- Jessica (8/5): - The room was out dated but pretty clean, bed wasn’t very comfortable and that’s ok I guess. I found no bugs either which is most important to me! Was overall a decent experience. The front staff woman was very nice.
- Nagle (7/5): -

- luis (4/5): - Old building and he was nasty.
- FarAway21195366297 (8/5): Great value - This is a great rate for when you're just sleeping and showering. Management was nice and friendly. Will stay next year as well.
- Kristin (8/5): - It was clean and quiet and the air conditioning worked. It was really all we were looking for. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it, but it was just what we were looking for.
- Joel (7/5): Nice spot for a road trip break - The property was convenient for us as it was just off the highway. We were able to book it fairly last minute & it was good enough for our needs at the time. I don’t know of anything to mention here
- jenel (2/5): - Hard to sleepy and burns your eyes trying to sleep,
- Cherie (6/5): - There was boot prints on the ceiling toilet paper holder fell off the wall.
- Carla (8/5): - Good, affordable place to stay for a night right off the highway! Comfortable bed and friendly check-in staff.
- Dan (8/5): - Decent place for the price beds were comfortable would stay again
- Walter (8/5): Great place for money but a major screw up charging me $100 extra - No breakfast provided The $100 deposit is still on my credit card long after it was removed by the motel manager. She said that it was Booking.com that has not removed it. I will be calling Booking and challenging the payment on my credit card
- Krystal (10/5): - N/a
- Matthew (6/5): Quick stop - Very quick stop over during road trip. Pleasant check in. Don't understand high ratings.... property is clean but pretty desperately needs a freshening up. Large TV with a nice selection of channels. Suited us for the 7 hours we were there to mainly sleep.
- Michelle (10/5): - Clean room and friendly staff. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. There’s not much around the direct area. But it’s safe and a good price for what it is.
- Allen (10/5): - Very quiet, cozy rooms. Not the most updated but they were fine for just staying a night
- Svetlana (9/5): Superb -
- Jacob (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (8/5): The moneys right - The beds were comfortable abd the check in and out were fast and friendly. For the price its adequate and id stay again if i had too.
- Cheryl (2/5): - I have stayed here in the past because its affordable for the time spent there. This time the toilet was broke and I came home 2 days later..bed bug bites.I did look before sleeping but I got them.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brown (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable beds. Several cobwebs. Dead flies in window sills.
- Rd (4/5): Disappointing -
- Douglas (9/5): Superb - The woman at the desk looked us in the and was genuinely welcoming. She gave us a room larger than the one we had booked. We arrived late and she said the nicer room would go to waste if we didn’t use it. Okay, she was thoughtful, too. Exterior was a little tired. I hope she gets bookings and can take some profit to ‘exterior decorate’.
- Randall (2/5): - The room was extremely outdated with something covered in a sheet right outside my door( After seeing the room I just wanna know what it was) Counted 14 spiders all over the room
- Rister (6/5): overall fair - overall fair
- Greg (8/5): - Staff was friendly and explained everything in detail.
- Julianne (2/5): - We booked a room online and the manager could see that the reservation was there but had an administrative issue and refused to give us a room until it was sorted out with Travelocity. We had arrived with two young kids around 9pm and were not able to get them into the room while I stayed to sort it out, terrible customer service. We ended up leaving and requested a refund.
- aaron (2/5): - Bad
- Dean (10/5): - The lady who checked me in was very nice and kind.
- Brian (8/5): Very good - Location and parking right outside of the room. That it has a microwave and mini fridge. Mattress was very thin.
- Sarah (10/5): - We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was surprisingly wonderful. For a lower cost level, this room was large, exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We would stay here again if passing through the area.
- Andrea (10/5): Last second stay - Decided last minute to stay in Wauseon. Booked the room and took what was available. The lady at the hotel was lovely and friendly. The room was large and the beds and pillows were comfortable. No complaints.
- Melissa (7/5): Good - The hotel is dated, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Best thing was how quiet the hotel was even being right by a highway.
- Cathy (10/5): - They couldn't find my reservations which I made through Expedia!!! I was not a happy camper when I found this out😡
It was not Rodeways fault but Expedias which is why I gave Rodeway high marks even though I have not been there.
- Jennifer (2/5): - They only gave us 1 towel and rag knowing there were going to be 4 people staying in one room, no extra toilet paper and the air conditioner was so filthy that we had to take the cover off it amf clean all the dirt and dust off it so it would actually work and get cold. They could of gave me a partial refund!
