- Douglas (10/5): Telling my friends -
- Keenan (10/5): My wife and I had a wonderful yet short stay at this lovely location! - Staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. The door lock was a little confusing at first but we figured it out.
- Shawn (10/5): Nice location - Breakfast was great Everything was perfect
- Joshua (10/5): - Location, location, location. Walking distance to most sights and restaurants in central Seward. Relatively inexpensive when compared to other properties in town. Parking can be a little tight
- Allan (10/5): pleasant stay in house turned into motel. clean room, good value - clean, value, downtown location n.a
- Sandeep (10/5): -
- Ao (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): -
- TIMOTHY (6/5): - The word "Breakfast" SHOULD NOT be in the description of this Inn ... It was clean ,
- YogaFit (10/5): - I loved the location and property and room itself- they have taken care of everything- Loved the interior and decor of these rooms along with ample amount of space - Interiors looks all new and unique-plus the cute common kitchen was a bonus- Location is so picturesque- right along the coastal area
- Medina Rodríguez (10/5): - Quite a surprise. It's more than just a hotel or an apartment. It's like that room your best friend lends you when you come to visit, but without having to rely on the main house. The option to use the kitchen, however, is a real bonus. The balcony, the attention to detail... If you add to all that the kindness of the owners and a perfect location for the most iconic spot in Seward, there's really nothing to complain about.
- Marci (10/5): - Very clean, prompt responses
- Carmen D. (10/5): Had a short stay but was comfortable and in a good location, close to everything. - Room was clean and had most things needed for a comfortable stay. Could have used an iron and ironing board.
- Lorraine (10/5): Loved it - It’s cozy, near every thing
- David (8/5): - No breakfast.
- Ann (10/5): - Location and cleanliness. Na
- Sarah (6/5): Good - It was okay.. super close to everything and the view from the deck was spectacular.

- Shawn (10/5): - The Sea Treasure Inn was a wonderful stay, offering both comfort and charm. The rooms were spotless and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the upper porch, the perfect spot to sit back, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the late evening sun paint the sky. It struck the right balance between a welcoming atmosphere and simple comforts, making it a place I’d happily return to.
- Katherine (10/5): - Easy check in. Cute and clean property. Felt very quiet and safe. Host was incredibly quick to respond with questions. I highly recommend this place.
- JUNE (8/5): - It was fine, suites our needs.
- Zihan (10/5): -
- Mugglin (10/5): Comfy and convenient in the heart of Seward - Comfortable room and bathroom. The shared eating area was unexpected and a great benefit
- Brian (10/5): - Very comfortable and clean. Walked to dinner and downtown. Beautiful view. Parking right under the deck. Didnt get emailed directions until we had arrived so had to drive and walk around a bit to find where to go
- Vijay (10/5): -
- coyne (10/5): - Lovely modern airy room in building on quiet street near just about everything; waterfront park, shopping, restaurants. It was a surprize because I didnt know about the serve yourself breakfast. Items were in the fridge or cabinet and you mafe your own. The common area is accessed directly from your room. The rooms are accessed with a code which you receive in advance and you never actually see your host. Parking is right outside your door. I would definitely stay here again
- Kate (9/5): -
- Nattaya (10/5): - Very nice and clean place. Love the open area kitchen setting. Staff is nice when arrived.
- Nancy (4/5): - This is a simple room in a house, with both the window and entry tucked under the deck, giving it the feel of a basement. The furniture is basic, and for the rate I paid, I expected more—at least thicker, newer bed sheets and towels.
The soundproofing isn’t great either; guests upstairs started walking around at 6:30 in the morning, and I could hear every step they took.
- Lisa (10/5): - Kitchen with lots of breakfast food. Great location by many restaurants. Bear spray to borrow.
- Michele (10/5): Stay in Seward - Comfortable and convenient spot in the center of Seward. Just steps from the water and great dining. We loved our stay. The hosts even provided DIY breakfast offerings.
- Daft (8/5): - This property location was ideal for wondering around Seward! Loved my stay here.
- Gayle (10/5): Excellent location near water.stunning view from room out to awesome lge deck, to snowy mountains gr8 kitchen wud make - Close to shops seafront with a great large room with ensuite behind closed door You cud hear thru the walls but u can’t do anything about that
- Dan (10/5): - Very clean comfortable stay. Shared kitchen to make own breakfast
- margaret (10/5): - Our room was perfect for us. The common area was always clean and well stocked with goodies! You are within blocks of the shoreline, museum, sealife center and restaurants. 1 mile from the Harbor
- Joleen (10/5): - Great place to stay. Wonderful views. Nice kitchen to make breakfast in. Only minor complaint is pillows are lumpy.
