Guest Reviews
- Martin (8/5): - Convenient location within walking distance to main station and Trevi Fountain. Clean nice room. Good communication regarding entry procedures. Breakfast did the job although basic and we couldn’t find the location of breakfast until second morning.
- BENJAMIN (8/5): - An aparthotel rather than a hotel really but beyond that, the service is the same. Had some confusion finding the building as the hotel is within a larger complex and we had to wait for someone to show us to our room once we found our way in, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a jacuzzi room with a round bed which was all very romantic and extra and daily breakfast was nice. Area is a short walk from the train station and easily walkable into the city if you're more active.
- Daniela (8/5): - The property is at a great location. The housekeeping is great. Would stay there again.
- JASON (8/5): - This property is in a great quiet spot in Rome. Loved the room size and amenities, just wish the shower would have worked better than it did. The head needed to be replaced and the water was either really hot or cold. Breakfast included in this B&B was good as well. Just not sure about the shower.
- Roderick (8/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well kept. Fridge was stocked with bottled water daily.
The main negative was the bath in our room (303). The bath had no standing shower - no shower curtain or shower door. So you had to improvise by holding the shower wand over your head and facing just the right direction to avoid soaking the entire bath room.
The self-serve breakfast was good but without any variety from day to day. Would have been nice to have plain croissants in addition to the sugar ones and an unsweetened whole wheat cereal (eg bran flakes, muesli) would have been nice as well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a great stay. Perfect location in a more quiet area of Rome. The service from the people was amazing. Very accommodating and showed us a lot of things to do in Rome.Breakfast was a nice bonus and your normal continental breakfast.
We would definitely come back next time we are in Rome.
- Emily (10/5): - The property was perfect for our first night in Rome! The staff was genuinely friendly, our room was clean, and the location was convenient.
- Manu (10/5): - Friendly staff, very good value for money. Conveniently located.
- Graham (10/5): Excellent - If ever goin to Rome looking for a nice central location this is the place to go, hassle free, excellent service, great breakfast
- Mariam (10/5): - The property was clean and close to both metro station and center.
- Deborah (6/5): - Alejandro was very nice and helpful - even gave us an upgrade which we appreciated, but no one was ever around if we had a question. We happen to get lucky he was there when we checked in and then we never saw him. He said to call, but we did not feel comfortable doing that. It was very confusing to find the property and difficult to bring our bags up since the lift didn't start at the entrance. The bathroom was very clean, but we were confused on how to use the shower without making a mess without a shower curtain or door. The walls could use a refresh and the area outside our window was filthy. The TV also didn't have even one English speaking channel. I know we were not the only English speaking people there. The breakfast was good, but was set up too late for us and a couple of other people on two of the days. I'm not sure I would stay here again.
- Anna (10/5): - It is close to train and bue terminal about 8 minutes walking. Staff are helpful and sincere.
- Jaqueline (10/5): Great location! - Amazing location close to main tourist spots in Rome. Small bed for my tall partner but very comfortable.
- Kris (10/5): - Hard to find.
- Ian (10/5): - This was the second time I stayed at the property in.a week. Alfonso kindly let me leave my main luggage there whilst I went to Venice. The breakfast was lovely as was the room. Customer service is definitely 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Highly recommend this property.
- Ian (10/5): - Could not fault anything about this hotel !! From the start Alfonso made us feel so welcome and gave us a detailed map on where all the sights were, most were in walking distance. The breakfast was lovely. We are actually booked in again next week. Highly recommended Roma Veneto Relais ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- peter (10/5): - This is a great place to stay while in Rome...the staff are friendly and helpful...breakfast every day is good and tasty...not the Ritz or the Hilton so if you want luxury and all the modern upgrades go elsewhere...if you want a nice hotel where you can walk (if in good health) to all the sights of Rome and have a great time, as we did, the Romo veneto is it.
- John (10/5): Little haven in Roma - Lovely little hotel in the centre of Rome. The owner was wonderful really helpful and lots of fun too. The rooms are fine and functional and breakfast is good too. There are lots fo good restuarants on the doorstepo too and you get 10% off one of them, the owner will give you details. All in all we thoroughkly enjoyed our stay.
- XIAODONG (10/5): - Very nice place, easy to get around, and super friendly and helpful staff!
- Nicholas (10/5): - .
