Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und es gibt Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Beide Zimmer verfügen über ein Bad und eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und schnell. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Am Pool gibt es genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super (2 Etage).

Already when coming we faced traffic issues and delays so we arrived very late but this was not a problem for hosts which enabled everything that we could comfortable enter even so late. Every step of the way they provided all the info, were really friendly and helpful. This made our stay that much more lovely and nice. Object it self has an amazing view on see and surroundings. And see is literally 300m of walking distance (a bit steep walk back but this is the Istrian terrain + enables such an amazing view :) ). You have swimming pool, hot whirlpool and beautiful terrace for enjoying the sun. All in all really excellent experience and gave as a beautiful break from everyday life. Highly recommended.

Kids loved swimming pool- it is not big but fair enough, clean and usefull with nice tarrace and sunbeds. Personel was extremally friendly and helfull in all aspects (Thanks Sanjin and your mom&dad). Whatever we asked we always get excellent hints and help. We loved 2 bathrooms in our appartment and big balcony. We used also kitchen corner. Parking is available. Place is very calm. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Comfortable beds. Air con is very efficient. TV available but we did not use it. Villa is not new but renovated. Generally we definitely recommend this place. We spent super nice time there. Pictures are better than reality. Wi-Fi is working but is not stable and fast. Kitchen equipment is available but requires many replacements.

• Ole (8/5): Very good - The host Sanjin is very attentive and friendly. The apartments have a stunning view over the sea and a very Nice patio with sunbeds and a small pool. The kitchen was rather small which made cooking at home rather difficult but it was nicely equipped with pots and pans.

• Inka-sisko (10/5): Cozy villa apartment with super friendly staff - The staff was super helpful and flexible when we needed a new place to stay at a very short notice after another booking fell through. So it was a happy accident that we ended up in Villa Roses! The apartment was cozy and had a lovely view of the pool and the sea behind it. We had everything we needed for our short stay. This apartment had a separate master suite with a comfy king size bed, bathroom, small kitchen and a seating area. In the livingroom there was a comfortable sofa bed for the kids, a larger kitchen unit and another bathroom. Ideal for a family of four!

Our accommodation was located in the annex building. It was ideal for our group of 7. Wonderful view from the balconies. Quiet neighbourhood, yet not far from the beach and Lungomare. Convenient and secure parking in front of the building. Recommended!

The apartment we booked had a living room and a bedroom with a big terrace. The villa welcomes you with advice what to see nearby, and offers any help you might need. Unfortunately I had an accident, but Sanjin, the manager of the villa went any length to get me to hospital and was very caring. We recommend Villa Roses and would like to go back as soon as possible. Thank you.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Trevlig resa - Fint hotell med mycket fin utsikt, polen är helt klart godkänd och eftersom det är ett litet lägenhetshotell med få lägenheter så känns det inte alls trångt. Det finns inte så mycket i närområdet när det gäller butiker och liknande, ca 500m nerförsbacke till närmsta affär. Men en taxi till opatija kostar bara cirka 50 SEK.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent place to stay. - The view and facility was fantastic as well as the host. No hot water in the main shower but the kitchen sink and rear bathroom had hot water. You must pay extra for the hot tub and additional taxes that are not included in the price when you get there. Wi-Fi did was weak and did not work after several other guest's showed up. You must take your trash out yourself and it should be sorted properly before you do so. Very clean apartment.
• Alessandro (10/5): Beautiful holiday - Beautiful place to spend a holiday of pure relaxation. Apartments with balconies and fantastic sea views. A place not to be missed. A place definitely where we will return.
• Friedrich (8/5): Schöne Wellness-Appartements in schöner Lage - Sehr schöne Zimmer mit tollem Balkon und schönem Meerblick auf die Kvarner Bucht. Leider war der Wellnessbereich noch nicht geöffnet (hatte ich leider überlesen). Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer, der auch gerne hilft Ausflüge oder Restaurants zu planen. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Grillplatz und Tischtennis Möglichkeit. Zum Strand geht man ca. 10 min über Treppen. Dort liegt auch die schöne Strandpromenade über die Küste von Opatija. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

