• Richard (10/5): Great overnight stop! - Looks old and outdated on the outside but the room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was wonderful! My husband and I both have bursitis in our hips and shoulders and we slept great. Bathroom clean and well functioning. There was a restaurant right next door. We couldn’t have asked for more. There were trucks with big trailers in the parking lot which made it a bit awkward maneuvering but we were able to get into our parking spot without too much trouble.
• Chris (8/5): Good for a short stay - Our room was good sized, clean and comfortable. The heater worked and kept us cozy all night. The bathroom/shower area was spacious. The bathtub was a bit slippery but they provided a rubber non-slip mat. We were provided two free bottles of water. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. We got a great night's sleep. I'm not trying to be nitpicky. The bar(s) of soap provided were small and not too fragrant. The towels were just ok - not plushy or thick. I felt the total room price was a bit high for what we got.

• Dosinda (8/5): Good value for the money! - Location is good, off of main street in town. Clean room for the most part: dirt in corners of bathroom and light switches on wall. Outdated furnishings but at least clean and comfortable. It was better than a recent visit to Best Western which was overpriced and room dirty and smoked in, although it was supposed to be a “nonsmoking” motel. Regency seems to enforce their nonsmoking policy since room smelled clean. Best value in town from what I have seen. Great for an overnight stay, for sure! Seemed it was a rushed job to get room ready for occupancy: dust in corners of bathroom floor. Insufficient waste baskets: just one in bathroom. Other room I rented here had 2 waste baskets: one in bedroom and one in bathroom. Noise level outside at might was a little loud, but quieted down after midnight. Poor sound insulation in walls and ceiling: heard neighbors much too much.

• Pamela (8/5): - The room itself was a good value. The hotel website promised "a complimentary breakfast buffet served in a casual restaurant." There was no breakfast at all, so I guess they don't look at their website. There was no coffee in the room.

Tried to charge us for towels when we asked for clean ones lol.. and the dryer didn't work just takes your money. Plus there was a smell of bug spray our first two nights and he wouldn't switch us rooms. Other than that its quit and clean. But you can't get better service elsewhere

Felt like I was going back in time entering the room; very outdated. I've never stayed in a motel room that's had a plug-in heater to supplement heat. We definitely needed it.

• Shannon (4/5): Don’t expect much. - Not a whole lot. Easy to find and close to a decent selection of restaurants. Nice size refrigerator and tv was easy to use. Very very worn. Yuck carpet. Toiletries were substandard and blow dryer didn’t work.

I will definitely stay here again.

• Scott (4/5): - While it was clean and the one staff person I met was polite, the room was a disappointment for the price we paid and definitely did not resemble the photos we saw online. Small room, noisy air conditioner/heating unit, old and dated, simply not the upgraded facility I thought I had booked.

Never go by ratings on your site that can be manipulated. - Requested ground floor, but wasn't available when we arrived, except became available after it pointed out in my reservation. Ice machine worked. No breakfast. Floors were dirty. No HOT water in bath/shower or sink. Although it was never mentioned by staff till i complained in the morning. Then only a refund of 20% was given which should've been much due to knowing there was no hot water when we checked, and no warning given. People the next morning complained of same problem as they were leaving, so I believe it was the entire motel without hot water.

• Brad (9/5): Great value and location - The main office staff were very friendly and conversational asking if we needed anything don't hesitate to ask. The price was a great value; facility was clean and fresh smelling. The bed had crisp and clean sheets even the comforter was washed it appeared like that good too. The pillows were perfect even though we bring our own for our comfort. They even provided a secondary space heater (fake fireplace) romantic!! The only drawback was the room above us they were like moving around the whole night

It has good water pressure in the shower. Had a powerful hair blow dryer. Even had a magnifying mirror, which can be lacking in rooms double the price. 2 water bottles in the room, extra blanket and pillow in the dresser. Nice recliners rather than just chairs. Would stay again. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Traffic noise, but right off the main drag, so not much you can do about it. We always bring earplugs.
