• RANY (10/5): Un bel appartement de qualité - Super séjour. Nous étions 5 personnes (avec nos 3 enfants) . L' appartement est spacieux, très beau et de qualité. Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Tout était propre à notre arrivée. Les commerces sont proches. Belle piscine mais froide au mois d' avril. Bonne communication avec Dario qui est très sympathique et parle français.

Ottimo il parcheggio interno e soprattutto la presenza della palestra, davvero un valore aggiunto. La posizione, a mio avviso, non è comodissima per quanto riguarda le distanze dalle principali attività. Unica piccola nota negativa: le capsule del caffè sono a pagamento, seppur al costo contenuto di 50 centesimi ciascuna. Consiglio sicuramente di soggiornare qui.

• Gilad (10/5): A charming apartment with an amazing garden, high-level hospitality. - We really loved the apartment — a modern and beautiful place with a well-equipped and pleasant kitchen, and of course, the lovely garden! The host was very kind, and there’s parking right next to the property, which really helped us with all the family’s gear. The place itself is stunning. Ainoa huono asia oli se että meillä oli varaus viidelle henkilölle ja vessapaperirullia oli kaksi rullaa viikoksi ja astianpesukonetabletteja oli vain viisi per viikko. Vessapaperit ja astianpesutabletit olisi voinut suhteuttaa viidelle henkilölle.

Location is perfect, Approx walk 1 mile from the centre of the town and only 15 minute walk from shops, restaurants and lake. Pool was clean and property was clean. • Hassan (10/5): - Mr Dario is the best property managers I have ever met. The place was nice and Mr Dario was supportive 24 hours even on other personal matters related to fixing my car. I highly recommend staying at this place.
• Stephen (10/5): Loved the apartment and Riva is great. - Lovely property, with a great pool. Rooms were bright modern and clean. The pool was amazing and whilst not huge never felt too busy. The owners were always on hand if anything was required. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the lake/town.
• Undine (10/5): Perfekter Urlaub - Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern eine Woche in einem tollen Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist klasse. Dario ist super lieb und aufmerksam. Die ganze Anlage ist top gepflegt und das hauseigene Fitnesscenter ist besser, als so manches öffentliche Center. Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The 2 bed apartment we stayed was large, comfortable , clean and quiet. The pool is spotless and the gym has everything - very well equipped. The location was perfect for us - a quick spin in the bike to lake and old town. Nothing!!!

• Tanguy (9/5): Very comfy and relaxing stay in a great area of Lake Garda! - Dario was friendly and super helpful during our stay. We very much appreciated the last minute addition of a kid bed in our room and the understanding as we lost one of the keys before leaving. The place was nice, the amenities very good, and especially we were surprised by the GREAT gym! The whole family took advantage of it! Also very practical location and ability to park easily on the spot. Lastly, we liked this area of Lake Garda, nice beaches and great access to minor lakes in the mountains, which were super good outings for the family. The main living space could have been a bit warmer. Some decoration and maybe warmer lighting, plants or other things could make it a more inviting space.

The microwave and the refrigerator in the room were helpful. We also used the washing machine and the dryer and it was nice having that option. The pool looks nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. Overall highly recommended, I wish we would have stayed a few more nights. A bit far from the city center, but it's close to a nice shopping center.

• Marie (9/5): Great place for families - The apartment was very comfortable, very well equipped and every need we had was attended and solved. Everything is well thought of and it’s a great option for families that need flexibility but appreciate comfort (towels change, cleaning). While it’s great that there is an option to wash and dry your clothes, I think it should be included in the price (10€ per cycle of washing and drying is a lot), especially given the pricing of the accommodation. Also I loved the tranquil part of Riva where the accommodation is located but it’s a bit of a walk to the lake but you can always go by bike.

Mit Einbauchküche inkl. den wichtigsten Küchengeräten wie Toaster, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, etc. Sauberkeit wahr in allen Bereichen bestens. Pool sowie gesamte Anlage sehr schön. Sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner vor Ort (jederzeit über Whats App erreichbar). Machen fast alles möglich. Wirklich nur zu Empfehlen.
• Tee (8/5): Nice apartment ideal location for Riva town - Lovely new hotel with all modern facilities, 10/15 minute walk into Riva town but local restaurant within a 5 minute walk. When booking would advise to book parking we couldn't find any parking near by. Lovely swimming pool and pool towels available to rent for the week. The only negative is that there are no English channels on the tv apart from the news and there is also building of 3 other hotels going on next door, you can hear the builders of a morning. Overall the apartment and staff are really good and an ideal location.

Dario und Annalisa sind sehr engagiert und zuvorkommend, geben gern Tipps und stehen immer zur Verfügung, sie sprechen fließend italienisch, englisch und deutsch. Es gibt kleine Pizza-Snacks und ein üppiges Frühstück direkt aufs Zimmer. Sowohl für Pärchen jeden Alters als auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.
