I'll go back there again. - Because of the time that I booked, I had a room tucked away and really couldn't sit outside like I would have liked. The hotel manager advised me to book earlier if I chose to come back next year. I will do that next time. I am very tall, at 6'5" the shower stall was way too small for me.

Tami (8/5): The cleanliness and location was an A+. - Great location right on the beach, easy to walk to The Pier, shops and restaurants. Went there for the 4th of July and our room had an amazing view of the beach, sunrise, pier and fireworks! Very clean!Friendly staff. There is a small heated pool. We were not happy with the comfort of the beds and pillows but that is just our opinion. So we did not sleep well. The parking is so incredibly tight and you do get a guaranteed spot but you can’t be afraid of pulling into VERY TIGHT spaces. The heated pool was nice but small and went from 3ft to 9ft quickly. As a group of 4 adults, the pool was enjoyable if you are able to get in without it being crowded with kids.

Très près aussi de toutes les petites boutiques et du Pier. Nous étions 3 et l’espace était très bien. Très propre, lits très confortables, personnel accueillant et sympathique.

Linda (9/5): Perfect, the motel and staff are great, right on the beach. - Our first room was small, there was no outside sitting for us, there was no where to put our wet towels, over all I wouldnt want that room again (#2). BUT our second room (#12) was wonderful, lots of room, a tub not stall shower (being we had a child with us), we could sit outside by the pool, put our wet towels on the railing, it was great! Loved our second room. The staff were wonderful, pleasant, helpful, happy, happy to help, they were all just wonderful. Like I said above, we weren't crazy about room #2 but that is all. We stayed 2 nights in room #2 and enjoyed the staff, the pool, and of course the ocean.

Some restaurants had Parking lots but many you had to search on street parking. Tuff to get in and out of parking spaces. Room was a little old but very clean.

It’s not far from Portland and other cities if you wanna drive to different locations. The only issue was being on the 1st floor you can hear the room above walking around and at times it was loud and woke us up.

Rooms are nice size, yet the tv is small and the two chairs are uncomfortable and could be replaced with a couch. Bathroom was tiny and shower stall was small, but had a nice low flow toilet. Nice refrigerator and microwave.internet was slow-under 20 and no TV channels so you have to login to your own app accounts. . It was adequate for a weekend but I would not stay there for a week.

She went above & beyond to accommodate parking of our car, my husband right now has a bad hip. She held our spot so he did not have too much walking to do. Room was clean and had a wonderful view. The beach was clean and beautiful in the area. Wonderful Clean Motel with old school charm. It was in a reasonable distance to Kinneybunkport and Freeport. It was a great value for the money.

The location & amenities were wonderful and the staff (especially the evening front desk woman, Shirley) were top-notch. The only thing we weren't aware of (I'm sure it was in our email confirmation or something) was there wasn't any cable TV available other than local TV stations. Not having cable at our own home this is what we most look forward to in a hotel/motel stay.

Nadja (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit Parkplatz vor der Tür - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, der Strand perfekt für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Der Pool war beheizt. Wir haben oben gewohnt, hatten zwei Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch vor dem Zimmer auf dem gemeinsam genutzten Balkon. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und kleiner Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach vorhanden. Eismaschine an der Rezeption, kostenloser Kaffee zur Selbstbedienung zu den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Super Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge in den Norden und in den Süden. Poolwasser war etwas trübe.

Most convenient stairs were blocked off due to managers area, and had to walk around.Total inconvenience from our assigned parking. Ad said beach chairs and umbrellas available and continental breakfast. Motel had neither. Coffee available after 9 and wasn't kept full although Keurig in room. Shower didn't properly drain.