- Coralynn (10/5): - Very good service , friendly staff , centrally located
- Subasinha (10/5): Very good - Comfortable rooms. Clean. Attended daily.
Jacuzzi is added feature. Very nice.
Staff and management is friendly, helpful and informative.
- Jonathan (10/5): Great little place - The place was similar to the pictures, it was clean, with a comfortable bed. It was great for the price. I'm not sure why there were lights that changed color in the bathroom and the smell was just a little stale. But the service was excellent, for the price and the location I would recommend no it.
- Rosarie (10/5): Excellent Stay - An amazing stay with a very helpful host. Perfect location !
- Faustino (2/5): - This is the worst place ever!!! BEWARE BED BUGS!!!! The owner will not help you!!! I payed 11 nights the first night I arrived with my family we were woken up at 4:00am to bed bugs I called the owner and he said he could not do anything for my family and I that I need to wait until 9:00am!!! So I had to find a new place to go to! The owner the next day told me that I must have brought them with me!! He refused to help me! The property is an apartment building!! And another thing Blood Stains on the mattress!!! RICARDO IS THE OWNER! RUDE AND A SCAMMER DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!
- David (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean friendly experience. Great value for the money.!! The owner couldn’t do enough to help!
- Henry (8/5): - Good location, friendly and very helpful staff.
- Lauren (10/5): - Room was clean and staff was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to Rome! There are a lot of stairs but there is an elevator option!
- Nadine (6/5): - Overall it was ok. The showers didn't work well, the facility is old, the breakfast was limited and the AC on the 5th floor wasn't working.
- Timothy (2/5): Not a hotel. No ice. No reception. Not place booked - Very bad. Worst place I have stayed at in a decade.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was of a decent size with lots of useful amenities and very clean. The location was great, with only a short walk to transport links but if you don't mind the walking you can get to major tourist attractions in 30 - 40 minutes. The staff service was very attentive and friendly. The only downside was the hotel was difficult to find in the beginning. On the plus side I loved the glitter on the walls and the bathroom light effect! Should I visit Rome again I would happily stay here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was great, all the service wax excellente, the staff was felpfull
- Paul (2/5): A veritable bait and switch!! - Extremely disappointed. We stayed there 2 years ago when they had 6 rooms and a breakfast room, all in a row. Now they are occupying rooms all over the 6 story bldg. and doing it in the least costly manner. We stayed in a round bed which was terribly uncomfortable and the room was so incredibly small and inefficient. We ordered a double bed but were not accommodated. And we paid a premium rate (saw a review that said the round bed was a junior room!!!) In the hotel picture, they DO NOT show the round beds. We stayed in Italy 17 days on the Mediteranean and Adriatic Coasts and every room we selected queen and king beds and were accommodated. Disappointed that the men we met 2 years ago are only interested in money and not their guests. The morning we left, a non-English speaking man gave us our receipt and overcharged us for the nightly euros; now we realize we were overcharged for the room as well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff is amazing.very helpful and informative and is hands down the best service in a hotel I had. Franchesco and his team are excellent and I look forward to staying here again when I come back to Rome.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great experience! There is no signage or outside marker to the hotel. It's literally behind a giant door that you use codes to get into. It has the coolestittke elevator and the rooms are great, sleep was great and bathroom showers were great. The staff was so helpful and gave us a 20 min introduction to the city which was my favorite. Reception and breakfast is on the top floor and has everything you need. It's literally a 15 min walk to colleseum and 25 min walk to Vatican city. Very impressed recommend highly!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The location for this place was decent, but the entrance was very hard to find. We asked several people on the street to help us without success only to find out later that some of them worked for the guesthouse. Once we did get in, the clerk was very kind and helpful in assisting with directions and making us feel welcome. We were disappointed though as our first night was spent in another property as the place we booked was full. It looked like a college dorm room with 3 small beds, no toilletries, and the drain was clogged in the shower. The second night, the staff moved our luggage to our new room which was definitely better than the first, but super noisy. In addition, the sink drain was partially clogged and the in room coffee maker did not work and the mugs provided were too big to fit under the machine. When i mentioned the coffee pot to the desk clerk, he blamed me. The breakfast was okay, nothing too exciting.
