Trip2theWorld (1/5): - Nichts Ich wurde bestohlen. Genau die Kamera zu meinem Zimmer ging natürlich nicht. Die Kamera an der Rezeption wurde gar nicht geprüft. Lage für weiße nicht zu empfehlen. Stecken alle unter einer Decke mit ihrer Korruption. Die Angestellte schloss auch immer wieder mein Zimmer auf, wenn ich es verlassen habe. Shampoo etc musste alles gesagt werden, dass es aufgefüllt werden muss.

Ongpauco (8/5): Nice stay for hikers like me who need a rest overnight before heading back home :) - I forgot that the check out time was 11 am but the staff let me stay for an hour as I prepared before checking out. Thanks!! Nothing so far. Amazing experience :)

Paige (8/5): - Great communication. I arrived late due to my flight, which meant there was no reception (they leave at 7pm), but they have a very easy self check it procedure. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The room was tiny! Luckily my bag could squeeze under the bed, but I imagine it would be super cramped if everyone had suitcases. Showers could do with an upgrade.

Arfem (9/5): Nice place to stay! - Smooth check in /out. They have a back up process for late check in which was highly appreciated. Great value for money. Amazing and accommodating staffs and crew. Located near the main roads and 24/7 establishments. Bed Lamp do not work.

Arvin (1/5): Awful - They are unresponsive They are completely unresponsive. I booked here because it seemed affordable and clearly indicated my late arrival time. No one replied or answered after 7 PM, leaving me stranded after already paying. I had to find another place last minute, which ruined my trip. I tried to sort it out with them, but they clearly didn’t care and just brushed me off. Terrible experience — do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in Poblacion.

Near the major roads and easy transport. I was able to leave my things before the check in time and those were safe and secured. Thank you and well done team! My name was not posted on the shoe rack. Francisco (5/5): Disappointing stay - The photos do not reflect the reality of the place, which is much more run-down. The breakfast also does not match the photos. The bathroom taps only work if you hold them (which makes it impossible to wash both hands at the same time or make a cup shape to wash your face, for example). The common area is unbearably hot. Although not the dirtiest place in the world, it wasn’t particularly clean either (I saw cockroaches during breakfast). The guests are 90% Filipino, and I encountered some with poor manners. The sockets are loose and make chargers fall out, and they’re the only ones in all of Asia where I needed a different adapter. On top of all this, the guy at reception was really, really bad. Issues with reception: • I booked well in advance and mentioned several times that I needed a lower bunk bed. Of course, when I arrived, I didn’t get one. I insisted again but without success. • I was not given a locker key unless I specifically asked for one. • When I asked if they had a plug adapter, he told me to go buy one. After I insisted, he found one in a drawer and lent it to me for the stay. • When I asked for a place to eat, he had no suggestion. • At all 4 breakfasts, I had to ask and wait for things to be restocked. Given that the breakfast is poor (bread and jam), area is small and right next to reception, I don’t think that’s acceptable. • On one of the mornings, I asked for more jam. They said yes, but 20 minutes later, when I followed up, they told me it was past breakfast time (even though I had asked well within the schedule). All in all, it's very bad. Worst place I've stayed on my trip so far, and I don't recommend it.

Many food options, 24/7 in the area in case, you wanna grab some snack anytime of the day. Accommodating and responsive staffs. Clean room... depends with your room mates. :) I arrived late night and I am missing a blanket which I immediately reported to the Admin. Told them that, not sure if someone get my assigned blanket and/or I don't have one at all. The admin responded and confirmed that I should have one and they will investigate on the issue. The Desk Officer, handed over a blanket when they resume office. Just an FYI.

Caroline (10/5): Everyone needs a crossroads - The hostel was immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly. The beds were comfy. The offer of having cup of noodles when ever was great. Cosy vibes. Even tho the road is noisy and busy once in the hostel you gear very little noise.

Pretty functional. Located in a local neighbourhood so it's a good opportunity to see daily life of Filipinos. Not a party hostel.
