• Probyn (10/5): - Location size and very secure premises. We couldn't open half the front door as my step son was at the cove and I wanted to invite him for a coffee and there was no key to unlock for his wheelchair to come through. They couldn't find a key but I think they should have got a locksmith to unlock it as the premises would still of been secured when we went out. So the 3 days I couldn't invite him in for a coffee.

• Mary (10/5): Magnificent accommodation in a beautiful town with a stunning view over the lake. - The apartment was perfect. The location was stunnning. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and equipped, modern, neat and clean. Instructions were vert clear. The facilities of the building were outstanding. It was faultless and was perfect for our 2 night stay in Taupo. Nothing.

• Melati (7/5): Enjoyable - View and space amazing. All amenities great. Service team responsive. Bedroom 2 was advertised as queen bed, felt more like a double and not comfortable. All furnishings and bed seemed old, 2nd bedside lamp, needed to get old tatty one from single bed room.

• Maggie (7/5): Good - The door was open when we arrived. We went out Saturday night when we arrived back the door code wasnt working so couldnt get in. Fortunatly we were able to get hold of the company who reset the code. This was very stressful as we had a baby and a 3 year old.

• Paul (7/5): Awesome - The only thing that we didn't like was that the main TV in the lounge wasn't a Smart TV
• Kath (10/5): Loved our stay so much that we will definitely be back! - The property was immaculate and safe and the other residents were quiet and respectful. It had everything we needed and although we never used the sauna or gym, we loved that the option was there for us. Also loved the 2 car parks in the basement and the overall safety and security of the entire premises. Above all, the view was spectacular. The 9 digit keypad entry code to get into the actual apartment itself was challenging for my elderly father in law with his poor eyesight and arthritic hands.

• Maraea (8/5): Great apartment and very clean. Would recommend. - Exceptional views, lovely clean apartment and next door to a great walkway and a cafe. Great having 2 secure park spaces in the garage. Access to the keys was difficult as the key pad is old & very difficult to open (took us over 20 minutes to open to obtain the key and when returning the keys. One person arrived late at night so a safety issue. Also dinner set was a setting for 4 people & the bedding is for 6 people.

• Caitlin (9/5): Superb - The apartment is the best of the lot and has a beautiful full view over the lake. It is really large and super comfortable, large kitchen, lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. It was really near the main road although most hotels/motels and apartments seem to be along the main busy road going into Taupo. This means it was pretty noisy and didn't feel very private.
