Not many people use it so they don’t keep it up all that well. First room we got we did have issues with but we was able to call down to the front desk and get moved quickly.

Well there were only 4 cars in the parking so i doubt it that it was fully booked especially 1.5 hr before check in. I told her its fine, will grab lunch and come back. Here comes 3 oclock still same amount of cars in parking lot. Game me the keys, went to the room, room was a mess unclean. After having to go back down she gave me another key. So customer service for me was bad. Other than that hotel was not bad and comfortable room.

• 131terrya (4/5): Very Nice hotel....but not sure I can stay there again - Carter at the front desk was great. He was very helpful in several areas. I stayed in a handicapped room, 102. It was a very nice, large room, but it had several drawbacks that made the stay uncomfortable. First, one of the lamps next to the bed on my girlfriend's side did not work. Carter replaced the bulb, but still nothing. It appears there is faulty wiring in the lamp. However, the outlet plugs worked. Next, I use a CPAP machine to help me breathe at night. I plugged my machine into the outlet on my side of the bed and there was no electricity in either outlet, nor did the light work. Come to find out this lamp and outlets are controlled by one of the light switches at the entrance to the door. Here's the problem: this light switch also turned on all the overhead can lights in the entire room. So, in order to have my lamp outlets work, I had to have the overhead lights on. A double edged sword to say the least. How are you suppose to sleep with all the overhead lights on???? Who on earth would hook up a lamp and outlets to a light switch that also turned on the overhead lights? Next, one of the arms on the fabric chair had a dirt stain on it. The wall mounted thermostat did not work; had to go to the AC unit to control the temp. It cooled the room well. Why have a wall mounted thermostat if it doesn't work? The TV remote was the most confusing thing I've ever used. Carter had to come down and show me how to use it and then even he didn't know how to do some things. Last and maybe most concerning:: as i sat on the bed packing for departure, a small powdery white bug crawled across my leg. I immediately killed it and could not get a picture of it. I wondered if I slept with that thing in the bed both nights and if he had any friends that I did not see. The room needs to be fumigated or something done to ensure they are eradicated.

• Jennifer (6/5): - We stayed at this Best Western Plus for one night and unfortunately, our experience was mixed. On the positive side, the property was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Free parking was a plus as well. However, there were several downsides that made our stay less enjoyable. The hotel itself felt dated and could use a deep cleaning. The ice machine was out of order, and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely empty, which was frustrating. There was also a man loitering near the entrance when we arrived, and he remained there well into the evening, which made us feel uneasy. Thankfully, he was gone by the next day, but the presence of someone lingering around the property was off-putting. The breakfast buffet was disappointing—not only was there a tip jar in the dining area, which felt inappropriate, but something we ate must have been off because we experienced stomach issues for several days after our stay. It's hard to say exactly what caused it, but it certainly added to our discomfort. Overall, we expected a better experience from a Best Western Plus. While the staff did their best, the condition of the hotel and a few concerning issues made it hard to fully relax or enjoy our visit.