- Anthony (8/5): Nice older moter - Seemed very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. Location is perfect for activities at the fairgrounds. The room had a tv, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. There was an ice machine available. All rooms are on ground level. There's a restaurant right next door. It's an older motel that can't hide its age, but generally, it's in pretty good condition. The friend I was sharing the room with suffered about a half dozen insect bites on our second night in the room. I didn't get bit at all. We couldn't find any signs of bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, so it's a mystery.
- Susan (6/5): - The beds were very uncomfortable and although clean, the sinks had been painted in order to “update” them. It was chipped and scarred. Replacement sink tops would’ve made so much difference.
- Dawn (10/5): - Great area for parking with a trailer, restaurants within walking distance. Close to The Fulton County Fairgrounds.
- Richard (10/5): Economical choice for short stay - Filled an immediate need for a few hours of sleep on the road. Checked in at around 1am. Desk clerk very friendly and polite.
- JACK (2/5): - If you’re looking for any sign of a comfortable stay, this isn’t it. However it served its purpose and the diner next door was a pleasant surprise. Happy I had my camping sheets and extra stuff with me.
- Jianxin (2/5): - not very clean.
The staff is nice.
- Nicolas (4/5): -
Staff was very welcoming and friendly, super accommodating and even waived the deposit which was welcome. However my biggest complaint would be the state of the room, specifically the fact that it was infested with ants and spiders. My first 10 minutes of sitting down had me get bit by a little eight-legged cretan, followed by my feet being swarmed by a dozen ants and more once I was actually in bed. No bed bugs that I could see but the ants and spiders were pretty intolerable. Still picking off a few from my luggage on the road. Not sure if it's just the specific building that I was in or if both buildings will have this issue, or if it was even just the room itself but definitely consider it if you're going to stay here. Otherwise for the price and service if you just need somewhere for a quick stay then you can't really do much worse.
- Relax02927815026 (10/5): GREAT - Great value and you get clean well kept room. Desk manager is the kindest and helpful man. Had a fire at my apartment and needed somewhere in the area to spend 2 nights. Just a real family atmosphere. Room had small fridge/freezer and microwave. This was helpfull, cheaper than eating out picked up few things at Walmart and saved on meal time.
- Jaret D (10/5): - Would stay again
- Wright (2/5): Pay a little more and stay somewhere else - Dated, dingy rooms. Horrible beds actually made my back hurt. No working outlets besides the ones used by their appliances.
- Naimish (10/5): - Overall good in this budget
- Suber (3/5): Poor -
- Aaron (2/5): - Not a place I would ever stay again
- Roy (10/5): - Clean and quiet friendly staff
- Brown (7/5): Good - Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.
- Jonathan (10/5): Beyond helpful staff - Room super clean!! Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Blue Ribbon diner right next door with good food and gas station right next door. Was up for family emergency from Tennessee and staff bent over backwards being helpful!!! Direct tv but not motel's problem.
- Michael (10/5): - The staff is always friendly and very attentive to my needs.
- Stephanie (2/5): BED BUGS - When we got to thw room it was clean and cozy. We went to bed and thats when it went downhill. I was woken up at 3am being eaten by bugs. We took the sheet off and saw bugs everywhere. They were on the mattress, all in the box springs EVERYWHERE! BED BUGS... I packed my things in a plastic garbage bag and tied it up and went to front office to let them know. The lady in the office was so kind and empathetic. She said the owner would call me in the morning. I never received a call. I contacted Hotels.com and currently waiting on escalation department to contact me for a FULL refund.
- vyacheslav (2/5): - This place is filthy , this hotel should be shut down for good
- nancy (10/5): - This is a no frills motel. They offer a low priced place to sleep and its 2 minutes from I 90. Unlike most similiar motels, This Rodeway Inn is very well maintained, everthings works, a very solid door dampens road noise and the television functions completely with a subscription to Direct TV.
The folks who run the place clearly care about making this Rodeway Inn the nest it can be.
- James (10/5): - Friendly helpful staff, large room, easy access right off toll road exit, perfect for our one night stay.
- Lana (8/5): - It was a decent place for a night stop over. Room was clean everything worked beds were a little hard but other than that it was a good choice and i will stay again when in the area
- Jimmy (10/5): Great motel for the value! - Love this motel, always stay here when we're in the area for business travel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
- Adam (3/5): Poor - On-site truck parking Small room and woke up with bite marks all over me believe it to be bed bugs
- Ricky (4/5): - Felt as though, I was being rushed out. When I still had time before check out.
