- Maria (5/5): Decent place to stay for the price. Updates needed to improve safety and comfort. Staff were nice and accommodating. - Close to hiway. Full kitchen. Updates needed. Door, locks, windows, shower, appliances, etc were all old and falling apart. Room had a weird smell, odor. It’s been over a month and security deposit has not been refunded.

- Sabrina (1/5): The worst stay ever, I will never look for cheap lodging again. - the security guy was nice. The only thing good was it was very close to where I needed to be, other than that nothing. nothing, I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. there was a camp of transients very close to the check in office. The room did not smell good. There were roaches crawling around. I wanted to ask for a refund and find a new place but it would have time from seeing my daughter so we just stayed out until time to check out. then I checked out the earliest I possibly could.

- Kemorie (1/5): Property needs maintenance. - Location was perfect for the purpose of my visit. It is Located 10mins from the airforce base. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are run down and need proper maintenance. Bathrooms are horrible. The room has a small kitchenette area and didn't even have a kettle or sauce pan .

- Isis (5/5): I couldn't sleep. I was double charged (which was fixed by the manager). - I liked the location. It was not that safe. I saw drugs being dealt and drug users. I was so scared that my car was gonna get broken into that I couldn't sleep. I also was getting guys calling out me, wanting to know my name and all that.

- Mary (7/5): Good - Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. We didn't notice until really late at night that our room door didn't lock. Maintenance went into help us but they couldn't fix the door because it was extremely late.

- David (2/5): - When we arrived they were still getting the room ready even though it was check in time. They forgot toilet paper and trash cans. We found a beer can in a drawer. And we saw a few roaches. I am not sure if that is a location thing or the hotel. It is also located in a bad area. There are al lot of transients on the area. Did not feel safe. The office lady was nice but over all I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

- Ragan (10/5): - My Granddaughter and I spent 08/14 - 08/18/2023. The Owners/Managers were so kind and helpful. I use a cane and couldn't make it up and down the stairs over and over so they put us in a great room right by the office. The room was comfortable and clean, bed was great. As others had posted about dirt, mold, smells, insects... We experienced NONE of these problems. The pool area was clean and the water was amazing and relaxing from the days of over 100 degrees. I left a couple of items in the room by mistake and the lady called me while I was going through TSA to let me know. I'll send her money to mail the items. I look forward to visiting this location again since my other granddaughter is stationed at Fort Sam for the next year.

I had set the wrong dates for my stay for July and they pointed it out, instead of telling me to leave, they gave me a room and said to contact hotels.com to fix it and once it was done I would be fine. I very much so enjoyed my stay. The room was big and clean and although next to the high way, relatively quiet.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Horrible, Dirty, Do NOT Recommend. - When checking in the front desk clerk made me aware of the crappy beds, knowing the first floor had beds that would be uncomfortable she gave me the option to go look at the room but I passed and asked which she would prefer and she stated 2nd floor would be better bed wise. This hotels is advertised as having a kitchenette WRONG, drawers are screwed closed you can not get in the cabinets. It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would NOT recommend those hotel unless you don't mind staying in filth!! Oh and be careful with the dirty sheets. There was stains all over them.

- Edward (2/5): - Do not stay here! The pictures are wildly inaccurate. The rooms are full of roaches and have a foul mold smell to them. They have also been poorly repaired. There are screws sticking out from doors, loose drain pipes, and cracked countertops. The beds are paper thin and you will feel the springs when trying to sleep. The stairwells smell like urine and weed and the ones on the backside have loose steps. The pool is full of algae and had the same trash floating in it during my 3 night stay . This is an extended stay property and it shows. People are hanging out being loud and obnoxious, cursing all hours of the night and day. Non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Tenants will smoke in the breezeways and that same smoke will seep into your room because of how poorly the doors are sealed. My lock panel fell off the door on the first night. Save your money and stay somewhere else. The staff was top tier friendly though.

We had no intentions of using the pool, but it was really nice of her to call and give us the heads up. Overall, the place is dated, but our room was clean and all of our needs met.

Pictures seemed nice and fooled me so I booked here. Im not gona lie the customer service (people that work there) are super nice and friendly. But property is very worn down. The restroom and shower were very stained and paint was old and coming off, old used towels were left wet in the shower, water would accumulate in the sink, restroom floor was dirty and sticky and the door had mold. The sheets in the room were torn and of course bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The pool was open but couldn't use it vecause the water was very dirty and cloudy. Definitely do not recommend.

Had to get out of there because the bathroom was very moldy and had a moldy odor as soon as you walked in that burned my nose and my children have asthma. We ended up finishing elsewhere to stay.
- Justin (4/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed in - This was a very disgusting hotel if I never saw one. The pool was green and usable. The ac was on 61 degrees and it was still hot in the room. The iron looked as if someone was using it to cook. The bed looked like they were full size beds and they were supposed to be king size. If I could have cancelled the reservation and not been charged I would have. Very unacceptable.
- Jose L (2/5): Bad service provided - Very bad service, I booked the hotel early on Saturday for 2 rooms with non-smoking and when I get there around 8pm to check in they gave me 2 different types of rooms with smoking and then I leave hotel and when I come back at 1:30am and open the door in one of the rooms there where 2 workers a guy and a girl inside, and they say they where cleaning the room when the room was ready since 8pm I don’t know what they where doing inside the room at 1:30am so we had to sleep in our vehicles due to the fact of their bad service and workers in the room with the door closed and now they won’t even get me a refund of the room very disappointed on how they are running the place and what kind of service they are providing for the customers, and workers going in and out of the rooms at any time claiming their cleaning it

The bed sheets were dirty and had grass or something in between the sheets and some type of sticky substance like if someone spilled something on the dresser. There was hair left on the dresser as well and gum stuck on the a/c. Only one a/c worked. And the bathroom was disgusting! There was also the smell of rat urine by the bathroom and in the little kitchenette. Don't waste your money here!!!!

I wasn't walking 3 floors to the front office that was closed at 8pm. We did not stay the entire 2 nights we left the next morning.

House keeping kept knocking all morning, 2 hours before check out time, until I had to open, just to ask if we were staying. I kept telling them we were asleep and they would not listen. Please remove this hotel from expedia as it is used as apartment for some.

- Briana (10/5): Best value in the area with a good staff. - The General Manager Ash is as good as a manager gets. He pays very close attention to what’s happening on his property. He’s very good with his guests and does everything he can to help. I would also like to commend Ramon and Luis on helping me the first night we got into town. It was a mess already and they made the best of a check-in late night. Lastly down the to the housekeepers and the maintenance guy (I believe his name is Darrel) the staff chosen for this location is great. Very respectful and helpful.
