• Thibault (7/5): - Emplacement idéal, avec le bus 5 pour Venise mestre qui passe près de l'immeuble. Literie confortable et arrivee/depart flexibles. Bon rapport qualité /prix globalement. Appartement plutôt bruyant (beaucoup de circulation jusqu'à tard et mauvaise isolation), et le fait d'avoir les toilettes dans la salle de bains partagée avec 3 chambres rend les matins compliqués, avec jusqu'à 30min d'attente pour espérer y accéder.

• Janusz (10/5): Świetny pobyt w Wenecji - Świetna lokalizacja, przystanek autobusowy pod apartamentem na ulicy. Autobus numer 2 jedzie bezpośredniio do Wenecji, na Plac Roma. Do dworca kolejowego około 10 minut pieszo. Czysto i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bardzo miły, kontaktaktowy i pomocny właściciel. Znakomity stosunek ceny do jakości. Ogólnie lokal dobry na 1 lub kilka nocy. Pokoje znajdują się w mieszkaniu 3 pokojowym. Są jasne i przestronne. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jedna łazienka na trzy pokoje (nie było to trudnością). Polecam. Świetna baza wypadowa na Wenecję i okolicę.

• Iryna (8/5): - A location very easy to get to from tge airport, and the bus stop for a bus to Venice is very close too. The room was huge, and the kitchen was well-equiped. There's 1 bathroom together with a toilet for 3 rooms. There wasn't anyone staying besides us (another family left early in the morning), but if all the 3 rooms are occupied, I imagine it could be a bit of an issue.
• Suárez (8/5): - Habitación amplia y limpia tal como lo describe. La ducha se tapaba y no estaba del todo limpia. Cuando llegamos no nos avisaron previamente del impuesto al turista y cuando quisimos pagar,"no recibían tarjeta" solo efectivo. Asique tuvimos que hacer conseguir cash para pagar.

• Katerina (1/5): Malísima estancia ,decepción total - La ubicación Alquile la habitación porque he leído comentarios de viajeros q se puede dejar el equipaje antes y después del check in y out ,para mí era importante eso ya q iba todo el día a conocer Venecia .cuando reservé me dijo el anfintron q no se puede ,que a partir de las 15 h cuando hay hoteles que dejan.cuando insistí varias veces me dio la opción de dejar la maleta en otro alojamiento de el pero en la otra punta y no me convenía .por lo cual tuve q pagar locker en Venecia.en la página pone check in de 15-22 h .al final me dijo q como muy tarde tiene q ser si o si a las 20 h.estube puntual,ya q había avisado el anfintron y el tardo 10 min y nosotros esperando bajo la lluvia.la habitación da a la calle y es súper ruidosa ,sin poder dormir ,se escuchan los coches,mucho frío a pesar de tener radiador,alhmoadas y cama incómodas .el mando de la tele no funcionaba .nos oculto que la parada del bus para Venecia debajo del piso está suspendida,así q teníamos q andar a otra punta para cogerlo. cuando le pedi si nos puede dejar una hora más tarde para el check out me dijo que si y al día suigente la chica de limpieza nos tocó la puerta y yo le dije q saldremos en una hora pero era tan incomodo que ella nos echó casi que nos tenemos que salir ya.no hay cafetera ,solo te .hemos estado en hoteles en Mestre por el mismo precio y nos trataron mejor.NO RECOMIENDO este alojamiento.

• Миглена (8/5): - Местоположението е добро, до спирката на автобус номер 2 директно до Венеция. Това може би е най-голямото предимство на апартамента. Аз определено не се чувствам добре, когато трябва да ползвам баня и тоалетна заедно с още две стаи, но това си го пише в условията и ако вие не сте свикнали с това, по-добре не вземайте такъв вид апартамент със споделена баня. Всъщност най-неприятното е , че някои хора не се съобразяват и не пазят тишина, тряскат вратите, говорят високо по телефона. Като цяло изкарахме добре, имаше жена, която всеки ден чистеше. Много мила, любезна, всеки ден ме питаше дали искам да почисти стаята ни или дали имаме нужда от нещо. От гледна точка на чистота и отношение от собствениците не мога да се оплача. Но стаята ни беше към главната улица и беше много шумно. Мен лично това много ми пречи, въпреки, че спя с тапи за уши. Шумно е от главната улица, но това хазаите не могат да променят. Това, което аз бих препоръчала е да купят нови възглавници, защото тези, които ползват са много, много тънки и ниски. Аз лично харесвам и шалтетата, покривалата с които се завива човек да бъдат облечени в чаршафи изцяло, смятам че е по-хигеинично. Като цяло добър престой, само давам съвети към собствениците.

• Yisho Lin (8/5): - 住宿的地方很方便，前方有公車站，可以從火車站搭過來 也可以直接搭公車上威尼斯島上，現在公車都可以直接刷卡很方便 住宿環境周圍挺安靜的，房間也很大又舒適，也有電梯所以我們扛著 28吋行李很方便 老闆人很好也很體貼，因為我們12點的火車，可以通融讓我們休息到11點離開 洗澡水壓蠻小的

• MARIA TERESA (5/5): Con potencial pero necesita más ciudados - Única y exclusivamente la ubicación .La casa es antigua y se nota algo descuidada, con una decoración que no resulta especialmente atractiva. Sin embargo, el lugar tiene mucho potencial: con un poco de mantenimiento y cariño podría convertirse en un sitio fantástico para disfrutar.

• Alena (7/5): - Room in a spacious apartment with older but functional furnishings. The entrance is in a narrow alley at the side of the house, so we found it a bit more difficult to find.
• Escobar (10/5): Great stay for the price! - For the price we got this was a perfect stay. The room was clean, the facilities were good and the host was exceptional. We felt right at home. While really clean the nature of a shared bathroom can be limiting when the other guests aren't that clean. But again, this is an issue with the other guests and something that only cleaning multiple times in a day can be achieved by wicth is not expected.