- Molly (10/5): Can't wait to stay again - Right from the start the staff were very friendly, offered us breakfast as we came early and left our bags before the room was ready. We then went out for the day and they gave us our key so when we arrived back to the room in the evening, our bags were in our room. Clean hotel, good location, good breakfast, amazing value for money
- Maureen (10/5): - the staff was very friendly and gave us a great restaurant recommendation and tips
- Edwin (10/5): - It’s a clean small hotel with almost brand new amenities and walking distance to metro and train station and some major attractions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Awesome service and location. Staff is very friendly and helpful, front desk gave us a lot of local recommendations. Location is walking distance to most of the important attractions in Rome.
- Travelers (4/5): - I was very disappointed in regard to the inaccurate information about this hotel. Nowhere in your description or in y reservation it says that we would get a round bed. If we had known this beforehand we would have never reserved this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable and we could not get a good sleep after 2 full days of visiting the city. Also, in the description it states premium bedding, if you see the second picture attached you can see a hole in the bedding. Room was far from clean - there was dust on the bed frame and in the door. In addition, our room was right to the entrance door which woke us up every time somebody opened the door from outside.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming, but the bed and the room made our experience unpleasant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - everything was perfect. staff are so friendly and with humour . room very clean
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Service , provides by Hotel stuff.
Room was always clean and breakfast was excellent.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I asked to please please change my reservation as I accidentally booked the wrong day and even though they actually personally texted me about my check in, they would not reschedule me for the correct day
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value for money and very central - The hotel is very central.
The room was new and very comfortable.
The personnel was very kind and helpful.
If I have to mention a problem, I could just say that it was hard to find a parking spot.
However, I cannot blame the hotel for this.
Actually it remarks that the location is very central.
- Mamadou Aliou (10/5): Wonderful service, great people! - Everything was wonderful! The personal was more than helpful, providing everything we needed with great attention. We will be back here again, for sure !
Thank you!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Management at Roma Veneto Relais were very considerate and professional. On our first night, the hotel experienced a disruption that required us to stay at a different hotel. Management placed us into alternate accommodations (which were very comfortable) and took care of everything for us. They helped us relocate to Roma Veneto Relais for our second night and it was a very seamless transition. When we arrived, Management took it upon themselves to greet us with a bottle of white wine as they suspected that we were on our honeymoon (which we were). Francesco, in particular, was extremely helpful in providing us with recommendations on various tourist sites and districts. He was also responsive to our questions and we couldn't be happier with our stay.
One thing to mention is that the front desk is on the 5th floor of a building. The building may be a little challenging to locate but it has large green doors which opens into a courtyard and two glass doors opposite each other. You should enter the glass door on the right side, walk up one flight of stairs and take the elevator to the 5th floor. The front desk will be on the right side of the elevator.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall a wonderful hotel. Very pleasant staff and clean and comfortable room. The only minus is that it’s not too close to the main attractions, but still walkable.
- Maja (10/5): Amazing! - Will for sure come back! The hosts were amazing, the room was wonderful, super clean, the area is lovely and you can walk to anywhere! 10/10
- Dave (6/5): Lobster round bed - Only hot water in the shower. Impossible to stay under. Round bed not super confy for 2 people
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Rome is amazing! loved everything there. so beautiful all time
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel, amazing staff! - Great small hotel with fantastic staff. The communication before the trip was great and they supported and helped everything we needed. An extra big thank you to the staff that they supported us and helped out when we ended up in the middle of the SAS flight strike!
- natalie (10/5): Look no further!!! This hotel is so amazing! - This hotel is so nice! The main lobby and some hotel rooms are on the 5th floor, and they have rooms throughout the building, but not the whole building. It's very clean and modern. The owners and employees are very nice!!! They let is check in early, and the breakfast was great!! They had fruit, coffee, sandwiches, cereal, toast and croissants. The towels are huge and the rooms arent huge, but they're big enough for what's needed! It was definitely worth more than what we paid!! The drinks in the fridge were also reasonably priced, I was surprised at how cheap they are. The shower has lights that change colors, i thought that was a funny thing, I've never seen that before! Not even in Vegas! The only thing I couldn't find was an english channel on the TV though. It was fine because I brought my laptop to watch movies on! The wifi is super fast too!
