• Lisafancy (10/5): A jewel hotel and location - Where do I begin, the first thing you see when you open the door the foyer is immaculate it's warm and inviting, Callie our concierge is FANTASTIC! She was so warm and accommodating and anything you needed she had helpful suggestions for local restaurants, beaches, things to do and I could go on and on. The next jaw stopper is the views from the room! The room itself is immaculate, clean, well designed, perfectly located to move around and we'll maintained. This is a very central stop to be in to access anywhere you want to go. Would stay there again and again. Oh and the breakfast was amazing 👏 🤩 NOTHING I WOULD NOT CHNAGE A THING OTHER THA WE HAD TO GO BACK HOME

• janet (9/5): If you do not have car this is the place to stay you have access to everything in walking distance - The room included breakfast which was great! They serve it to you overlooking the beautiful blue water on your terrace. This is a perk you do not want to miss the food was excellent. Please keep in mind if you stay in Mykonos town. The Car service or cab can only take you so far then you have to drag your bags to your destination. Luckily Nicky and Panos at Blue Utopia are willing to assist.

Falta de tomadas para aparelhos brasileiros ou falta de adaptadores no quarto. Também não solicitei. Como ficava no primeiro andar, as malas tiveram que subir e descer pela escada. O pessoal da recepção teve que fazer força.

• Lindsay (10/5): Bluetopia Suites - Absolutely Fantastic - What a fantastic place to stay. Brilliant location overlooking Little Venice. The staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely, modern, spotlessly clean and with all the facilities you would need.Breakfast was superb and served every morning on our balcony at a time that suited us. What a great place to stay. Not one thing, it was absolutely excellent and we will definitely be back.
• Amy (10/5): Like a postcard! - It was lovely. All good. Perfect location for the view. Friendly staff and nice breakfast too. Very clean and sleek modern design. I would certainly recommend to others going to Mykinos. A very small thing, but you might be bothered by the music at night if you are a light sleeper. Maybe offer ear plugs. It didn't disturb me at all, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the view from the shower is great, but maybe a bit too open if you are not with your lover. Just suggestions in general. I was in the hotel business myself. 😄

• 拓朗 (9/5): Very good. - It has a good location in Little Venice and very convenient to catch the seabus to the Old port for Ferry to other island. Although it is a small scale hotel operated by family, it offers very hospitable service including a nice breakfast to be delivered to our room.
• Rolf (5/5): Lage super - Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, super. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Kein Frühstücksraum, Frühstück kann nur im Zimmer genommen werden! WC hat offene Fragen, beim Spülen kein WC Papier in Schüssel geben!! Wir wurden aufmerksam gemacht dass ev. kein Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden ist, es wurden aber Flaschen bereitgestellt. Was zum Glück nicht vorkam, wir hatten aber kein gutes Gefühl.

• Reece (9/5): - The view is incredible! Such a lovely experience to be right on the water and watch the sunset. They provided water in the fridge and complimentary wine which was very nice. We enjoyed the omelette and fresh orange juice at breakfast. The location is close to several bars, and there were times we would be hearing music blasting into the early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep.

It’s a 5 minute walk from the sea bus and located in the middle of all the shopping and night action. It made it easy to do a last minute 24 hours in Mykonos Also the omelette and breakfast was the perfect way to wake up.
• Tanja (9/5): Tolles, kleines Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen in zentraler Lage - Absolut zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, gepflegt, sauber, schön eingerichtet,… praktisch alles ;-) die Fenster dämmen gut, was bei der lauten Umgebung wichtig ist. Wir durften auch kostenfrei länger im Zimmer bleiben, da unser Flug spät gegangen ist und so konnte unser Kind noch mittags schlafen. Das Frühstück wird frisch nach den Gästewünschen zubereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Zentraler wohnen geht außerdem nicht! Wenn man ganz pingelig sein möchte: eine Möglichkeit als Hotelgast aufs Meer zu sehen, ohne Zimmer mit Meerblick zu haben, gibt es nicht. Also keine kleine Terrasse bzw. kein Fenster oÄ.

Очень удобное месторасположение)) Хороший завтрак в романтической атмосфере)) В номере было оченьдушно и жарко, конциционер был не включён, хотя о нашем прибытии в 16 часов мы сообщили заранее. Также никто не подсказал заранее какая парковка наиболее подходит. Нет услуг по доставке багажа (хотя бы платных), как на Санторини например. В результате пришлось катить тяжёлые чемоданы 10 минут по очень узким улочкам...

• Angharad (10/5): Oasis in little venice - Incredible breakfast served in your own balcony, the staff were lovely, great smelling soaps and a strong shower. It’s right at the end of little venice so you see lots of water and not loud at night but less than 5 mins walk away from all the bars and shops. Would definitely stay again. It’s in a walking only area so a little tricky to reach with heavy bags, worth it though!

More so than I thought, but no fault of the hotel. Just be prepared. As much as we loved the view, you can’t enjoy it for very long. Once the sun is out full force, it’s over. I wish there was an umbrella and I wish it was a little more cozy.

