Nous avons aimé la discrétion du personnel, la chambre très joliment décorée et le confort du lit. Il y a pas mal de restos et commerces super sympa à proximité..

• van den Berg (1/5): Dramatisch - Niks , was crimineel slecht. Was smerig, onbeschoft personeel, je kan beter een nacht onder een brug in Rabat slapen dan in dit hotel.

• FATIH (7/5): Abdul Qadir at the reception desk is wonderful and very kind. He was helpful and caring - The location is great and near plenty of places in Agdal Some parts of the hotel are a bit dated, but the renovations are good and satisfactory. The price is slightly higher than what's offered.

• Lionel (1/5): - Nous avons effectué 2 nuits dans cet hôtel que nous ne recommandons pas. Malheureusement, il y a plusieurs points à améliorer. La présence de fourmis dans la salle de bains, le nettoyage de chambre laisse à désirer et le petit-déjeuner avec des produits très secs. Nous sommes certains que ces points seront revus par l'effectif. Par contre, l'établissement est bien placé.

Chambre bruyante, rideau transparent qui laisse la lumière entrer (penser à mettre des volets), bidet quasiment collet à la cuvette des toilettes (qui elle n’etait meme pas fixée), pas de tapix dans la baignoire ou quelque chose pour se tenir, petit déjeuner avec peu de choix (pensez à mettre des fruits). Une deception pour un hotel qui se dit 4 étoiles. Il y a encore betde boulot.

Arrivée tardive, menage non realisé, pas de serviettes, - La localisation et la possibilité de pouvoir stationner gratuitement son véhicule La chambre qu’on m’a attribué la première nuit n’était pas prête. Le ménage n’avait pas été réalisé, les serviettes étaient usagées et la douche ne fonctionnait pas. L’hotel étant full, j’ai pu changer de chambre seulement le lendemain.

• Samory (10/5): My stay was excellent. - Both were very good! They were excellent and well worth the price. I like the location, the owner and the entire hotel.
• Mouna (10/5): Wonderful ! - The front office manager Dalal and the Sales Manager were very welcoming and helpful. My little baby was so sick and they help me and I'm so grateful to meet them during my stay. The hotel is so nice with a Moroccan touch. The room clean and spacious.

• Latif (1/5): The whole management have to be changed - Only the location. The price of the hotel is not worth the stay. The breakfast was terrible, and the management needs to improve the overall quality. The hotel has potential to be one of the best in the city, but the room we were given had two single beds pushed together without a proper mattress for couples. For the rate we paid, at least water and more than one towel should be provided. There was also no security when we arrived, and no one to help with our bags. We even encountered homeless people in front of the hotel asking for money. Later that night, the desk staff questioned if we were guests, which felt strange. I will never book here again. Poor management.

The hotel needs renovation, notably of bathrooms (for example, sink was cracked). The staff didn’t speak French or English, only Arabic, which made it difficult to seek info or advice. Maps or other info were not available and for directions I was told to check google, which is fine but not ideal and less when roaming is not available.

• Fatima (1/5): RUN AWAY! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING IT - Nothing at all! Run from there I was not comfertable with the room they gave us, the room was smelly, when we told the receptionist that we do not want to stay here she began to ask me why i dont want to stay here. I told her the rooms stink and it's hot in the rooms, aircondition i dont understand how it works. She then told me that they have rooms that are not smelly i told her i can see the rooms but I cannot guarantee that we will stay here. She then began to show us the room and nothing was as I expected, the last room she showed us was the worst!! It smelled worse than the others. Before walking in the room i could smell the terrible smell, I didnt go inside and she insisted that we go in the room so we told her that we dont want to stay here and we want our money back. "Since we paid with card" she could not return the money ive worked with terminals so i know how it works. We began to give her options but she still denied all of our options. Her meaning was to force us to stay and she told us to do whatever we want to do, we didnt have any other choice than to call the Police because she didnt want to return our money, she began to talk to her other colleague when the other colleague came out she supported her and ment that she had worked in 10 hotels and none hotel returns money back 😒, I then told her if you go to shop something and you didn't like it they can't tell you that they can't pay you back because you paid by card! Well the Police had to come because all of them denied to return money back! Im advising you to never come to this hotel! Im sorry but I got a very bad day because of this woman and she used 3 hours of our time because she decided to be stubborn with us, all the time we talked to her with respect.

The shower and bathroom were nice and the hotel overall was beautiful and clean. There were very few Vegan options for breakfast so that left me hungry in the morning. The mini fridge in the room wasn't working so when I went to get my drinks in the morning they weren't cold.

• Rodrigo (6/5): Good staff, the place is not terrible, but it’s outdated and needs urgent renovations - Everyone in the staff were very friendly and always trying to help, except for the one who checked us in that didn’t keep our taxi arrangements, charging more than we previously agreed on as well as charging for an extra bed when I had already paid for on booking. Breakfast was OK, didn’t have much variety, but good eggs and sausage as well as orange juice. I wasn’t impressed by the cake. I had dinner in their restaurant one time, good food although quite expensive compared to other great restaurants in the city. Their chicken tangine was amazing. The staff member that checked us in. Extra bed was fragile and the bed frame was missing some boards what would cause the mattress to fall down occasionally. Water pressure in the 4th floor was terrible, shower was a challenge. Key card didn’t work, for my entire trip any time I had to enter my room a member of the staff would have to come along and open the door with a master key, they were very friendly and always happy to do it, but quite bad having to rely on someone to just enter your room.

Overall, the value for money was definitely not right.