- שרה (10/5): Grea place - From the outside it does not look so good just very big closed iron doors that looked old but when we came in the receptionist was very nice the room was very good and the breakfast tasty
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful room and friendly staff - breakfast is amazing, easy to check in and super great location next to bed gelato and pizza and pasta
- MIGUEL (10/5): - Very friendly people
- Verified traveler (6/5): - loved our stay, we went to all the sights amazing !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Nice hotel, friendly staff, quite convenient for attractions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Best hotel experience ever - This was a lovely space for our stay in Rome. Great location, great room, standards are impeccable, and breakfast suited us just fine. The best and most valuable part of this hotel is the people who run it, their friendliness and the high standards they set. Alphonso, Ricardo, Anna, Alphonso’s mum and William were just incredible. They gave us a totally new insight into a city we love. They looked after our needs and changed our room to suit us better, which we were so grateful for. Lovely, lovely people. We have been to Rome before, without a doubt next time we will stay in the Roma Veneto Relais.
- Marco (8/5): Nice accommodations near to Termini - Perfect for what I needed on business for 10 days. Room without a view, but I was only there in the evening/night, so perfect. Staff was great, helpful and accommodating.
- Chris (8/5): Very helpful staff, clean facility - There was a problem with our room before we got there, and while a little inconvenient, they had made arrangements for us to stay at a comparable hotel right around the corner for one of our nights and moved all of our luggage there for us. Also bent over backwards to ensure we could come to their hotel for our included breakfast, made some financial reparations and upgraded us to a suite for the night we returned. Restaurant and touring recommendations were spot on and arrangements were made for transfer to the airport at an extremely reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and considerate.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice boutique hotel close to Termini central. - Alfonso was great! The rooms are newly updated with great A/C. The breakfast was also really nice>
- DEDY ARIUS (10/5): nice, good value for money. 5 stars - nice, good value for money. 5 stars
- Terrance (8/5): A good, efficiently run hotel, really nice people. - A really good hotel to stay in, run by extremely nice staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable. Even when the airline lost my baggage, the owner did all in his power to trace it from the airline, and made sure it was delivered to us before we moved on to our next stop. Highly recommended.
- furmangirl08 (10/5): Simply put, we loved this hotel - We absolutely LOVED Roma Veneto Relais and know that if we are ever in Rome again, this is the only place we will want to be staying. Alphonso and both Riccardos offered us incredible advice when it came to Rome and had amazing tips on where to go and what to do. We were also there for our anniversary, and they recommended a restaurant for us and then communicated with them that it was our anniversary so they made sure they treated us well. I loved staying here, mostly because the staff treated us like family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. We always came back from our daily adventure to a clean room.
- Mel (10/5): Highly recommended!! - We loved the hotel very close to bus and metro stops, but the staff is one of their greatest strengths, they helped us a lot, gave us tips and were very friendly all the time!
- Helen (10/5): - we had an amazing stay. Everything from the room, the facilities, the service and breakfast inthe mornings were top quality. It was so clean and everyday we returned after a busy day our room had been cleaned and everything restocked. The staff were brilliant and Ricardo and Alfonso went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous stay. The local area was lovely and the local restaurants were reasonable in price and fabulous Italian food. We weee able to walk everywhere. We would definitely come here to stay again, would bring our sones here and recommend it to friends and family.
- Steve (10/5): - loved it, never been to rome before, and this hotel was fantastic! the staff were very attentive and helped us plan our days that worked for us. would love to go back, tomorrow!
- well travelled (10/5): Nice hotel close to termini station. - The owners were absolutely fantastic. They took their time to show us maps, get coffee, show us a few landmarks to get around and etc. It's close to termini but a little farther from other places but easily accessible by bus. About 15 mins to Spanish steps or so.
- Darren (10/5): Great find - An amazing place to stay and would return
- Matt (10/5): - Fantastic stay ! The breakfast had a really good selection, loved it. Rooms very spacious, clean and brilliant modern bathroom. Definetly would be staying again. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Gary (10/5): Excellent - Staff were fantastic very helpful in every way as airline lost our luggage front desk followed up and had it delivered. Breakfast amazing.
Best value for money I have experienced.
- Riv (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - Alfonso and Riccardo are excellent hosts for Roma. Both will go over and above to make your stay comfortable. Alfonso provided excellent recommendations of which sites to see and those that are a waste of time. However, it wasn't easy to find the hotel without a map or cell with Google Maps in tow at night. If you are like me, I like to be independent. Here's the directions I'd recommend if you go by foot.
