And our families will stay there again. - I liked there was ice machines just wish they all worked and there was vending on the floors like the sign in the hall says so you don’t have to go all the way down stairs to purchase something. But didn’t stop us from having a good weekend. The staff was very pleasant. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms. The vent is there but the fans don’t work. I asked the other family members staying there in the other 4 rooms and they said the same thing. The bathrooms had no fans to suck the air out and when you took a shower it became a sauna and forever to clear out. Nice bathrooms other than that.

- MrsHoney2015 (10/5): College Visit with Great Customer Service - This Courtyard Marriott met our needs. We came here so that we would be in town for admitted day to CMU. We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to campus. The upkeep of the property and rooms are very nice. From check in to checkout the staff was great. Thank you to Logan for getting us settled in a new room after ours smelled of smoke. Thank you to Aiden and Brady for great service from the restaurant located within the hotel. Both were very attentive and pleasant and special shout out to the chef because the food was delicious (breakfast and dinner). We will be returning more often now that our daughter is attending.

We started local for spring break and just wanted to take my kids swimming so we booked a room and when we got checked in we went down to check out the pool it was completely empty. They told us it would be filled by 9pm that night & of course it wasn’t. We checked again in the morning & it still wasn’t filled so we talked to the front desk guy, Dominic, & he was very kind & helpful & got us all set up to spend our 2nd night at a different hotel.

- ciscoo2026 (10/5): Very Spacious Guest Rooms - We stayed here to attend a CMU basketball game and found the guest rooms to be VERY spacious! We utilized the fitness center and coffee shop. The young man working the coffee Saturday morning went ABOVE & BEYOND to get our order made minutes before closing time and did it with a smile!

- terrirO6241WF (4/5): Not Fired Up about this place - Came to Mt P for a Wednesday night game. Made reservations well in advance. We were supposed to be able to check in after 3:00. We arrived at 3:30 and were told emails were sent saying we can’t check in till the team leaves and their rooms were cleaned. We received no email. We waited in the lobby for 4 HOURS!! The game started at 7:00 and we didn’t even get into our room till 7:30. We missed the 1st quarter. We received a $30 discount after waiting in the lobby 4 hours with our luggage. We will not be back. There wasn’t even free coffee in the morning, let alone breakfast.

I realize that’s not the hotels fault but a little thought/warning/or additional accommodations would be appreciated. Will not return and wouldn’t recommend based on awful beds. - Jessica (8/5): - Wi Fi wouldn’t work for Fire Stick and wouldn’t allow many downloads on my iPhone. Was told only way to access internet was via browser but the link to browser wouldn’t work. Also Bistro had listed hours of operation on the hotel tv as 7am-11am on weekends but we were told at 10:30am they were only open until 10am.

- cherylhK2483HL (2/5): They don’t honor confirmed reservations. We reserved a 2 bed room and we got bumped to a 1 bed room with 4 people. - Complete disappointment. Booked a room with 2 queen beds months in advance to a concert event on July 26. Our group gets there and the hotel changed our confirmed booking to a 1 bed room. We have 4 adults in our group. They offered us a cot and the nasty filthy pull out and some money off. Wouldn’t help find another room at a diff hotel and said they were booked and couldn’t give us what we reserved. Whats the use of reservations here if they don’t honor them. Never again will we stay here. Their pull out is filthy and not fit for a dog.

- Danielle (8/5): GOOD customer service is lost - My daughter had freshmen orientation coming up and it was pretty early in the morning. With us living 2 hours away, we decided to book a hotel room on campus for the night before. I never have any issues with Hotels.com, and I usually don't have any issues with checking in at hotels...that is, until now. Whoever the young man with the top hat who checked us in was rude and extremely unprofessional. After a long day of working and momming, he made what should have been a quick and easy check-in, an aggrevating, awkward and unnecessarily long process. I was really looking forward to staying here when we came to visit my daughter but that interaction really put a bad taste in my mouth.

- Jennifer (4/5): - We booked this hotel so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub. No one mentioned it was closed early that day. And the gentalman at check thought it was funny apparently because of his comments and gestures. My room was nicely decorated but bed was very uncomfortable, and shower was moldy.
- Ashley (6/5): Okay Experience - It was a nice a hotel, but the restaurant was open. For the amount of money for the room a continental breakfast would’ve been nice. The young gentleman working at the front desk was very nice.
