- Ayse Ceyda (6/5): Ok - Being inside the convention center was the selling point. The food in the restaurant was not bad. The rooms, they were old and half the rooms were looking inside the convention center corridors which was weird because you don’t get to see the sunlight if you stay in one of those rooms. it’s kind of claustrophobic. Even though I am not, I felt like trapped and used the room just to sleep. To rest I preferred to stay outside of the room during the day.

- Patricia (8/5): -
- Arist (10/5): Convenience was worth the price - I appreciated the onsite setting and ability to go back to my room between games as needed Parking wasn’t regulated so some that wasn’t staying at the hotel still parked in the hotel lot

- Fortuna (8/5): The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. - Restaurant on site as well as an arcade and plenty of things to do. It was a little hard to find.
- Sandra (10/5): -
- Victoria (5/5): - The parking was difficult. There was a tournament going on and we drove around for some time looking for a spot. We ended up way in the back. We were expecting that to be an issue.
- Ryan (8/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): - Very nice and convenient facility. Great value. Could use some updating in bathroom.

- Gardner (10/5): It was a great place to stay -
- Casmir (9/5): - The convenience to the sports center
- Riley (6/5): - The coffee in the front fir guests The wall paper was peeling away all over the hotel, the room was difficult to keep comfortable. Was humid and musty. It was ok for what we needed it for. Convenient for the competition.

- Rory (6/5): Underwhelming and in need of some upkeep and consideration of being a guest - Good sports facilities. Big comfy bed, very spacious room. It's all a bit dated and in need of some upkeep, there was a distinct musty / retirement home smell in the room. The sofa was stained and dirty with no pillows. The water was lukewarm even on the hottest setting (it was resolved after raising with staff but I shouldn't have to). The pillows were weirdly short and some were very lumpy. The room had many metal beams (it's an old warehouse so expected) but they were all coated in 1/4 inch of dust. It could be exceptional but the guest experience and cleanliness hasn't been considered enough. Just a note that there's no need to explain how a key card in a hotel works every time guests check in, though the huge gunshot type bang when inserting and removing the key card for electricity is ridiculous and needs resolving.

- Frank (9/5): - Had to pay to get into facility to watch kids play basketball
- Mrs. Obey (8/5): - I like proximity to the games The lady to enter the games was rude
- Saudia (9/5): -
- Ronald (7/5): -
- Frank (9/5): Great spot to enjoy youth sports. - Being able to walk to get to games. Having to pay admission fees into place you are already staying and paying top dollar for with no free breakfast.