• Marc (9/5): Iconic Mykonos - View from Room 1 was iconic, directly over a short stretch of water to the famous Mykonos windmills. There is likely no better view on Mykonos. The breakfasts prepared to order and served on the balcony of the room were excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, although minimally furnished. The location in Little Venice is excellent. Getting to the property is quite difficult. The taxi could only take us to the edge of town, about 700 meters away. We had help from the staff, but it was still a long way. The water in Mykonos is not potable, but the hotel provided only 1 liter of bottled water a day. In this situation, unlimited drinking water should be provided. The rooms are not suites, at best they are medium sized hotel rooms, with limited storage space.

From the shower you can look outside and see the water. The breakfast every morning in your room was 10/10, so delicious. It was loud and could always hear music at night in our room.

The balcony offers an incredible view and having breakfast outside above the water was a dream! The staff went above and beyond to help us with luggage, finding a beach to go to, bus routes, and scheduling a taxi. They were so kind and personable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Food was delicious! We would come back in a heart beat. Nothing, it was a dream vacation!

• Yaz (10/5): Luxurious accomodation and breathtaking views - The service was exceptional and included being met at midnight by a staff member who carried our terribly heavy suitcases and met us where the taxi dropped us off, who also organised and carried our suitcases to the taxi pick up point when we were leaving Breakfast was delivered right on time as per our preferred time, a delicious fresh meal that was more than enough per person. The pictures don’t actually do it justice, the room is so clean, the view is exceptional and yep, one more time now - the service is impeccable. We realise that almost every time we now see a pic of Little Venice we can literally point to the balcony where we stayed. Close enough to the action but the sound of the water and the thick glass means you don’t get disturbed by the noise at night. Would absolutely recommend this 10 out of 10 hotel Nothing, we were very happy
• Nuage (10/5): Exceptional - This was hands down the best room in Mykonos. Once inside, you don't want to leave. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The room was beautiful, very clean and modern. Since it's located near bars, it can be quite noisy at night. However, it didn't bother us.

• Natacha (7/5): Breathtaking view but... - The view is breathtaking. We've enjoyed it for sunset, breakfast. Clearly the main asset of this hôtel. Location is also very central. We were disappointed by the lack of cleaniness in the shower (mold on the grout). The matress was old and out of shape. There is a lot of loud music AT night in the neighbourhood.

Great location for the old town, dining, shopping, etc. The breakfast could not have been better and we loved having it on the balcony with the most stunning view. Each staff member was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, excellent shower and bath amenities, daily housekeeping and it overlooked the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean. We hope to return another time. Nothing! We liked everything!

• Madeline (10/5): Exceeded expectations. Best views in Mykonos Town - The breakfast service every morning was amazing. The views were very beautiful and some of the best in town. The location was perfect for walking around and easily getting home from bars and restaurants in the evenings. The staff was very helpful with making sure we knew the best ways to get to the hotel and also helping us figure out how to get back to the ferry. Entrance to the hotel after closing hours was a code with a keypad that was very easy and convenient. The ocean water was so clear right off the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms with very spacious. They even provided a bottle of wine to welcome us. We definitely plan to go back

• Antonis (10/5): Perfect Stay!! The photos do not do justice!! - Better than shown on photos! especially when you look at the photo of the exterior! The room like brand new inside with a very efficient use of space. The bed is facing the sea and you can hear the waves crashing right outside. You can see the windmills and the sunset from your balcony. This is probably the best place to stay at in Mykonos. You are right in Chora and the entrance is right in the middle of all the beautiful (white and blue) streets of Chora are. The breakfast was amazing!! Served on our balcony at a time we chose!. That was a perfect stay, The room is very sound proof and although there are lots of parties and lots of music around, as soon as you close all doors you cannot hear anything. A few things not visible in the website photos: 1. the shower is behind the bed and it is a separate room from the toilet so that's really good. (there is a small window in the toilet for ventilation. 2. the shower head and extra jets are like you are in a SPA. 3. The breakfast is phenomenal, very well cooked, very tasty and there is yougurt, jam, honey, pancakes, omelletes, fresh bread and way more.. 4. There are doors that you can close so that the light does not come in the room in the morning. 5. The interior is in pristine condition, everything is shiny.
• Abbie (10/5): Luxury in a beautiful part of Mykonos - Such a gorgeous place, felt very private, located in Little Venice, so right in the thick of things. The balcony over the water with your own private view out at the boats as they pass by was the best and the breakfast delivered to the suite every morning was such a luxury. Keyless entry is genius as you are just given a code so don’t stress about misplacing the key card, staff were friendly and I would stay here again. It didn’t bother us but be prepared to weave your way through heavy crowds to get to this spot, small bags are the best bags. If a lot of cruise ships have docked then you’ll be slowly walking and you weave, this is a pedestrian only zone and the taxis will only take you as far as the bus station, so it’s a 8min walk from there.

• Uddyam (10/5): Love the place! Highly recommended - With a view and location like theirs, I am sure they can get away with poor service and people would still come here! But, their service, room quality, breakfast service (in our balcony overlooking Little Venice!), cleanliness - everything was top notch. Can't find fault anywhere. Absolutely loved our stay. When people start crowding in the streets and cafes / pubs for sunset and drinks, we could just pop into our balcony with our bottle of wine and enjoy the best possible view in the city! Nothing
