• ray (6/5): - The location was great and the complex quiet. Owners obliging. The main bed in unit #5 should be a queen size and have softer mattress rather than the double bed supplied. Luckily there were two beds in the bedroom which enabled my wife with compromised back to have better comfort in the single bed. Old stove had to be lit with matches and cooking pans need replacing.

• Monika (9/5): Fantastic location and spotlessly clean! - Great location! Villa No. 7 was spotless, well-organised, and had everything we needed. I really liked the outdoor seating area, and a big bonus was that the TV was already connected to WiFi with some streaming apps ready to use. The bed was very comfortable, and it was lovely to have fresh towels provided. Honestly, a fantastic place to stay. The tap in the kitchenette was leaking a little.

Kitchen, we didn't cook, but looked okay. Dining table & chairs good. Couch, not so much. Shower good flow. We had to watch the stepdown! No mirror in the bedroom. The stepdown in the shower 🚿 The Villa is quite dated but comfortable enough.

• Aspire (4/5): Know what you are getting, cheap and cheery with no service. You get what you pay. - Great location. Poor parking. Fairly run down. Tried to contact hosts to ask for assistance and it was obvious they wanted nothing to do with guests. Got a comment about why the hose was broken and would not be available because water bills are so expensive and that I should not wash my expensive fishing gear.

• Kevin (1/5): Take a chance - The location was excellent The driveway is very dangerous pot holes and loose gravel,I would not recommend these villas just for safety reason. The furniture is old and decrepit, the 2 mattresses are old, stained pillows. Little signs everywhere telling you to do this and that if you don't do it it will cost you. Basically it's a Steptoe outfit old secondhand refurbished crappy villas. We overpaid for 2 nights by $388.00 and would have been better off sleeping in a backpackers.

This is the first time that after payment of booking, we received a very long list of WARNINGS of charges. Have it been placed on their DESCRIPTION we wouldn't have booked. Ex. We always clean the place, wash the dishes etc in the more than one month of stay in AUSTRALIA in many cottages or residences, as we are civilized people. But, upon finishing booking and payment the LONG LIST OF WARNING includes a surcharge of Aud40 if we don't wash the dishes, dry them and put back in the cupboard. Among other warnings!!!!When we entered the place, the INFO BOOK again contained THE LIST OF WARNINGS. Then in the kitchen again pasted in the wall THE SAME WARNING. And the manager told us IN AUSTRALIA IT IS DONE LIKE THAT. Either it is because my wife is Asian or because Australians are uncivilized that they should be warned? We were feeling really uncomfortable the whole time of our stay.

Wir haben eine Allradtour in den Nationalpark mit unserem Gastgeber gebucht, der uns durch sein fundiertes Wissen sehr begeistert hat. Es wird uns als ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in Erinnerung bleiben. Fantastisch! Es war sehr heiß, als wir dort waren. Darum war es sehr schwer, das Schlafzimmer ohne Klimaanlage auf eine erträgliche Temperatur zu kühlen. Auch das Querlüften war in dieser Zeit kaum möglich.

• Rémi (9/5): - Villa entière pour soi, assez bien aménagé avec chambre. Bien équipé avec lave linge et étend linge. L'extérieur est exiguë. Nous étions à la villa du fond et nous devions repartir en marche arrière. Heureusement que le site n'était pas entièrement loué. La fermeture de la baie vitrée de l'entrée est un peu légère, il ne faut pas craindre les vols. Le sol n'était pas nettoyé. La bouilloire électrique était rouillée à l'intérieur. Nous l'avons signalé par message, on ne nous a même pas répondu. La table est petite et fixée au mur, ça faisait un peu repas de prison.

• Susan (5/5): The villa was in a convenient location, but needs a bit of tlc - Location and the air conditioning was nice and cold The bbq was out of order, the latch/lock on the inside of the sliding door was broken, there weren’t enough/adequate cooking utensils (tiny chopping board, blunt knives, no vegetable peeler), aircon was noisy, nowhere to place items in the bathroom, and there were cockroaches running in the floor.

• Karen (8/5): Great location and comfortable - This is a dated but clean and comfortable complex that is walking distance to everything in town and a short drive to Monkey Mia. The a/c unit is the older type but worked well. It cools the open plan living/dining/ kitchen space very well and helps to cool the bedroom. Fortunately. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a pole fan was also available in the bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and the cookware was in excellent condition. There is Wi-Fi but I have had better. All in all, it met our needs and was comfortable. Somewhat dated and wi-fi could be better

• Erica (10/5): What a terrific spot to stay for our first time to Shark Bay. 2 nights here, it was really worth the drive, & the hi - Cute, quirky retro unit, dated but fresh & in good nick. Great location, quiet, private & Slept well, all a bonus. It is what it is, not flash, but real getaway stay.