- Brooke (10/5): Super clean and comfortable and price is perfect. - Interesting layout. Took a second to find it but pretty neat idea to take a warehouse and turn into a hotel. Needs bigger signs to show where to go.
- Kayla (9/5): Hidden gem in Lancaster! - Very friendly staff, very nice inside, clean A little hard to find but that can be a good thing
- Timothy (6/5): It was clean, safe. Kinda loud. - hotel looked cool. like the name-a giant warehouse/sports complex. Free coffee was nice. Clean Loud. Feels like the hotel was a second thought in this complex. You can hear everything. Also, finding the enterance was a journey.
- Cherelle (8/5): - There were a few gnats but mostly the room was fine. There also was no hot water in the sink. The shower water did get hot though.
- Jenny (5/5): Good enough for those that have children that are using the sports venue. - The people who worked the desk were very nice I didn’t like that you opened up the curtains, and you looked directly into the sports venue, and kids passing by the window. There were kids in the hallways, making it very difficult to sleep. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, but the room was clean. The sheets were subpar for the price of the room. The pillows were lumpy.
- holly (7/5): -
- Ern (10/5): - A uni
- Rian (4/5): Not a place for business conference - While floor smelled like weed. Room desperately in the need of a good cleaning. The bartender is rude and the food is mediocre at best.
- Lianne (10/5): - Property is in great location for sports events and business. A bit dated as wallpaper is pulling in room and needs to be redone. Restaurant was not open during hours advised. Checkout at Noon is prime for those with later plans same day.
Easy access on/off highway. Staff are very very friendly and accommodating.
- Paul (2/5): - The beds were harder than could be and so were the pillows. The only thing that was good in the room with the bathroom the air conditioner blew on you and it was too loud and the view. Nothing like seeing the inside of a building. I’m sorry I picked to stay there
- GINA (10/5): - Really liked our stay, cool lobby, free tea, nice staff, plenty of towels, VERY comfortable bed!
- Wayne (10/5): - Right place to attend a conference.
- Bobby Chad (10/5): - Property was well maintained. Great place to stay
- Collison (8/5): Not too shabby! - Coffee maker in the room or complimentary coffee in the lobby after breakfast would be a huge win. Overall a decent place.
- Kelly (7/5): - Convenient No coffee in room, had cups not not the pot.
Told breakfast started 630 next morning but found no not until 9? The previous was last weeks schedule.
- Karen (4/5): - No where on their website did it say the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesday s. We booked on thinking we did have to look for a place to eat and enjoy ourselves for the night. The bar was only opened from 5-9.
- Kathy (8/5): - Room and facility were good. Bar staff were not very helpful, seemed disinterested. Overpriced and rundown. Brunch was a joke, terrible food.
- Marsha (10/5): -
- Mary (10/5): We all had a great time and your staff was friendly and very professional - Your dinner menu was great. Your buffet breakfast was to cold and the French toast was to hard.
- Gledhill (8/5): -
- Jarrod (10/5): - Hotels attached to the competition venue and check-in was quick and easy
- Ahmed (1/5): -
- Dawn (2/5): Not a fan - We didn't like the garbage spread out in the parking lot and other areas. The shower was so bad, I would not go back. Other local hotels were cheaper, rooms were much more spacious with breakfast included. Had I known that the sports part of it were separate, i would have stayed somewhere else and just came for the sports for the day. Not thrilled at all!
- Purtell (7/5): - Very clean and roomy No coffee makers in room. No freezer in the room refrigerator.
- jsroach90 (7/5): Great hotel with some weird quirks that kept it from a really high score. - Private parking. attached to a huge indoor sports facility so there are tons of amenities. Rooms are quite spacious compared to most traditional hotels. Cannot speak for every room but the wallpaper in the room I was staying in was peeling heavily at literally every seam. Gives a run down feel to what I think is probably a newer hotel. Also our room was facing the inside of the building and on the other side of the wall was a large brightly lit area that was a bit distracting especially as we were trying to get to sleep.
- Richard (6/5): Road Trip - This was a large room in tired condition. The shower was great. There was a restaurant but it was closed when we got there. This hotel is not close to restaurants or shopping areas. You must drive through a maze to get into the hotel parking lot. This hotel primarily serves the indoor sports center in the building with it.
- Giovanna (10/5): - They offered complimentary muffins, tea, coffee but did not have any decaf options
I had to watch my husband enjoy his morning coffee while I had drive to find a Sheetz or a Starbucks
It was not fun
- Timothy (10/5): - Front desk was very professional and rooms look better
- Sherry (8/5): - Convenient Not too many dislike.
- virginie (7/5): -
- Pellegrino (8/5): -
- Tracy (4/5): Better than sleeping in the car - Clerk when we checked on veey late was helpful and kind. 1. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. When I commented as we checked out, I was told its in the process of being renovated by one guy. That's not good.
2. Pillow cases were rough and pilled
3. Beds were a step up from sleeping on the ground. Way too firm.
4. Location is awful.
- Constant (10/5): -
- Cheryl (8/5): two trips in one , First and last. Not a bad stay just not for us:) - We found the stay adecuate. The sheets were somthing other than cotton, not a first choice. The sheets were somthing other than cotton, not a first choice.
- Ronald (4/5): -
- Jodie (10/5): - The hostess at the restaurant was completely out of it and didn't even remember us when we came back in 20 minutes to get our food.
- Martha (9/5): Extremely convenient for us. Clean & quiet. Staff at the restaurant was phenomenal! - The ease for check in.
Parking close to door.
Friendly check in.
Easy check out.
The room was comfortable for my 3 teens & I.
Overall vibe was serene. No coffee in the room.
There was no complimentary breakfast so I brought breakfast items for my family (growing teens that eat allot).
- Tammy (10/5): - Very unique hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. There was nothing we did not like.
- Rebecca Rae (7/5): It was alright. Probably wont stay here again. It served its purpose for the night - The front entrance and lobby was really nicely decorated The room had a smell to it and there were questionable stains on the wall. The front desk gave me a hard time about my boyfriend who’s 23 because he looked young and she assumed he was a child
- Kersondra (10/5): - Everything was good the staff was very nice and helpful it was very clean and the restaurant the food was excellent we had a wonderful stay. Thank you
- Edson (10/5): - Great if you have a child playing at the Spooky Nook. Very convenient. Good restaurant downstairs. Only downside was that check in is at 4pm and at 3pm asked if I can check in early if the room was available and room was but for an extra fee of $55.50.
- Charlotte (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): - Onion Rings
- CRYSTAL (10/5): - It put me in the mindset of a really nice college dorm. It was cozy. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice the food was excellent. I just wish they had a pool there.
- Larry (10/5): - Amazing Hotel!
- Anny (10/5): - Great people and service
- Danielle (8/5): - We stayed here twice in one week. We stayed during the week for a day before we transitioned to an Air bnb. Very quiet. We came back for the weekend for a tournament at the Spooky Nook. It’s so convenient and with all the people I was impressed the noise level was minimal. Restaurant was convenient for both dinner and breakfast but a bit spendy for a fancy continental breakfast. They do have complementary coffee. The wall paper is peeling off walls but I imagine it’s due to humidity because the building is in pretty good shape. I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to battle the parking issue for the tournament. The price of the rooms were reasonable.
- tasha (7/5): -
- Jermaine (10/5): -
- Linda (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - Everything. The hotel caters to sports tournaments. There where young people and their parents coming in from different places. Everyone was friendly and well behaved. If you are looking for a romantic weekend this is not the best place to go. But if you are looking for a 1st rate hotel at a great rate to tour Lancaster and go to Hershey Park this place is is ideal. Super clean with nice affordable restaurant.
The front desk (Annie)was awesome and the staff at the Fork and Pallette bar (Steven and Halley) helped us celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday with some great drinks and food Nothing
