- James (6/5): - Fair budget focused cost. To reach hotel from the airport is a nightmare with luggage - packed narrow lanes with people bikes tuks and cars. Not to mention poor road surfacing, uneven roads and walkways. Also need to wind around blocks to eventually get there. The room itself is aged. Relatively clean although hairs were noticed in shower. Hot water knob fitting was loose. The bed was clean however not plush and can feel springs the instant to crawl into bed. Plenty of market style food and shops around. 7eleven very close by. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again just because of the difficulty reaching the hotel via public transport.

Could hear traffic sometimes from the 5th floor. There are seats for eating in the evening which caused us to miss the entrance the first time. Location was great; right next to the night market. Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay in Bangkok.

- Relax52643793804 (2/5): I won't stay here twice - OMG the most terible hotel I've ever stayed. I have been stay in any hotel in Bangkok. but this hotel very very terible. I shopped at Big C, then there they used boxes for groceries and I wasn't allowed to bring the boxes into the room. They said , the hotel just for sleep. OMG that's very strange The aircon very noisy, the window open cannot lock , not recommend at all! and THE STAFF VERY RUDE! never come again to this hotel

- Xie2 (8/5): Crowded area - Rhe hotel is clean, the staffs are helpful, but the location is in a small and crowded street. The wall is thin, we could hear someone moving from the next room. If you want to find the airport link you must pass along the railway full of gravels. Tuk tuk is a better option for the transportation. Fortunately the location of the hotel is close to Pratunam Night Market with a lot of eateries so no need to buy breakfast from this hotel.

Toilet was smelling like sewage that permeates into the room. Bed and pillows were fine. But overall condition of the room was not ideal. 3.5/10
- 223jensenc (6/5): Budget hotel in heart of Pratunam - If budget is 1 key consideration for your Bangkok trip, that is, you want low rate and good location, then Patra Boutique Hotel is great. I list the hits and misses for easy reference - A) Hits : - great for budget conscious - in center of Pratunam, eating and shopping just steps from hotel entrance - good clean room with comfy bed, daily housekeeping, drinking water, aircon and TV, etc. Room size is ok. - secured anbience via access card (lift and room) - hotel has massage parlour (foot and body etc) with market price. (But if you don't mind walking 3-4min, there is a better massage parlour 'Chan Thai Massage' nearby that gives you better skilled masseurs. Misses - - the narrow streets around the hotel means most Grab drivers will not be able reach you during peak hours. I had my 3 bookings cancelled to 1 locations as the drivers were jammed at Pratunam streets. Even walking out to main road is a hit or miss situation. Ratchaprop BTS is a fairly long walk out (15mins). But if your departure to airport is like 6-7am in the morning, its ok for Grab drivers. - the walls at the hotel is rather "thin". You may hear other guests outside your room talking or shuffling around. - the lifts need the room access cards to work, both going up or down. So if you forget and left your card in room, you can't activate the lift to go to hotel reception to seek assistance. U need to wait for other guests to use the lift or via the fire escape stairs (if you stayed at 10th floor, long walk down). - the hotel requires a 1000Bht deposit, refundable upon checking out and return of the room cards AND be verified by the receipt given when you check in. If you lose that receipt, things get sticky. Don't lose that receipt ! Overall, quite good stay at Patra. Just take note of my honest review. Chok dee khrub. //(^__^)\\

- HG (10/5): - Hotel is in a fantastic location surrounded by places to eat and day and night markets. Easy to get to from the airport rail link. Everything in the hotel seems brand new and the staff are very helpful. Room was very clean and pretty quiet.
- Jack (4/5): - We stayed in lvl 2, there’s a huge smell in the toilet whenever we use it, we suspect it’s the drainage system smell. The room is very noisy as we can hear people walking pass loudly. When we check out and rest in the holding area, we requested for a mineral water and was rejected as they mentioned room have two mineral water. The only good point is it’s near the shopping area.

- 802dennyi (8/5): Nice Budget Hotel - I stayed in this particular hotel in July 2019 for 4 nights. I gotta say this is one of the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean, it has hot shower, aircon is working nicely, and wifi is good. The location is close to major shopping malls, and it's easy to find food nearby. The only disadvantage is that the road this hotel is located on is a bit narrow, so going there by taxi or even a tuktuk is a bit difficult not to mention there are a lot of food stalls nearby, making navigating around by car is tedious. But overall this hotel is extremely recommended.
- ekokw71 (8/5): Modern city hotel in the heart of Pratunam - Make sure that you are check the map first prior to your visit as the hotel is located in a very busy and narrow alley that can be hard to find. The room is clean and quite spacious (we were stay at Premier Triplr room) , however the services can be improved

- dolphin294229 (8/5): good hotel - hotel at narrow street, many shops and eateries, it's a very narrow road, both sides of road many stands of food stalls, taxi, van, tuk tuk not willing to drive in. Room not big, but comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly. It's near to Platinum mall, just walk 5 minutes, to Siam Paragon mall just walk 10 minutes. You aren't possible to go hungry at all, many foods you can taste, like tom yum, salted fish, pork satay, etc.

