- emilias691 (2/5): Absolutely awful experience - The worst stay I had. In general the hotel is not sound proof at all, so it is very noisy from the road outside. On our last day, the hotel hosted a party until 3am and placed non-party guests (10 people including seniors) just above the DJ, even though our reservation was done months in advance, and they could already figure out to place us on the higher floors. The DJ played until 3 am and didn't react to any requests of lowering down the volume. After that the staff was cleaning the hall and dragging tables and chairs ont he floor, making even more noise. The management of the hotel didn't care about the fact that we paid to sleep in their hotel but couldn't even do that. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.
- amsterdam05 (8/5): EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY - In June 2022 we stayed one night in this hotel in a Deluxe room. The location is excellent, in the middle of this very nice town, surrounded by good restaurants and nice terraces. The room was excellent value for money, a real recommendation. The room is very spacious with a wooden floor, airconditioning, a refrigerator, watercooker with coffee and tea and good WiFi. The spacious bathroom has a bath and a separate very good shower. The lighting in the room is excellent. The room however is very noisy, we could hear everything happening in the room above us. At 02.30 it sounded like they were moving the furniture which lasted for almost an hour. We are still wondering what they were doing. Breakfastbuffet was very good and you can park the car outside on the street.

Spacious room with big teracce and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast, specialy pancakes with cheese.
- Agnieszka (6/5): nie wart swojej ceny - Hotel w bardzo dobrym miejscu, nie wart jednak swojej ceny. 265pln/noc to stanowczo zbyt wysoka cena na standard hotelu. Czajnik w pokoju, ale bez kawy. Śniadanie serwowane do pokoju, niewielka porcja i mały wybór.

Co do pokoi w zależności na jaki się trafi. Ja niestety ostatnio trafiłam na kliteczkę na 3 piętrze. W niektórych pokojach zdarzają się iż meble np fotele z eko skóry są obdrapane i zniszczone (na co warto by było aby zwrócił uwagę właściciel gdyż wygląda to mało estetycznie)

- Simba_SVG (6/5): Nothing special and they don't make you feel welcome. - We stayed here last month for a week with kids and overall this is an average hotel. The rooms are big and had a nice roof terrace. The cleaning is not upto standards as we found dust under everything. (Especially dirt and dust under the bed) Staff spoke very little English and was NOT friendly in any manner. The breakfast is decent and when you stay a bit longer you realise they start pushing old food like dry cakes and try to get rid of them. The dining staff are OK but they don't make you feel welcome. I don't know if its a cultural thing since Bialystok is far from the city. We didn't feel welcomed and when we made a mistake in our booking the reception lady was rude to us even though we promptly paid for the additional night. The room service doesn't exist and when you ask for something it takes ages to come and when you call they get annoyed. We pay good money to stay and they treat you like they're doing you a favour. Pros: Large rooms, Good location and decent breakfast. Cons: Rude and not so friendly staff, cleanness & Horrible service. If I have to come to this city I won't be staying here. Very poor experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Splendid spot! - Very clean, definitely worth buying the breakfast, you do need to pay for printing at the reception desk (5 pages = 1 PLN), the hotel accepts only cards and Polish money and does not exchange currency. The hotels.com specials very nice, unfortunately I had a disability flare that I needed to stay an extra day so I had to move to a more expensive room and his pay the hotel directly because it is very full because it is a really good hotel. It's located right at the edge of The Pedestrian Zone and the three most common places to visit and it's convenient to both Rail and bus stations, so it's a great location but it's busy so if you get sick they will do their best but you we'll have to move rooms and pay full price. Otherwise an excellent experience, the breakfast is worse the extra cost. The hotel is accessible except there are three stairs up to the entrance and the staff are not allowed to help with wheelchairs only bags. Remember in Eastern Europe stuff may seem brisk but that's not meant to be rude just efficient, same as the stuff who speak only polish might avoid you or leave to find someone who knows your language because they don't wish to offend you by creating an awkward situation, an American guest was having trouble grasping the cultural differences why I mentioned in this. Hotel has good soundproofing but I recommend earplugs and eye masks due to the location the street can be noisy oh, there is climate control however if you want fresh air then byo sleep kit.

