• Ken (8/5): Overall, quite good - Didn't have breakfast. Location was good. Suggest a 2nd blanket be available. 2)A barking dog was allowed to enter the restaurant at breakfast time. Hence, we skipped the cafe. Of course dog-barking cannot be totally prevented, but perhaps some better rules around barking would be good. (I actually prefer to go to hotels that do not allow pets based on bad experiences with barking dogs in adjacent rooms in the past).

• Molly (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! - This was a very pleasant hotel and we enjoyed the in groud hot tub and the friendly staff. The hotel is walking distance to the town of friday harbor. Bonus points for the shuttle that was abe to take us to the ferry station in the morning!

• Sharon (5/5): Adequate, with friendly personnel at desk and cafe. No amenities to buy (needed a toothbrush). - I liked its layout, with a great cafe/coffee shop and jacuzzi & friendly folk. Easy walk from town. Room was VERY sparsely decorated with no color. There was virtually no artwork on walls or rugs or accents like pillows or blankets to make it cozy. Felt bare and cold.

• Joseph (7/5): Great Location, plenty of amenities. - Breakfast was ok, had a chorizo burrito. The restaurant was clean and service quick. Great location, close to downtown, but distant enough to be quiet. The kitchen was stocked with minimal plates, cups, utensils, etc. good enough for our stay. The refrigerator was a big plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed mattress needs a replacement, worn and soft. The temperature controls were confusing for the air and heat, two different controls, never able to adjust to a comfortable room. Electric pot in the room to heat water and there was instant coffee, would like k cup coffee pot.

• Beverly (4/5): We needed more towels and toilet paper, they don’t stick the room, even with an extra blanket. We had to go to the lobby - It was in a great area and two rooms was nice The beds are old, not comfortable at all. Housekeeping doesn’t come every day and no one mentioned that.

• Amanda (10/5): We had a fabulous time! - We were traveling with another family and this place was so great for kids! The play room, all the play toys in the cafe and in the courtyard were perfect for our crew. We enjoyed the hot tub and the food and the ease of the rooms. It was such a great weekend, I highly recommend. It's a bit worn around the edges, it's not a new building and the decor is older. But the comfort of the stay was what matters and we were very comfortable.

There was a lot within walking distance, including church. We enjoyed that! Our family of 8 needed two rooms, and they weren't right next door even though we booked quite early.

• Kathleen (10/5): Perfect for my needs. - This is a real apartment- you could stay for weeks, comfortably. It was a suite, and quite spacious. Friday Harbor is beautiful. I want to return and spend more than one night. I needed a specific instructions for operating the heating system, as it included a little gas-powered fireplace/room heater that really heated the room/s and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. And I wish they had a small convenience store close by.

Nothing opened and again the front de - It was in Friday harbor Receptionist did not know anything about town locations even on the map. Very nice but no information whatsoever. Really unreal since it’s a TINY island town.

• Angik (4/5): Do not stay here if you plan to get a good night's sleep. - Good sized room. The walls and floor are razor thin. We had a honeymoon couple above us and we could not sleep with the rattling from all sides. You can hear any noise from any side of the room. Left a day before we planned, to get a good night sleep before the vacation ended. Not worth >$200/night.

• Sabino (9/5): Great place to stay! - We arrived later than normal, but I enjoyed that the facility kept communication with us during our travel from the airport to the fairy. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and greeted us with a smile something we needed arriving late. The breakfast was simple and excellent, the employees who ran the restaurant were helpful and friendly made you feel comfortable. overall, I would stay here again....great place to stay. Not many cons off the top of my head that I can thank of.

The 2 front desk clerks made absolutely no effort to accommodate us until i went up to the desk just before regular check in time. They did nothing while i sat in their lobby for 1 1/2 hours.

Even though the games in the rec room weren't in great condition, it did provide some fun entertainment one evening. The angles in the hallways were ... interesting. The room/kitchen was a little dated and we could have used better lighting. But they did provide a fresh dish sponge and dish soap, which I really appreciate it.

• Stacy (9/5): Nice Suites, good location. - Location was nice. Walking distance to town. Suites were really big with kitchen. Never texted to let us know room was available, so we couldn’t check in until really late due to late afternoon/ evening reservations.
• Joy (6/5): - The property was very clean and comfortable. There was a little kitchenette which was great and two beds (a separate room, also nice). The hotel itself was really cute with some nice extra amenities. Our toilet consistently didn’t work, getting clogged, water running and unable to flush. It wouldn’t have been an issue if there were 24/7 front desk staff but when the toilet clogged overnight there was no one to fix it. Additionally house cleaning didn’t come once during our stay which wasn’t the end of the world but frustrating.

• T (3/5): No response from this outdated hotel - A good location and a hot tub. Tried canceling because of a family emergency. They wouldn't even response to my ask. The rooms are outdated and beds squeaky.
