Children's rules for each room type
One infant from 0 to 23 months can stay for free except for the maximum occupancy per room.
One child from 24 months to 9 years old can stay for free in the Deluxe Room and Royal Suite, but cannot stay together in the other room types. When there are two children, only the youngest child 12 months to 9 years old can stay for free. For other children, please check the room as an adult.
Children over 10 years old, please check the room as an adult.
Standard Double, Standard Twin, Emily Suite Triple, Emily Suite Twin and Amanti Suite are only available for the same number of people per room, including adults and children.
For the three types of Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin and Royal Suite, you can bring one child under the age of 10 in addition to the standard 2 people. (Accompanying only, without amenity or extra bedding)

Air conditioner and Heating system
Heating and cooling is a central control system, and depending on the season, only air conditioning in summer and heater in winter are operated, so heating in summer and cooling in winter are unavailable. In the room, you can only turn ON/OFF/temperature control of the heating and cooling system.
Adults only
Accommodations at Amanti Hotel Seoul is only available to adults 19 years of age or older or minors accompanied by a legal guardian. All guests' IDs are checked upon check-in, and if at least one of the guests is under the age of 19 without a legal guardian, they will refuse to stay. Please note when using.
Only adults 19 years of age or older can use the swimming pool, which is a paid facility. Minors accompanied by a legal guardian are not permitted to use facilities too.

The outdoor swimming pool URBAN PARADISE, which is only open in midsummer, is only available to adult guests 19 years of age or older for a fee. Please refer to the hotel's official website for detailed operating period and rates.

- Bernd (6/5): - Während meines 17-tägigen Aufenthalts in Seoul habe ich in drei unterschiedlichen Unterkünften in verschiedenen Stadtteilen gewohnt. Diese Unterkunft lag in einem sehr lebendigen studentischen Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäften und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, die bequem fußläufig erreichbar waren. Die Lage war daher wirklich sehr gut. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ordentlich. Es fand täglich ein Reinigungsservice statt. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel dem, was man von einem klassischen Standardhotelzimmer erwartet – funktional, sauber und ordentlich. Der Hauptgrund für meine vergleichsweise niedrige Bewertung ist die aus meiner Sicht völlig unzureichende Möglichkeit, Kleidung oder Handtücher aufzuhängen beziehungsweise zu trocknen. Im gesamten Zimmer gab es lediglich einen einzigen Haken. Im Badezimmer existierte zusätzlich nur eine kleine Handtuchstange. Gerade in Seoul mit dem warmen und teilweise sehr schwülen Klima kommt man nach einem regnerischen Tag oft mit leicht feuchter Kleidung zurück oder duscht – wie ich – an heißen Tagen auch zweimal täglich. Dafür gab es schlicht keine praktikable Möglichkeit, Handtücher oder Kleidung vernünftig aufzuhängen und trocknen zu lassen. Am Ende musste man Dinge über einen Stuhl oder andere Möbel legen, wo sie kaum richtig trocknen konnten. Zusätzlich wurden nur sehr wenige Handtücher bereitgestellt – ein großes und ein kleines pro Person. Wenn man diese aufgrund der fehlenden Aufhängemöglichkeiten kaum trocknen kann, wird das schnell unpraktisch. Gleichzeitig befand sich im Schrank ein Hinweis, dass man für mögliche Schäden – unter anderem am Tresor unterhalb aufgehängter Kleidung – haftbar gemacht werden könne. Wenn aber nahezu keine Möglichkeiten geschaffen werden, Kleidung oder Handtücher vernünftig aufzuhängen, empfinde ich diesen Hinweis als unangemessen. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich hier deutlich bessere und alltagstauglichere Lösungen erwartet.

In general we had a nice and pleasant stay, would definitely come back. Pillows are too flat, not quite comfortable. The blanket is hot, I did not use it. Air conditioning is not very quiet. And in the amenities, I'd really appreciate disposable loofas.

Évier de la salle de bain bouchée à notre arrivée mais malheureusement on l’a vu que le lendemain (puisqu’on a crapahuté dehors tout du long). On a reçu un mot de l’hôtel dans notre chambre comme quoi ils ont retrouvés de la nourriture et nous priant de faire attention. Bien que le mot était pas méchant, je trouve ça moyen d’accuser des clients franchement arrivés.

No flexibility from staff to consider an early check in within an hour or so of the standard time. Although they stored my luggage, I would have appreciated having access to the room to freshen up after long travel. The reception staff wouldn’t even complete documentation or allow me to pay for the room until the check in time.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a good view of the city. Staff was also attentive to our needs and able to accommodate special requests such as birthday cake. No complaints.