• René (10/5): Hyggelig lejlighed. - Virkelig venlig modtagelse. Hvor vi fik en meget grundig rundvisning på stedet. Meget hyggelig sted lidt uden for selve byen, men med dejlig ro og fred. Kan kun anbefale stedet.
• Carsten (6/5): The annex was 3 km away from the pool - The host was nice and the appartment was ok, but our children was looking forward to use the pool. The only problem was that the annex was 3 km from the pool and we could not go by car because ther was not a changing room or wc near the pool.
• Anke (8/5): Nettes Apartmenthaus oberhalb der Kvarner Bucht - In diesem familiär geführten Haus mit 6 Apartments wird man herzlich begrüßt und erhält viele wertvolle Tipps rund um den Aufenthalt und die Umgebung. Unser Apartment war ordentlich und recht sauber, Teppiche und Überwürfe bräuchten eine Grundreinigung bzw. könnten auch ersetzt werden. Bäder modern und sehr sauber. Toller Blick vom grossen Balkon auf die Kvarner Bucht. Die Sonnenterrasse ist sicher etwas Besonderes. Gepflegter kleiner Pool mit temperiertem Wasser und hochwertige Liegen und Schirmen. Der Weg zum Meer erfolgt über Stufen direkt vor dem Haus-man muß sie aber auch wieder hoch. Zur Bademöglichkeit muss man dann noch ein Stück gehen. Schönere Strände findet man eh in benachbarten Orten, dann kann man dann auch Auto oder Bus nehmen. Insgesamt sicher ein Besseres unter den unzähligen Apartmenthäusern in der Gegend.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Stunning views and best comfort - We stayed for two nights, and our son was ill so we had to stay inside. This was a great apartment when you had to stay inside! The views from the two balconies and from the dining area really enhanced our stay. Also the size of the apartment and different rooms to be in was very good for us. The kitchen was also well equipped. Unfortunately we also had heavy rain the first day but when both the weather and our son got better, we took our car to Volosko, because the host had recommended some restaurants there. This was a beautiful place and the Lungomare had a great atmosphere. We love Istria (our second time) and we will definitely come back to Opatija and Villa Roses. Our hosts were great, very kind, helpful and informative. We strongly recommend staying at Villa Roses.
• H (8/5): Prachtig uitzicht in prima appartement - Adembenemend uitzicht, zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en met veel info over bezoek mogelijkheden in de omgeving.
• Manfred (10/5): Ruhige, moderne und geräumige Anlage. - Die "Villa Roses" ist eine ruhige, moderne und geräumige Anlage oberhalb des Hafens von Icici. Die Ausstattung kann als sehr gut, im Vergleich zu anderen Anlagen sogar als luxuriös bezeichnet werden. Ein Pool- und Wellnessangebot wie in der Villa Roses wird man sonst nur in sehr teuren Luxushotels vorfinden. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der relativ steile Weg vom Hafen bzw. Strand zur Villa Roses, den nur äusserst sportliche Urlauber ohne PKW täglich bewältigen werden.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Feriereise - Kom til leiligheten på kvelden og dro videre neste morgen så vi fikk ikke brukt fasiliteter ved bassengområdet. Leiligheten var romslig med 2 bad, eget soverom og kjøkken. Nydelig utsikt fra liten terrasse. Fint uteområde.

• James (10/5): Great location Best staff I have ever had! - I had a great time at this apartment! I was greeted by the owner and he gave us so much useful information. Anything and everything we needed to know about the local area! The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. There was a small pool but we prefer the sea. There were 2 beaches very close by. I would go back in a heartbeat! I had an amazing time. Thank you so much!!!!!
• Richard (10/5): Comfort and the smell of roses at Villa Roses - We stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe 1 bedroom apartment and absolutely enjoyed! The bed is large and comfortable and two full bathrooms is very convenient. The balcony provides a great view and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and surrounding deck is beautiful and great for relaxing. The pool closed at 19:00 when there, which is great to keep a quiet environment. There is a jacuzzi and private saunas available for extra cost, did not use. There is a nice patio available to grill at and a small garden for further relaxing. The gardens are well maintained with flowers, including roses, everywhere. Parking is easy. The location is very convenient, easy to find, and a short walk down the hill to the marina and beaches. Grocery stores are close as well. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Sanjin, the manager, provided relevant information about the area and lots of recommendations. They are readily available to assist with whatever is needed. If I'm back in the area, would absolutely return to Villa Roses, for a short trip again, or would easily consider for a week or more with family.
