• Fareed (10/5): Taksim Hotel v plus - I recently stayed at Taksim Hotel V Plus for two nights, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing after long days out. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service. A special thanks to Volkan at the reception—he was incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. His professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference and truly enhanced my stay. I would definitely recommend Taksim Hotel V Plus to anyone visiting the area, and I appreciate the team for their hospitality. The hotel is situated on a downhill slope, so heading back can feel a bit like climbing a small mountain.

Per due giorni di fila il caffè era finito! Lo sciacquone del bagno di una delle nostre camere era rotto e ce l'hanno lasciato smontato durante tutto il soggiorno. Le camere sono piccolissime e per nulla insonorizzate dunque si sente davvero tutto!! Per finire la moschea a fianco vi sveglierà tutti i giorni alle 5:30 di mattina:-)

Im Zimmer ist kaum Platz - man weiß nicht wo man seinen Koffer hinstellen kann. Das Telefon war nicht angeschlossen, die Fernbedienung hat gefehlt, die Klimaanlage ging plötzlich an und aus… Es war schrecklich. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. Finger weg!

Рядом с отелем есть несколько продуктовых и овощных магазинов. На Таксиме много кафе и локанто, чтобы поесть. В отеле есть все необходимое для проживания. Уборка и смена белья ежедневно. Завтрак, хоть и однообразный, но достаточен для насыщения. По Вашему заказу могут приготовить омлет. Персонал очень приветливый, внимательный. Помогут вызвать такси до аэропорта. Спасибо за приятное проживание в вашем отеле.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the visit.

Özellikle Volkan Bey ve Mustafa Bey’e ayrı teşekkür etmek isterim. Güler yüzleri ve yardımseverlikleriyle tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdiler. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

The bathroom was dirty when we opened up the shower dirt filled the bathroom floor. Also the room was rusted. The breakfast was awful, it had tea coffee corn flakes and omelette and it was in a really small room with 4 tables. Not a 3 star hotel for sure. Regret going I wouldn’t recommend. Stay alert

The room was a bit dated: the carpet kind of dirty and very thim, the bathroom furniture was rusty, also the one at the entrance in the room. But the biggest problem was the uninsulated wires from a strange "job" where they embedded some sockets directly into the bedside table coming out of the wall, for this reason you couldn't even move the bedside tables even though they weren't attached to the bed.
• Jarosław (8/5): - Standard hotelu uważam za dobry. Nie jest to wysoki standard, ale wystarczający by budżetowo skorzystać z noclegu. Pościel czysta, nie śmierdzi papierosami, codziennie było sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki i dokładany papier toaletowy, to bardzo ważne. Martwią mnie śniadania, które na zdjęciach wyglądają na porządny stół szwedzki, ale na żywo tak nie jest. Troszkę wprowadzanie klienta w błąd. Poza tym śniadania, które były, były dobre. Obsluga the best. Mili, uprzejmi ludzie. Sam rejon hotelu uważam idealny, sklep pod hotelem, blisko na główną plejadę z której na pieszo można dojść wszędzie. Z lotniska metrem pod sam plac gdzie jest obok hotel. Polecam.
• Maryem (10/5): - Le personnel est très, très compétent, accueillant et professionnel. Le lieu est propre, bien entretenu et l’ambiance est agréable. La nourriture est bonne et de qualité . Cependant, je ne recommande pas cet endroit aux personnes âgées, car l’accès nécessite de monter une longue montée/rampe, ce qui peut être fatigant.
• Abu-Bakr (9/5): Neutral experience - The location to Taksim square is excellent. The man at the front desk helped us when my friend got pickpocketed at Sisli station. He told us what to do. The hairdryer didn't work in the bathroom but another man at the front desk gave us one to use that worked. The hotel is fantastic value for money. There was mold on the floor in the shower which was not cleaned for all the days that we stayed there. However, the mold was not near any parts that the body would touch while showering. The room was not functional enough to use the chair because it was too small and the table was not fixed properly - in fact it was wobbly. The same man at the front desk who helped us said that the taxi would cost €40 to the Sabiha Gokcen airport and it would take 2 hours maximum. The taxi driver told us that it will take 2.5 hours but if we pay toll fees of 700 lira it will be shorter when I showed him the fastest route on Google Maps. I don't know if the front desk and him did this type of corruption together, or if the driver was corrupt by himself, because this is a common taxi scam in Istanbul for taxi drivers. We paid the money because my friend was worried since the national ID card was stolen when the pickpocketing happened at Sisli station, so we didn't know if they would allow boarding the flight without it. The hotel should tell people about this with the taxis if it is not their fault.

• Lucien (3/5): We seriously considered changing hotels in the middle of our stay due to how uncomfortable it was. - The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. There was visible rust in the bathroom, and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly, it often kept making noise for hours after being used. The rooms are not sound-insulated at all. Even with the windows and curtains closed, we could still hear street noise, neighbors talking loudly as late as 4 a.m., as well as footsteps, flushing, and other noises from the room above. It was extremely difficult to sleep, which defeats the main purpose of booking a hotel in the first place. The curtains also do not block out the morning light properly, so sunlight comes in at dawn. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable as well; after five nights, I ended up with back and neck pain. is close to Taksim Square, but it’s located on a steep downhill street, which makes going up and down very uncomfortable when returning to the hotel. It’s also almost impossible to carry your luggage uphill if you don’t plan on taking a taxi at the end of your stay. We seriously considered changing hotels in the middle of our stay due to how uncomfortable it was. Lastly, the breakfast is below average, with very limited options, and it is served in a small room in the basement. This hotel should be rated as a one-star property, not three stars. It does not deserve its current rating.
