- WOO (8/5): 아침 8시45분 출발 설악산 주차장까지 25분!!! - 이른 아침에 설악산 가기에 아주 편리한 호텔. 주변에 다양한 맛집. 저녁 먹고 산책하기에도 좋음. 조식도 훌륭함. 단, 주차장 입출구가 너~~~무 좁음.
- Lee (10/5): - 전반적으로 호텔 시설은 매우 만족스럽습니다. 그러나 호텔 2-4층에 위치한 주차장은 진입로가 너무 협소하고 또 주차낭 내에서도 차를 돌리기가 너무 불편합니다. 아마 카니발이나 스타렉스 등 큰 차 이용하시는 분들은 대포항 공영주차장을 이용하시고, 프론트에서 주차 요금을 정산받는 게 차를 위해서나 여러분의 정신 건강을 위해서나 이로울 겁니다.
- Heather (2/5): Hot and stuffy.. no sleep - This room did not offer air conditioning from October through May. We did not realize this. It was 25 degree Celsius. There was no fan to run. The humidity was at 90%. We opened the balcony doors to let air in, however the beeeze didn’t blow much. The lights were bright and there was a lot of noise outside until almost midnight. It finally got quiet, but it was too hot and stuffy to be comfortable. The cost per night did not meet our expectations for comfort. I would not stay here again.

- Hyunjung (6/5): 가족여행 2박 3일 숙박후기 - 예전에 라마다 속초의 기억이 좋아서 재 방문했는데 정면에 카시아호텔 방이 훤히 들여다보이는 뷰여서 상당히 불편했어요. 그 중 체크인 체크아웃 시 그냥 기계로 하는게 낫겟다 싶을 정도의 프론트 직원의 무표정. 무반응은 쫌.. 그랬습니다. 체크아웃하는데 차라리 편안한 숙박이었는지를 물어보지.. 주차는 어디에 했는지는 왜 물어보는지… 숙박하는 3일동안 가장 이해안되는 프론트 2명 직원의 스탠바이였습니다. 룸메이트 여사님들은 지금까지 봤던 어느 호텔의 직원들보다 친절했어요. 엄청 편안한 인상에 잘 다녀오세요라는 인사도 건네주시고.! 다음엔 이 가격이면 딴 호텔을 알아봐야겠어요

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 여기 저기 뷰가 좋고 발코니에서 바닷 바람 맞기 좋았어요. 하지만 테이블에 둘이 앉아서 와인한잔 마실려고 했는데 의자도 불편하고 테이블도 너무 작고 엘리베이터에 시간 잘못 맞추면 사람 너무 많고 주차장이 너무 너무 힘들었어요.