At the Roma airport (FCO), find the ticket counter for the Leonardo Express. Take an one-way to Roma Termini. It will cost 14 Euros. It takes ~ 30 minutes. Get out from the train and head out the main doors towards the buses and white taxis. Cross the street and look for the Republica. They are two large, yellow, semi-circle buildings on the left. On your right will be the Trajan's bathhouses (aka Santa Maria degli Angeli). Pass between them and walk another 50 m to Via Settembre. You'll see a fountain with 4 lions on your right. Once you see them, turn right onto Settembre and walk for about 5 minutes until you see via Paive. You should see, at night, green, neon lights for the pharmacy shop (apteka) on the right in front of you. Turn left onto Paive and take your NEXT left. Walk about 50 m to Via Collina. You'll pass a hotel on the right before the Collina and another at the corner. Walk about 50 m to 27 Collina. There will be a large wooden door. Search the keypad list for "Roma Veneto Relais". Buzz it and someone will come down and let you in. Hope this helps. Riv
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location and great hotel - The service at the hotel was beyond excellent. As soon as we arrived the hotel owner explained everything to us and spent 30 mins with a map helping us plan our stay and where to visit on what days. In addition, they gave us recommendations to places to eat and the hotel found us walking around trying to find our way and decided to join us and help us find the restaurant. It was also my birthday and the hotel left prosecco in our room which was absolutely amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel and will definitely visit again.
- Alejandra (10/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient, affordable - Alfonso and Ricardo were great hosts! We had a great experience they catered to all of our needs and were great help when it came to local activities, transportation and such. Would recommend to anyone. We were a group of five and had two rooms in which we slept comfortably. Great area local metro which was convenient close to the hard
- Collins (10/5): - If you are new to Rome and on a tourist visit then I cannot recommend a better place to stay. The customer service is first class and very friendly and helpful duo running the B&B.
- Randal (10/5): Good hotel and staff - Tough to find, as the map that shows when you book it is not correct. 15 minutes from the train terminal. Secluded but the rooms are clean and roomy. Great staff!! Very helpful with any questions and suggestions. Good complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again.
- Hannah (8/5): Lovely hotel - Great customer service, a really nice personal touch. Hotel is a little bit further out from the main sights but this shouldn't put you off!
- Helen (10/5): Great location and hosts - Excellent stay, wonderful hosts in Alfonso and Ricardo, could not have been more helpful, rooms spacious and very clean, excellent bathroom facilities with a great shower, lovely breakfast room, continental breakfast with a lot of choice and lovely fresh fruit every day. Location is in a tucked away street so nice and quiet, a quirky entrance with a cute lift up to the rooms. 10 minutes walking distance to the centre and easy to reach all other attractions. Highly Recommended.
- Joseph (10/5): Excellent spot for being in Rome - This is a lovely small hotel on 5th floor of fine old building in a beautiful neighborhood. There are many nearby amenities - yoga/Pilates studio, superb gelateria, minimarket, herb/spice shop - plus good restaurants further afield, maybe 20 minute walk to Spanish Steps, and half that to Via Veneto. The owners are interesting, committed and responsive. Our room was quite pretty and well-kept, the bath was modern and thoughtfully constructed. This hotel is a good choice for visiting Rome, and a good value.
Via Collina is a short street that changes names, thus is an obscure address. Tell your cab driver it's 'in vicino Piazza Sallustio' and they'll know where to go.
- Todd (10/5): Wonderful Boutique-like Hotel to Stay in Rome - Great stay! We had arranged for a driver from the airport - when we got stuck in baggage claim, I sent an email and Ricardo was in instant contact. Arrived early in the morning with a larger group (we took two rooms). Ricardo welcomed us, stored our bags, offered us a European Breakfast (offered every morning and delicious!), walked us through a map of the city, and gave us many local tips. This is a new boutique hotel on the 5th floor of a residential and commercial building. Newly furnished and decorated rooms with all we needed and a little more! Swanky bathrooms! Took a bit to figure out the shower - but well worth it! Wonderful people watching from the rooms. A more secluded location but very close to the Trevi, Spanish Steps, Termini - much more like we were staying in a private apartment rather than a stand-offish hotel. Friendly staff! We booked our tours through the hotel upon their opinions. Easy and fun! Took advantage of the well-equipped, cost effective mini bars in the late evenings. Wonderful people watching from the rooms. Phenomenal Gelatto place across the street as well as several quality restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Several nights we visited with the owners, look forward to seeing them in the future and hope their future plans take place! Highly recommend a stay! The staff does leave in the late evening and arrive back in the early morning. The building is secure - we felt very safe and secure!