- Genady (4/5): - 20.07.2019 REMINDER : Message number 4 shipping . Hello, dear representatives of the hotel Aristo. During the 11 / 07 /2019my wife and I stayed at your hotel. During our stay on 12/07/2019 around 10.00, going to the toilet, I caught my right foot on the marble step. - , but unfortunately it was in two parts. the center was broken. during the fall! I stretched my arms forward and the phone slid straight into the toilet. the door of the shower opened inside the shower. And it saved me from hitting. The hotel employee asked us to write a complaint. what we did. In the letter we described how this happened, and demanded compensation for the telephone and moral damage caused 200 euros. Where are the technical services of the hotel and what are they looking at? ? ? I hope for your caution and respect for hotel clients. Sincerely, Gennady Kuperman. P.S. I asked the hotel employee to go to the police! she answered no. probably it was my mistake. but better later than never .I would like to get an answer at what stage is my complaint, which I referred to the hotel administration. I will ask you to get an answer within seven days, otherwise I will have to contact my lawyer. I would not want this case to take an unpleasant turn and affect the reputation of your hotel. - 431travish (10/5): Awesome place to stay!!! - This hotel is the by far the best that we stayed at while vacationing through out Poland this past summer. All of the receptionist working the front desk always greeted us when we would could come and go throughout the day and if you had any question they were there to help, no problem. Our room was great, we were showed the room before we booked it and also showed us how to use the A/C in the room since you have to have the key card to turn it on. The beds were soft and room was looking very nice, we also had two shower heads in the bathroom. Plenty of different tv channels to watch and a nice view off of the balcony that we had attached to our room. There was a light out in the bathroom and we just let them know about it and it was fixed before we got back to the room. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel since we wanted to go out on the town and eat. I will have to say that if we every stop for a couple nights back in Bialystok we will for sure return to this hotel.
- giuliao606 (6/5): Amazing - It was just for one night but the hotel was amazing, really. Clean, nice, the receptionist was very nice and they speak English very well. The only thing is the breakfast: expensive for what I took. It was late, after 10 am, but the receptionist at the phone told me it was opened, but actually there was nothing good cause everything finished. So this was a pity.
- viktoriabortnik (2/5): Located next to the noisy night club - The hotel is located to the noisy night club, my room was next to the club on the first floor, the noise was loud with heavy metal music. I could not sleep, I was given another room on the third floor on the same side, it was better but still had problems to sleep. I tried to complaint the receptionist ignored me when I checked out, still trying to email to recover the costs, the hotel staff keeps ignoring. The hotel itself and breakfast is very good but I would never stay there as I would end up with sleepless night!
- dropselector (8/5): You' ll get a good value for your money! - Hotel Aristo is located in the centre of Bialystok. Some places of interest are in a walking distance. The Military Museum is right next door. But it is a quiet place. Rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms. The single beds are a little bit narrow but the mattresses are hard. Breakfast was o.k.
- emk00 (6/5): Modern Hotel by the Main Square - Hotel's location is nice as it is not even a 5 minutes walk to the square, and far away from the night life to have peace and quiet. Hotel is nice and modern, even has A/C which can be rare in Poland. Staff were friendly. Had a cheaper room at the top floor. The top floor rooms had the roof slant in them, which is fine. What more so confused me was having lamps barely fit underneath the slant, causing damage to the walls, & overall just being awkward. Also, there was noticeable dust on the head boards, & seemed as 1 of our pillow covers was used and not replaced. These things I find unacceptable to a hotel, even with the least expensive room. Washroom was nice and spacious. Hotel was nice past the flaws in the room, prompting me not to necessarily return in the future, though I would recommend to someone, just maybe not the cheapest room.

- Amazing29 (6/5): Average hotel - This hotel is centrally located close to shops, restaurants etc. Room was really small just enough for a single person. Bathroom ran out of hot water very soon. Breakfast buffet was average. Food was ok. Food options were very limited for dinner. Staff was not very helpful.
- 923stevea (10/5): Holiday - All the receptionist we met spoke English. It is not the cheapest but very good price for a 5 star holel. The breakfast was also excellent. We had what I could only describe as a suite. very clean and tidy. would diffidently stay again when visiting Bialystok.
- pawel_hbg (8/5): Great location - Location of this hotel is great. 3 minutes walk to Branicki Palace and 5 minutes walk to Kosciuszko square. Safe area to park your car but during a day you need to pay some fee. I was after 18:00 and left hotel at 9:00 so didn't need to pay anything, There are many nice restaurants near hotel and many nice places to walk. Breakfast was OK Room was very cozy and high. The only disadvantage was slow Internet. In hotel like that nowadays it should work smoothly! I couldn't work. Because of that I would give only good rating but there is no rating like that and on the other hand average would be too small for this not expensive hotel,

- sirkkaliisar (10/5): Your money's worth! - An elegant hotel with pleasant service and excellent restaurant. Location is perfect too. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in this category of hotels. The place is very clean and well maintained.
- 59samid (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel. - Visited the Aristo hotel early September. The location is really central and the room was awesome. Staff was really nice despite the chaos our children created. Breakfast was generous. Will surely return next visit to Bialystok.

- expat72 (10/5): Elegant hotel in the heart of city... - Nice, elegant hotel near main square of Bialystok. Good breakfast, very helpful staff and well equipped room. Maybe only the bed for two is too narrow and too acoustical walls could be better maitaned. Beware of the music club at the same street. Loud music till 3 a.m.... 😢 very rich wine cellar and tasty plates in the Savoy restaurant.
- Janne_hki (4/5): Can't recommend to anyone - Several small issues with the room (broken lamp, phone and air conditioning broke down during night) and management decision to favor noisy parties over hotel guests - loud music was playing until early morning and nothing was done about it. Breakfast below average. However, overall the hotel and the room look nice and stylish, good location next to some restaurants and bars close to center of the town. Good be really nice place if the management would focus a bit more on the hotel. The reception ladies we talked to (complained to) were professional, friendly and spoke fairly good English but couldn't help us in any way. In the end we were given a small discount but it was too little too late given the lousy night.
- majarzena (8/5): Very good, but not quiet - I spent there 3 nights. Immaculate room and bathroom. everything what you may need. Staff happy to help with all your requests. Really good food for me but some of the people from my group complained on how bland the food was, question of taste I think. In our group we had 4 people with vegetarian diet and they were asked to sit at the separate table and don't mix with rest of the group. I think that's very weird. I'm sure the waitresses should be able to deal with 4 people with different menu. I did stay in a very nice room with the window across Palac Braniecki, unfortunately next too a busy road so not so quiet during the night. Not such a a big issue if you stay there just for a few nights.