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Felicia (8/5): Great Staff! - I only stayed 1 night because I had to pull over due to the winter storm, so it was lasy minute- but! I was overall very happy with the staff and I felt safe ( I was travelling alone ). The rooms are dated and need upgrades that are pretty obvious, but! it was very clean and the bed was great.
- Athiti (6/5): Pleasant -
- john (10/5): - easy access to 80
- James (10/5): - Great place to get off the road for the night, but this very old property is not a place to vacation at. Bed, linens were comfy and inexpensive rate. Pet friendly w/ $20 pet fee. Lots of grass to walk the dog.
- Chuck (9/5): I COME HERE EVERY YEAR DURING FAIR TIME. STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL FRIENDLY, AND REMEMBERS ME. - LOCATION, PRICE COMFORT HOT WATER AT SINK BARELY RUNS. FLOORS NEED MOPPING (WHEN GOING BAREFOOT MY FEET GOT BLACK)
- David (6/5): - It was fine but definitely a 1 star hotel
- Mike (10/5): - Manager was very nice and helpful
- Gerald (3/5): no where near acceptable. - check out of this place. dirty conditions, plumbing issues with commode and shower, coffee pot missing, problems with booking check-in, disputed amount with management and booking, I had to wait at least one hour before issues were dissolved between booking and motel employee, bedding was not very clean, this place is a mess.
- Timothy (10/5): - Decent hotel for what it is. 2nd night had better room. I guess you have to ask if you want tv tho. And AC isnt left on, so when you go into room its warm. Great if you want a bed and shower
- Jay (10/5): - Hotel was basic but it was clean and provides what we needed for the four days we were there. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (6/5): - It was clean but needed some serious updating. Originally booked a double occupancy but was called and told they were over booked and could we talk a single. That was ok but when we got up the next morning the motel was mostly empty. The free breakfast was a breakfast bar and no ice to be had. WiFi did not work.
- Michael (2/5): - Terrible
- R. Alan (10/5): - Nice place to rest your bidy after a ling drive. Restaurants are about 4 mins away in town.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Cavestany (10/5): - Very courteous and friendly.
- Davis (1/5): Bad - I didn't understand you took my money
- X4206XWashleyl (8/5): Friendly Environment - Very basic, room was clean, front desk is very friendly. If you lose something just ask them they will give it back if found. Pets are allowed, the deposit is nothing steep. If youre a cold person you'll love the hot water and heater.
- Chris (2/5): Horrible, absolutely horrible. - Horrific. The first thing the manager said to me was "you booked through a 3rd party and they only paid us $37." I ignored it the 1st time but them he kept complaining and finally gave me my room key. Upon entering the room, a large dog in the room next door kept barking. I returned to the manager and since the parking lot was empty besides my vehicle, asked for a different room because of the dog. The manager said he was sold out and could not help, then said this is the accommodation you get for $37. It was the worst hotel stay of my life.
- Robert (7/5): Good - Location Very little hot water
Price
No breakfast
- robert (6/5): - It is a passable inexpensive hotel. However, the room smelled of some awful disinfectant.
- Samuel (1/5): Bad - Rooms needed to be cleaned better. My coworker killed a cockroach in his room. The heater did not work properly.
- Whitaker (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (8/5): - It is old but has been painted and new flooring installed. Bedding and linen are clean. It is very basic but, if that is what you want, the price is right.
- Rodney (4/5): Disappointing -
- David (4/5): - Very worn. Rear building was very poorly lighted.Easy location to interstate and check in was easy just terribly dated and in poor condition.Ok for a single guy but wouldn’t bring my wife there.
- Leisa (7/5): It's a great value and I would stay there again. - The location was close to the turnpike and Wauseon had a lot of the amenities needed. The room was comfortable for the price difference within the surrounding area. I was on a job and I just needed a place to sleep. I would stay there again for the value. They are very kind and are always offering to help if there are any problems. If you are looking for a Palace and a pool. This is not for you. It's a nice place to stay and sleep. Direct TV. Being in a rural location, the Direct TV had issues connecting to the satellite. I'm glad I do not personally have them for servicing.
- Jennifer (2/5): Dirty Rooms - I asked for a different room due to my blankets being dirty. I was told there were no other rooms, the blanket was not dirty then I was accused of wanting a refund because I found a cheaper hotel. I showed the photo of dirty bedding. He said no that’s not dirty. Refused to refund my money. I was not rude to him but he was rude to me. He could have offered to change the blankets but did not even offer that. $91 to pay in a dirty room
- Amanda (10/5): Nice - The room was larger than I thought it would be and good location of 80&90
