We stayed at the hotel for 4 day, and not once was the room ever cleaned. I even called and asked them to clean the room and they never did. Also the iron wasn't, and we requested a replacement and they siad no.

Marianne (7/5): Not like home - The closeness of the Disneyland Parks, breakfast was great!! We had to switch rooms twice, we arrived in the first room and there was poop in the pullout couch, moved us to the second room and we couldn’t lock the door, moved us to the final room and my bed was horrible it sounded like I was sleeping in metal cans and they would clank everything I moved all night. In addition, the bathtub faucet leaked and there was no water pressure because it would not pull up to allow the shower to fully run. Lastly, my key card never worked until my last two days there. We would get back from Disneyland at close to midnight, I would have to run to the front desk to have them rekey it for the first 3 days.

Shyla (9/5): I enjoyed my stay - I liked the check in staff. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the full kitchen! I don’t have anything I didn’t like. Only complaints, the hall leading to room 215 had an unpleasant smell that was there our entire 4 day stay and the breakfast was out of a lot of things on Saturday which was to be expected but the kitchen staff was rude when people were pointing out all the things they were put off. She seemed overwhelmed and like she needed an extra hand

I didn’t like that the staff at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us at all. They seem in a bad mood and like they hate their job. The only one that was friendly during our stay was Briana. Also when we first checked into our room at almost 7pm the garbage can u see the sink was filled with garbage from the previous guests. The floors looked like they aren’t vacuumed, the couch had the fuzz from the cushions coming out, it seemed a little dirty.

Andrew (2/5): I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anybody. - False advertisement in what they displayed The staff was not helpful. The room and shower were not cleaned well. Staff did not offer any blankets and pillows. For the full out be. They told us housekeeping was understaffed and we probably wouldn’t get our room cleaned unless we absolutely needed it.

Dustin (7/5): Overall it was a good experience with minor inconveniences. - The property itself was nice and the room was comfortable. When I arrived the clerk at the front desk informed me that they were short staffed on housekeepers and my room was unavailable. I had to switch rooms to accommodate Their staffing. The room they provided me was clean however, the bedside lamp did not have lightbulbs in it.

Cristal (10/5): Great hotel, positive environment and a great place to stay - The property was in a great location, the staff were friendly, and very helpful. My family and I loved the breakfast and the hotel environment. The pool was a bit cold in terms of water but felt relaxing during the hotter days.

Danny (4/5): From the moment we checked in, the staff's behavior lacked professionalism; we felt unwelcome. - The social hour was exceptional; the complimentary washer and dryer facilities greatly assisted us during our vacation. The staff was unprofessional and rude. My son had trouble accessing the pool due to a malfunctioning key card and when he informed the staff at the front desk they reacted with hostility and inappropriate language and later denied making any verbal threats and called my son a liar.

Xavier (10/5): Definitely staying here again! - The room was clean, the kitchen was very convenient and the bed is comfortable. The location is close to Disneyland about 20 minutes walk. Breakfast is great even have dinner social during our stay. The staff are very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. The ac unit is outdated and a bit loud, may need to be upgraded. Didn’t bother us much as we are tired from spending the whole day walking. It does the job and keep the room cold.

Lisa (9/5): Fantastic location with clean and comfortable rooms - First of all I want to compliment the reception staff. They were very welcoming and pleasant. We reserved a room that had all amenities needed for a long stay (kitchen, separate lounge area) however, we only stayed 1 night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I judge the quality of the room based on the pillows/bedding and the pillows were perfect! There were plenty of clean towels in the room. This hotel is minutes to Disneyland, so if you are traveling to visit Disneyland but don't want to pay the cost of a Disneyland property hotel, this is the best you can get! Parking is convenient and there were ample spaces available. I don't like to complain after stating how much we enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple items that I would mention that could have been better. The tub in our room had a malfunctioning tub stopper, which made it difficult to use. The room itself could use some freshening up. It's a bit worn, but not dirty, so if that doesn't matter to you, then disregard. The thing my husband pointed out, which may also not be a big deal for some people, but there is no card required to get into the elevator from the parking structure. This could be a safety issue, although we felt safe the whole time we were there. The price was more than we expected to pay and I assume that is because it is so close to Disneyland and it was half of what we would have paid if we stayed on property, so we were not discouraged by that...it's just good to know. You will have road noise and also the Disneyland fireworks sound like they are right over the building. The fireworks only last 10-15.
Courtney (7/5): Accommodations okay, but wouldn't stay again. - Very friendly and accommodating staff. Plentiful parking in the onsite parking garage. We reserved two rooms for our family. Both rooms smelled VERY strongly of marijuana and cigarette smoke. It was clear that someone was smoking in their room. The odor was especially strong in the bathrooms, I'm assuming because of the vent system. After returning from a day at the parks, it was a very unpleasant welcome "home".
