The air conditioning was leaking, the vanity was also leaking, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor. There were insects everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite being part of the same booking, our two rooms were placed far away from each other without any communication or explanation. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I strongly recommend staying away from this property at all costs

The vanity basin tap was extremely loose but that was a minor thing that can be fixed. Supply / bottles if water not just one (or none). Only one was a bit rude.

- Manuel (8/5): Not perfect but enjoyable and value for money. - The room was spacious and the location quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had stayed in during our travels. We were close to the silo art and town murals adding to our enjoyment. We would return next time through St Arnaud. While the facilities had been refurbished, the quality of the workmanship left much to be desired. The grouting around tiles and poorly prepared paint work should be redone. Tiled floor entry drops away to a lower level carpet (trip hazard). Fortunately a comfortable bed and warm room allowed us to ignore the amateur workmanship.

It was only around the corner from the only pub in town that is open, so very convenient. Also very close to Silo art. Nothing bad to say.

The bed was comfortable. Nice size TV. Great Hotwater. It an old motel but renovations have been done! Don't kick your toes on the tile plinth inside the door!

There was a raised tiled entry as you entered the room . You had to be mindful you didn’t trip on it if you were on that side of the bed.