- VivianC2380 (6/5): Difficult to find - We had a hard time looking for the hotel. It’s in one of the small street. At least 20mins to BTS and it involves walking along a closed railway. Quite nostalgic in the day. When night, it’s pitch dark can be quite challenging. 5 mins walk to Pratunam market. Very near Soi 19 thai wanton noodles. Near Baiyoke sky. Lots of food in this area. Not possible to go hungry at all. Lots of massage as well. Staff are nice and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. Only basic amenities are available since it’s a 3* but it is good enough. No bedroom slippers Price very reasonable. Overall I like the hotel. But the location puts me off. Will recommend to my friends.
- Amber (8/5): Good Location, clean rooms - Nice room, same as expected from photos on app. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. I slept well but my travel companions did say they could hear everything going on in the hallway all night. It is on a tiny busy street which is mostly for pedestrians and food carts, probably not accessible by taxi but could get there by tuk tuk. I liked the location with nearby markets and many food options at the door. Easy walking distance to Central World and Chitlom station. Breakfast was basic, instant coffee/tea, juice, franks, fried eggs, veges, noodles, fried rice, toast and cereal. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The AC in my companions room wasn't working and they quickly switched rooms for them.
- ispokennn (8/5): Stayed over 7 nights - Just returned from Bangkok stayed at this hotel. These are my experiences: Location: A very busy spot surrounded by eateries and shops once stepping out hotel. Hotel is situated in an alley where road path is very narrow with food stalls camping on both sides which makes taxi and even tuk tuk not willing to drive in. They usually drops you off outside main road and ask you to walk in to hotel which only takes less than a minute. If you are buying alot stuffs or you checking in with luggages then rather inconvenient. If you are lucky with a driver ok to drive you in. Rooms not so big but comfortable. Aircon is cold. Wifi is weak often breaks off then need to reconnect again. Tap has warm feature and shower bath is okay. Hotel doesn’t provide tissue box for rooms which is odd. No slippers given also. Has a fridge with free orange juice packs and bottled water. Lighting brightness reasonable. Don’t expect any nice window view. Housekeeping is okay. Counter staffs politeness and helpfulness okay. Any extra towels or pillows or anything need to pay. Adapters is free with a refundable deposit. There a money changer with a yellow “Exhange “ signboard just right side before turning in the alley offers a very good rate. Forget the rest as those giving lousy. Walking distance to very very busy pratunam market with stalls all over any directions and baiyoke sky hotel is just stone away. Walk through alley towards baiyoke sky fashion red sign board and stroll through till the main road and platinum fashion mall is just opposite. From here walking on the sky walk will brings you to the Big C , Central world , Erawan shrine four face Buddha, Siam paragon , Siam center , MBK, Siam bts ...etc. No need take taxi or TukTuk Just outside the hotel on the left has a stall selling omelette with rice or chicken with rice are very tasty and cheap. This is the best stall I had tried over my stay.

Receptionist and bell boy were friendly and helpful, they spoke decent English as well. Reasonable Rate through Agoda. Good location, although can be a bit difficult to find at first, since it's located in a sort of alleyway. We had to use Google Map getting there on foot, since the taxi driver couldn't find it himself, but it was ok. Near/walkable distance to Pratunam Market, Indra Square, Platinum, Big C, Mbk, etc. Lots of yummy streetfood stalls (padthai, mango sticky rice, fried chicken wings, tom yum,etc) as well as restaurant and Convenience stores such as SevenEleven or Family Mart in the neighborhood.

Tour booking really sheet try to sheeting us call him in morning and asked him to get a van for drop off 8pax to pattaya in following days but when come back in afternoon to the hotel all been changes price been change and they want us to charge them driver to stay over for3 days until we come back fron pattaya when was no deal like that at first stage. On phone driver/tour operator been clear and as i was surprise about the price i make him repeat one way 1500bath one way and wesnesday way back 1500bath and he say yes. But when come back in afternoon informations/tour operator went back to us and say one way is over3000bath and charge us for them driver for 3days so total over10,000bath. Please becurfull as they will say is your fault and been not very clear or will say we no speack english as they mention, but they been understand very well what we say. So if you there with family with kids and plan to go to the beach they will maybe the one to spoiled your vacation mean charging over money duting your vacation by charging a driver doing nothing for3days in beach.

It is right above pratunum which is awesome and there were no noise issues even though it is right above the night market. for the price, this hotel is highly recommended and I will surely go back.