- Luigi (10/5): Very clean and big oom - Concierge was very detailed in where to go- very freidly
- Kateryna (8/5): Nice Rome of Solace - Great stay. It was a little limited on location. But it made up for it mostly with cleanliness of hotel, room, friendliness of staff, size of room, amenities, and price.
- gustavo (10/5): Excellent hotel. - Alfonso and Ricardo made our stay in their hotel extremely pleasant. A lot of good recommendations.
- Hsi (8/5): - The hotel needs a sign. The flashy lights in the bathroom are weird. I was not made aware that the city taxes were not included in my payment. The breakfast starts a little too late (7:30) - we had to leave by 7.
- Anthony (10/5): - Excellent property. This is the best boutique hotel I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend it and if I visit Rome again stay there. The hotel is only 8 rooms. All the rooms are clean and recently renovated. The staff was excellent and always helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Like a bed and breakfast - The hotel is tucked away but great because it feels more like a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. Breakfast included lunch meat, cheeses, assorted breads, pastries, salad and fruit salad. Also a coffee machine could make a variety of coffee drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable with great a/c and large bathroom. Across the street is a good place for gelato and restaurants nearby. About 15 min walk to the train station.
- William (8/5): Fantastic Value Hotel in Great Location - What a great value for the money. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back!
- Bruce (8/5): Quiet neighborhood yet super convenience - Impeccably clean and efficiently run little gem of a place. Alphonso and Lord were especially accommodating and made our stay most enjoyable, including the free room upgrade. Typical Euro-style continental breakfast with the freshest fruit we had among any of our other hotels in Italian cities. Easy walk to the Borghese/northern end of town and short walk to Republicca train station. Don't let the street level entrance (small signage) fool you - fifth floor entrance very private. Highly recommend!
- Jane (10/5): Hidden gem of Rome - There is nothing negative about this hotel at all ! The hotel is exceptional and Alfonso and Ricardo are just brilliant nothing was ever to much trouble thank you so much ,we will return
- Teresa (10/5): Convenient and clean hotel and friendly staff - We loved the hotel and the helpful, friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends.
- Tami (10/5): 5 Star Stay - Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean and safe. Definitely would recommend this hotel
- claude (8/5): Good place to satellite Rome ! - Gr8 place to stay
Alfonzo was helpful for parking and helping about us getting around
Recommended great Abruzzese Ristorante
Only hick up was no noise insulation between rooms !!
Make sure you sélect parking as this was a problem even with a paid upgrade
- yves (10/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - Great "guest house" in the center of Rome, walking distance fro Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc.
Absolutel wonderful hosts who will help you get oriented, organize tours, advise and make reservation for restaurants, etc.
- David (10/5): A great little hotel with owners w/ big hearts! - Our four person family stayed in two neighboring rooms, Rooms were fine - modern and recently renovated. The owners / managers of the hotel (Alfonso and Ricardo) were incredibly helpful, friendly and quick with advice for navigating their neighborhood as well as the vast city of Rome. For travelers from the US, please bring any Bruce Springsteen memorabilia with you to show Ricardo. He's a huge fan of The Boss and will gladly reminis about old songs, albums, band members or concerts! Although the hotel does not have all the amenities ( pool, room service, etc.) that the big corporate hotels offer, if you want to stay in a small, privately-owned, comfortable and conveniently located hotel (just north of Tremini train station and walking distance to Trivi Fountain and The Pantheon), the Roma Veneto Relais is the place for you.
- Alex (10/5): Splendid Hotel - The hotel is lovely!
The staff is very helpful and offer great service.
They gave me really good pointers on what to see in terms of sights(which as you can imagine are quite a few).
When I come back to Rome I will definitely book this hotel again!
- Darlene (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made phone calls on our behalf which helped a lot. We were not spending a lot of time in hotel as we were out during the day but this place provided a great place to get rested up each night
- panicos (10/5): Evita & Demetris - Exceptional
- Jamie (10/5): Highly recommend! - Amazing room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and location was great!
- Adina (10/5): Hotel in Rome - The owners were acceptionals. Very friendly and accommodating. Our luggage did not arrive for our stay. And they helped with all the necessary connections in Italian. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.
