Un grand merci uniquement au personnel au bas de l'hôtel) et surtout l'emplacement. Deuxième séjour, déçu, malheureusement dans un pays comme le Maroc on sert du jus d'orange frais un minimum, au petit déjeuner nous avons eu du jus d'orange tout droit sorti du supermarché...une honte ! Le personnel en salle au 6ème étage vraiment aucun professionnalisme, aucun service, rien...ma fille s'est bléssée avec un bout de verre et le personnel en salle n'en avait rien à faire. Je me suis donc rendu à la réception et là on m'a donné de quoi soigner la blessure de ma fille et ont pris des nouvelles de ma fille par après quelle différence, une grand merci uniquement au eux !

Fedy (7/5): Propreté à revoir - La gentillesse du personnel On a payé une chambre triple et ils ont supprimé le 3eme lit. Le Lit simple est vraiment étroit donc pas confortable. La chambre au 5 eme est située sous le restaurant du 6eme du coup un bruit insupportable très tôt le matin. On entends chaque bruit des gens qui prennent le petit déjeuner. Autrement la chambre était défraîchie. Peinture qui tombe et surtout carrelage et joints complètement noircis de moisissures. Dommage

Dhibi Hayani (1/5): - Nothing It was a nightmare, not a stay. I made the reservation for my sister, who used to visit Rabat for business, but it turned out to be the worst experience of her life. First, she was given a room that was already occupied. She entered to find someone naked, which prompted that person to approach the front office to complain. After that, she was given a room with twin beds, despite my booking for a single king-size bed. The room was uncomfortable and dirty, with dust everywhere, as if it had never been cleaned before—especially problematic since she has a dust allergy. Second, she was moved to a different room on the second night, which was no better than the first one. To make matters worse, she was robbed. She left her belongings, including perfume and deodorant, in her bag while out for business, and when she returned, they were gone. When she approached the front office, they said they would investigate and ask the cleaning staff, but nothing happened, and the case was closed. For breakfast, it’s better to eat outside in a snack than at your hotel. If there is a classification of hotels below 1 star, you would definitely be at the top of that list. Your prices are higher than the market rate, but you don’t deserve even a single cent. Shame on you!

Veronique (10/5): - J'ai tout aimé : la chambre très propre, bien équipée, calme donnant sur une cour intérieure, grande douche, le personnel très gentil : ils m'ont dépanné de dirham car ma carte ne passait pas dans leur ATM, et trouvé un fer à repasser ^^ Et très bonne surprise : l'incroyable salle de sport ! Neuve, très très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner varié, bien. Le bruit de la chambre du dessus.