- amycI5543RN (10/5): Helpful staff members! - I lost my wallet & passport during my recent trip to Bangkok and I'm extremely pleased with the staff members at the hotel. They are helpful and kind; they assisted me with translating my police report (from Thai to English), reissue me my room-key without charged and printed documents which i need for the purpose of redoing all my travel documents. It touches me when they went extra miles to assist me whenever and whatever they can. Deserves both thumbs up!

- MishaBun (8/5): Affordable Boutique hotel in Pratunam - Hotel is located at pratunam (nearby Baiyoke tower and pratunam market), the hotel located at small soi, so most taxi driver did not want to go in, you need to walk. The easiest if you come from Suvarnabhumi airport, take the airport link and stop at Ratchaprarop station and you just need to walk around 10 mins to the hotel. Hotel is relatively new and clean. Size of the room is decent and just nice. Staff are ok, did not talk much but they are generally ok. There are 7-11, and many street food outside the hotel and all are affordable price and taste nice. During check in, they will ask you for deposit THB 1000 (cash only), it will be much easier if they can take deposit by credit card, as most of people prefer to keep more cash to shop in Bangkok.

The hotel look quite new and clean, The thing that i am not happy with is the washroom drain was clogged for the entire 2 nights despite they have sent plumber to fix it. I am light sleeper, there are some noise thru out the whole night which is quite disturbing too.

- SJ (10/5): Pleasant stay despite being a budget hotel - My second time staying over at this hotel. Previous stay was about 5 months ago and nothing much has changed. Service was excellent and the room was good and clean for the price worth. The only issue that happen was bathroom floor chocked after a shower but this was quickly rectified by their staff. Overall a great place to stay.
- Erra (10/5): Pleasant overall stay - Pros: Very very near the shopping scene, so it’s especially good for shopaholics who love to spend on cheap things : plenty of massage stores around : near to food stalls as well, so you’ll never be hungry : hotel receptionist extremely friendly : amazing aesthetic at the lobby Cons: Unfortunately for us, the hot water was not working right from the start : thin walls = hearing noises every now and then : small area for the room but if you don’t mind the space and just need a place to crash aft shopping then this a good choice : difficult for the grab drivers to drive in as it’s in a narrow alley But honestly I wouldn’t mind coming again, just make sure no kids la haha if not they may complain saying it’s too much walking for them
- Chuanie (8/5): Better Improvement - It was a pleasant stay environment,but its a non smoking hotel which not stated in the website,and furthermore I am pkaying with the water heater to control the temperature,lastly the toilet floortrap is choked and smelly everyday after I came back from outside...Needed to ask refreshner daily from receptionist...Please improve the stated problem before the reputation of the newly built hotel is ruined...
- Eddie (8/5): Hotel close to street food - Pleasant hotel that is situated in a narrow street with a lot of street food vendors. It was a bit hard to find the hotel, but the map provided by the hotel is quite useful in aiding us to the location. The breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming with similar and limited amounts of the various dishes available daily. Overall, it is a good experience!!
- Sharon (6/5): Good location but not Grab convenient - The location is good for those only want to go shopping at pratunam market/platinum mall. If your itinerary has the intention to travel to other areas, will not recommend this hotel because it is hard for the Grab drivers to locate the hotel and we had to walk out to baiyoke sky hotel for the drivers to pick us up. Taxi around the area charge a higher price and not to mention tuk tuk. The room is clean, good enough for a short stay but the sound proof is very bad, you can literally hear people walking outside the corridor or chairs stomping upstairs. Another thing that I do not like about the hotel is no slippers provided given the tile flooring, it gets cold in the morning. The hotel has very strict rules on smoking, durians and visitors to the hotel.
- Salleh (10/5): Close to Prathunam market - If you or your spouse is a shopperholic, this is the hotel for you. As the hotel is in the middle of the market, the location is great. But as it is in a small alley, taxis or "GrabCar" have trouble going to the hotel. So if you want to book a Grab, go to the out skirts of the market and locate a easily seen landmark like Starbucks or a bank.
- Celes (10/5): Awesome - Great & worth to stay. Nearby lots of eatery, 7-Eleven & shopping centre. After long hours of walking and shopping, a visit to a relaxing massage centre is a must which is very cheap everywhere.

- J (8/5): nice place - i have experience not good feeling on booking via expedia attached with hotel room rate package ,when i deal them.. the room is attached with breakfast .( so , i tick) but, when i check i to HOTEL. the hotel staff told me my booking is not included BREAKFAST.. Wondering WHY like this?? Booking shown HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST.\ CHECK -IN , SHOWN NO BREAKFAST. This is about my feeling.. Feel like unsecure booking via both.