- MayaWang (8/5): - 1. 位於弘大（入口）站1號出口（上下都有手扶梯，下行是單人寬度）步行約10來分鐘，沿著飯店前的路上行到底就是弘大，交通及地點非常方便，餐廳咖啡廳超商選擇性多。 2. 鄰近民宿除安全考量外價格也不便宜，若有2人以上住飯店是更好的選擇，但弘大一帶飯店價格偏高，Amanti是相對較為實惠的選項 3. 會中文的年輕女性服務人員，非常親切！值得嘉獎 標準雙床房空間偏小，且隔音不太好。8樓臨對外馬路晚上都還能聽到外面的聲音

- Carlotta (10/5): Un soggiorno da favola - Hotel estremamente ben curato e tenuto, camera ampia, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, per di più con una vista spettacolare. Frigobar, acqua sempre a disposizione gratis, ciabattine e varie per il bagno. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, le signore che si occupano delle pulizie sono estremamente gentili ed educate. Fantastica vicinanza alla strada principale e nei dintorni ci sono molti convenience store e bar. Lo staff è stato estremamente attento e accogliente, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra! Il letto super comodo così come i cuscini. Ero preoccupata dal phon che molte recensioni descrivevano come inutile , ma invece era molto potente ed efficace. Grazie Amanti Hotel Seoul per il fantastico soggiorno! Se proprio dobbiamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, l’illuminazione in stanza e in bagno era molto scarsa.

- ellieleigh (9/5): Great, I would stay again - I liked how close it was to hongdae street as well as there is 2 train stations that are walkable. It is super easy to come and go as you please. The room was big and clean. Would stay again I tried to log into my Netflix and the sound didn’t work but that is on my part as I didn’t go to the front desk and ask for help as I branch my laptop, other than that I liked all the hotel

- Weston (10/5): Beautiful view, perfect location to explore Hongdae, extremely professional staff - Beautiful view, comfortable space, honestly seemed far fancier than we needed but rather perfect for exploring different parts of Hongdae. We found it extremely convenient, and enjoyed popping up to the running track in order to take in the view at night. Wish we'd stayed longer. When they advertise themselves as an explicitly tourist hotel it pulled away the illusion of our visit but makes sense. Overall the place was more than we needed, but that's on us not them. Recommend!

Le bâtiment était propre et bien entretenu, rien à dire. Quant aux personnel, ils étaient tous au top, que ce soit de l'accueil jusqu'aux agents d'entretien, rien à dire je recommande à 100 % et je les remercie énormément ! Le seul point négatif, c'est potentiellement des télévisions dans les chambres dans la mienne, je ne pouvais pas aller sur YouTube (pas de SMART TV). Mais bon, ce n'est pas très grave

Friendly and helpful staff - fantastic location in Hongdae, only a few minutes walk to Hongik University station, plus buses outside door. Rooms were nice, decent size, super clean. Staff friendly, and helpful - great service in helping us resolve a problem (that had nothing to do with the hotel or the booking), really Comfy beds Nothing really was disliked. We asked for extra pillows, so perhaps providing this at the start might have been good. Was shower over bath, and personal preference is that I would prefer shower only, but it was fine.

- Ayelen (10/5): - amazing place to stay, Hongdae is a great location! the hotel is beautiful and very big, rooms are super comfy and staff are very friendly and helpful. the bathroom is very spacious! the temperature on our room was a little too hot all the time given they have central heating, so we had to open our windows to compensate.

- Lars (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, absolut zentral in dem Gebiet, in dem es gelegen ist. Es ist alles in der Nähe (Restaurants, Apotheken, Coffeebars, Bäcker, Einkaufszentrum, Metro, Bus) und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Seoul in weniger als einer Stunde mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Zimmer absolut sauber und komfortabel. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gutes Gym und Laufstrecke auf dem Dach. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz für ein Auto inklusive.

- Katherine (10/5): We love everything! The Hotel and the location! - The Hotel was great. The location was awesome. It is in the middle of Hongdae. There is a lot of Restaurant and shopping Centre. Train station is only 5-10min walk. We loved the place. Nothing…everything was perfect!

- Sorya (6/5): Très bien pour explorer Hongdae, mais il y a sûrement mieux ailleurs - Calme tout en étant à proximité de Hongdae La chambre est très sombre, il n’y a pas beaucoup de spots lumière. Sur la fiche d’informations remise par le personnel, un passage nous avait surpris : interdiction d’étendre des serviettes mouillées sur la tête de lit car cela abîme le mobilier. Nous nous sommes demandés pourquoi quelqu’un aurait l’idée de faire une chose pareille. En fait, la réponse est simple : il n’y a qu’une barre en guise de porte-serviettes au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain, rien d’autre pour poser ou étendre des serviettes. Cela expliquerait aussi ce qui nous a le plus gênés dans ce séjour : une odeur très désagréable (comme une odeur de renfermé ou d’humidité) qui ne partait pas et qui nous frappait de plein fouet dès qu’on rentrait dans la chambre. Même si nous avons bien aéré la chambre tous les jours, l’odeur subsistait. Peut-être qu’il y a eu des problèmes de dégâts des eaux et d’humidité dans cet hôtel. Autre chose, nous avons essayé de profiter de la terrasse sur le rooftop pendant les horaires d’ouverture, mais la porte était fermée. Pourtant, les conditions météorologiques étaient bonnes, il n’y avait pas particulièrement de vent ce jour là. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine, mais la météo ne s’y prêtait pas et les commentaires des autres clients nous avaient découragé de toute manière. Il y a aussi un vis-à-vis sur la piscine direct depuis la réception où tous les clients qui passent peuvent vous voir, ce n’est pas confortable. Enfin, la réception est au 4e étage. Le hall d’entrée est vide et donne directement sur les ascenseurs et le restaurant. En résumé, l’hôtel est correct pour un court séjour, mais le standing ne correspond pas vraiment à un 4 étoiles.
