- Mikhail (8/5): Нормально - В целом все хорошо, единственное, номер достался на предпоследнем этаже, а на последнем располагается конференц зал и рано утром там началось торжество, было достаточно шумно.

- Andrei (6/5): Холодный отель в центре - Останавливался прошлый раз лет 5 назад, далее выбирал другие отели. К сожалению, следующий шанс видимо будет тоже лет через 5. Во-первых, в отеле до сих пор холодно. С учётом того, что на улице было -7 -12, в случае серьезного понижения температуры стало бы совсем некомфортно. Возможно, ситуацию выправят обогреватель, который был в комнате - не проверял. Во-вторых, странный сервис. На входе 3 (трое) дверей. Мы заносили несколько коробок. Никто не предложил помощи, и даже просто не придержал двери. Если у вас тяжёлый багаж - рассчитывайте на свои силы, или просите помощи со стороны. Обычно в отелях есть портье/охранники, которые всегда предлагают свою помощь. Ну и в-третьих, после уборки номера не увидел свежих бутылок с водой. Сообщил об этом на ресепшен - сказали, что вода предрставляется комплиментарно только при заезде. На мой вопрос, почему тогда убрали бутылки, которые можно было бы наполнять в кулере - мне предложили добавить бутылку воды за 20 рублей. В номере за 5,5 тысяч рублей в сутки в разгар пандемии.

- Svetlana (8/5): Удобно, современно и немного мрачно... - Классический почти монохромный (в серо-бело-черной гамме) отель европейского стиля. Находится во дворе-"колодце", с видом на дома. Рядом набережная Камы...Все необходимое есть, но недостаточно уютно... Номер чистый и удобный. Завтраки неплохие, хотя и не очень разнообразные. Помещение ресторана мрачновато... В целом хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

- Pavel (8/5): Хороший отель в центре города - Хороший новый чистенький отель в центре. Неплохие завтраки. В номере есть сейф, тапочки, халаты, фен и даже губка для обуви и открывашка для пива. Но нет чайника. Доброжелательный персонал. Ежедневная уборка. Из минусов - хорошая слышимость между номерами. Когда в соседнем номере говорят по телефону - слышно что говорят, а вот то, что отвечают разобрать можно не всегда. Также из минусов - отель расположен во дворе старого дома, вид из окон не слишком привлекательный. Но есть бесплатная парковка. В целом - рекомендую.

- Stanislav (10/5): Достойно - Останавливался на одну ночь. Номер небольшой, но никакого дискомфорта не было. Вкусный завтрак. В радиусе 200 метров большое количество разнообразных кафе и ресторанов, рядом набережная. Для краткосрочной остановки очень неплохой вариант.

- Liliana (8/5): Nice hotel, very thin walls - It is overall a nice hotel, very modern. The room was very big and had a very comfortable bed. My only bad comment about it is that the walls are so thin they seem to be made of paper. Our next door neighbor was on the phone one night and it was like he was in the same room with us. We could hear every single word. I had read about this in previous reviews and was thinking it couldn’t be as bad as they said, well, it is.
