block your car access without any flexibility. The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and inflexible throughout my 28-day stay. The location is extremely isolated, far from any civilization, and the park lacks basic amenities for guests. I tried to buy a soda twice, and both times the vending machine was broken. There is no internal structure to serve guests, which is highly inconvenient. The absolute peak of disrespect occurred on my checkout day. I had been suffering from a high fever due to a severe cold and overslept. My daughter went to the reception (which is far from the chalet, and there’s no phone communication) to request a late checkout. This was denied. At 10:15 AM, an extremely rude and aggressive man banged on my door. I asked for a minute as I was in my underwear, but he shouted that he didn’t have a minute and barged into the chalet, demanding I leave immediately. When I went to the reception to explain the situation, the manager tried to justify the behavior by saying the cleaning team needed access. No one apologized for the humiliation and lack of basic human decency. My daughter and I were left outside the chalet with our luggage, feeling like beggars, waiting for my husband to arrive. The staff’s solution for storing our luggage was to place it in a container near the trash area. Yes, near the garbage! I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced such humiliation, disrespect, and lack of empathy. I sincerely believe this treatment was rooted in racism and xenophobia, as we do not speak Dutch. I wanted to go straight to the police, but I held back because my 12-year-old daughter was terrified.

- Maxim (8/5): Nice location, good value for the money, communication could be clearer. - Houses are freshly built or renovated, have everything you might need. The pool is only open 10 am to 17 pm, on Sunday 12 am to 17 pm. So if you are for a short stay only - don’t expect that you can use the indoor swimming pool in the morning or evening. The communication wasn’t that clear. I got an invoice per email directly from the accommodation, besides the one I paid directly to Booking. It was for the bed linen. It was sent right after I booked. Next morning I wanted to pay it - it was not valid and replaced by a new, higher one. I had to call and ask why, and was told that now it included the deposit. Why not to do it directly then? Bed linen wasn’t optional, so I paid and relaxed. When we arrived though, the beds were made but there were no towels included. Would be great to know this in advance.

The park surroundings were very picturesque and it was nice to have the opportunity to connect with nature. It was a bonus to explore the local area via several walks that we discovered. The 24hr vending machine was handy.

- Iis (8/5): We have really nice time together in this place; enjoy the pool and restaurant except the weather ☺️ - We did our Own breakfast, and it’s really nice since we had all facilities that we wanted. Need a little bigger bowl 🥣 for soup och cereal to the breakfast.

- Wei (9/5): Cosy family getaway during the cold weather - The indoor playground and swimming pool were great for the children during the rainy days. The pool water was warm and the indoor plaground also had heating turned on. The cabin was well equipped and clean, also the plugs were childproof, which made it safe for small children. The additional costs were not very transparent from the description and created a lot of confusion on how much we had to pay in total. The bed linens and towels are compulsory to pay additionally, which was not included in the booking.com payment so you have to pay that separately. Parking is also a separate cost. As the park was located secludely, you need to drive or cycle to the nearest supermarket for groceries.

- Kevin (8/5): Nice place for a quiet get away! - The chalet was very nice and clean. The pool was nice too. The apartment was not stocked with hardly anything and since we came by bike we had to spend time going to the store to get more supplies like paper towels and other comforts.
- Sakariya (7/5): Good - Helpful and friendly staff. The check in and out is very quick and no hassle. The park has easy access to the closest town. Would recommend again! There was no hairdryer and towels have to be paid extra as not included.
