• Kikbim (8/5): - Comfortable. Close to the metro. Good value for money. Tea kettle, water and tea/coffee supply. Room needs a bit of a makeover -- scuffed in corners. But the decor idea is nice. They threatened to cancel my pay at the property reservation because I couldn't make it past by midnight due to a 5 hr plane delay. Planes do this often, so if you're flying in beware you'd better choose another property or prepay. I had to pay using unstable onboard plane wifi. I paid at 4pm.

Since there are windows on both sides, it bothers me because I can’t close them properly, and the neighbouring buildings are very close.

Well connected with metro station right outside the hotel. Laundry room in the hotel for self service. Rooms are quite small for the price.

• Louise Elise (8/5): Very comfy and a nice hotel. - It's in a nice location, the staff are friendly, the rooms are very modern and decorated nicely. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom was big. The heating/air con can be difficult to work out and the outlets are in awkward places.

Good house cleaning. Polite staff. No shelf next to the sink to place your amenities like toothbrush, facial soap so you end up having to use the bathtub to place your things. One of the room types had a leaky bathtub.

I will definitely recommend it. - The property has amazing localization with close proximity to metro system and multiple restaurants The only thing I could possibly complain about was the fact that the temperature was set very high and it took me few hours to reduce it.

• Esther (7/5): Comfortable stay depending on the room, great location, nice staff - Loved the location, it is within walking distance of the subway station (Yeoksam). House keeping was done well everyday and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Courteous and polite staff. Overall, a pleasant and warm stay in the standard double room! Due to scheduling changes, we managed to stay in 2 different types of rooms. The Deluxe double room costs more but was a less comfortable stay than the standard double room. They had a leaky bath tub which was dangerous if you slip and the bathroom was just cold. You would do better in the standard double room which had a standing shower.