- Rebecca (10/5): - This inn was so cute and convenient to everything. Our room was clean and cozy and there were so many options for breakfast in the communal kitchen. It's a 5 - 7 minute walk to "downtown" Seward where all the shops and restaurants are. Would definitely stay here again!
- Soren (6/5): Reasonabel - Breakfast okay but not more than that.
Parking just outside room. Quite a distance to walk to get
to the tourboats.
- Anna (10/5): Super nice little B&B style lodging. - What a fantastic place to stay! Room was so comfy and clean. Had a cute mid sized fridge and attached bathroom. The kitchen in the house was so well stocked and had everything...and then some. It was so nice waking up and not having to worry or rush to get breakfast. Loved having the private entrance. Parking was good and it is so close to the waterfront playground and skateboard park, which my grandkids adored. They were super reaponsive to texts when I had some questions. Totally recommend staying here!
- Amit (10/5): Close to waterfront park - Very close to the Riverfront park and 5 mins from the main port and downtown like area. Good beds at a height which we loved and ample space. There is a common kitchen area for breakfast during summer. Would recommend the stay given the entire city is more pricey as compared to this.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Walkable location and very convenient. Would very much recommend
- Kerry (9/5): Cute place in great location - Cute room. Nice shared kitchen setup. Need instructions for how to properly lock the laundry/luggage storage shed for dummies like me. Rooms doors auto lock when you leave, but the luggage room door requires extra steps (press top button and move key lock perpendicular to door to lock). Luggage is not very secure, just fyi to others. Nonetheless, I had no issues with my bags.
- Karen (10/5): - Cute room and a really awesome kitchen!
- Michael (10/5): Really comfortable stay - Location, cleanliness and use of communal kitchen. Nothing
- Terrence (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (10/5): Great option when staying in Seward! - Location was within walking distance of several great dining options (The Cookery is my favorite) and Sea Life Center. Supplied all the basics: soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, fan, blow dryer; and the common area supplied extras: mini refrigerated that is stocked with milk, juice, eggs, yogurt as well as a kitchen with coffee, tea, pastries, breads, muffins, pastries, etc. Access to the common area with the breakfast foods and place to wash water bottles available was a huge plus, wish other Air BnB's did this. View from deck was stunning and there were tables and chairs so you could sit and enjoy the sunshine and the view too. Parking under the deck between support posts is tight for larger vehicles. Bed in Admiral was tad squeaky, which can be annoying if you partner is like mine and rolls around in his sleep state like he's a rotisserie chicken. Other than that no complaints at all about facility it was super clean and supplied all the basics that you would need and then some.
- Iain (10/5): Exceptional - Room was clean & quiet and centrally located. Breakfast options were good.
- Mercedes (10/5): Cute and comfy, great location! - Comfortable rooms. The tiny rug at the door. Could use a larger rug that doesn’t slide around the front door where you could take your shoes off and not bring the outside to the inside. Hard not to drag leaves and dirt in especially with all the rain.
- Kenneth (6/5): Cute and cozy - The room was cute and cozy, with a great location. We were so happy they offered coffee & a continental breakfast, so that right there was a bonus. The only thing we did not like was the thermostat! Because our room got too hot and it took too long to cool off.
- Michael (9/5): Very comfortable, large, clean room. Well located. Use of the kitchen was an added bonus. Great value for Seward -
- Edmund (10/5): Exceptional - Very good
- Sreenath (9/5): Superb - Everything The bed was too high. Some of the lights weren’t working
- Charles (10/5): - Great place-common area was out standing!Exceeded our expectations-highly recommended!!!
- Childs (8/5): Sea Treasures Inn - Location. View. Room size. Noise from room below ours. Tight parking spaces.
- katharine (10/5): - we felt that the sea treasures inn was perfect for our stay in Seward. Property was very clean, convenient to everything. We had an issue with the water heater. The property manager came over and fixed it within the hour. Very good and quick response. We would stay there again anytime
- Pat (9/5): Enjoyed our couple of days in Seward. - Location was adequate for walking to nearby attractions and the trail. Having the shared kitchen with supplies was helpful. As we were "pre-season", we had to supply our own breakfast which was fine.
Quiet location Parking was tight, but provided
- Pete (10/5): - Very clean. Comfortable bed.
- Randykinak (9/5): Superb - Beautiful setting, great room full of positive energy. Easy check in and having a full shared kitchen was great. Great location close to everything
- Cassidy (7/5): Good -
- Isobel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kerstin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katrina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (8/5): - Perfect location for everything in Seward! Easily walk to downtown and sealife center. Perfect size for 2 adults. Only con the numbers on the heat knob are warn off and it was boiling when we got there and our whole first night. Had to have the window open with fan. We figured it out the next day and the second night was more pleasant. We could hear other guests but luckily they were respectful and went to bed at a good time. The kitchen is SHARED. This was not clear in the booking. My sister is vegan and the limited hours were not great. The room only had a small fridge. Would stay again.
- Natasha (7/5): Good -
- Sergey (10/5): Really nice location, great value! - Nice clean room for rent
- Cathy (4/5): Tired Business Travelers - I was very unhappy when trying to get to our parking space at 8:45 PM. We were there to work the day in Seward. We had been up since 4:30 AM and drove from Anchorage. After finishing work at 7:30 PM, we went to dinner so It was 8:45 when trying to get to our place. I had specific directions in my e-mail; to "Park under the carport on the left side where our place (The Aloha room) When we got there, someone was parallel parked blocking all three spots! I text the number and they said they would text the people upstairs. We waited for a reply, and were told, (They couldn't get a hold of the people in the upstairs unit!!! In the dark and exhausted, I had to squeeze in parallel parked behind them, so I wouldn't be in the alley, and I almost hit a small concrete wall. Two other issues, the beds were too tall. My friend who is 5FT 7 inches had trouble, and she told me good luck as I am only 5FT 2 and had knee surgery this summer. I got up once in the night, and almost tripped. There is a small throw rug between the beds. It was coving up a divot it the floor. This is a converted garage and it is the old drain which was a unknown hazard for me. From this angle it is hard to see but the car was parked dead Center and it over hung both left and the right side parking area, and the parking area is already narrow. I tried to get a better photo in the morning at 8:30, but they were gone.
- Karen (8/5): - Property is in a nice location close to the water, bed was comfortable. This is a house converted to an Inn, as mentioned in other reviews the walls are paper thin & you can hear everything. Had the place been full it would have been terrible. Booked this at least 7 mos ago, every other place we booked that would have changes as far as breakfast or food available messaged me to let me know that, this place did not, We show up no breakfast & not even creamer for coffee. Host’s response to this breakfast issue was “yeah, it’s in the book in the room”.
- Michael (10/5): Great small hotel in an excellent location. - We loved the shared kitchen. It was well stocked and allowed for us to prepare any of our own meals in addition to the breakfast which was provided. The deck was cool and a very nice place to relax.
- Dancing (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful location, comfortable and super clean. Private and easy check-in. Really Wonderful accommodations.
- Amber (9/5): Superb -
- Tyler (10/5): - Great place with a shared kitchen.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (10/5): - Sea Treasures Inn is a clean, comfortable, and cozy place. You feel cared for. The communal kitchen is really nice, with basics for breakfast. The inn is only a few blocks from the water, as well as downtown, and about three blocks from the best coffee shop in town. A great notebook gives detailed info on things to do. Check in was easy, very responsive hosts. Would highly recommend!
- Laura (10/5): - Lovely accommodations. Shared breakfast space was wonderful. Clean quite good value for price. Would recommend and would stay again.
- Juanita (10/5): - Lovely accomodations just a block away from the bay! Use of the kitchen which is really great!
We were in the Aloha room, which was awesome, but it had 2 queen beds that were extremely high off the floor, approx 3 ft ! We are both seniors, I am 5ft5", and found it difficult to get on & off the bed. Maybe the bases can be replaced with smaller ones ir a baseboard?
But it was clean, warm & very cosy.
Parking was free & definitely would recommend 👌
- Tiffany (9/5): Very enjoyable - Loved the location of this property. Close to everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. The common kitchen was well stocked and was great for breakfast for our group. Nothing
- Lillian (7/5): Good -
- Chris (10/5): - Very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this property.
- Carole (9/5): Super stay at Sea Treasures Inn but soggy weather 🤷🏼♀️ - We are ‘big breakfast eaters’, the coffee and pastries got our day started right because it was easily accessed while we got ready before we went off on our adventures for the day. The room was perfect for our brief stay. It was comfortable, well stocked with towels, suitably maintained and within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, the waterfront, the stop for the FREE shuttle around town and the Sealife Center. If you arrive in town on the train, without a car, we found Uber ‘non existent’. The FREE shuttle is an excellent way to get all around Seward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Sea Treasures Inn for your stay in Seward. I really appreciated the option for onsite luggage storage prior to check in (3pm) and after checkout prior our final departure from Seward, this made our sightseeing day so much easier to manage. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been the weather, hardly anything we could expect Sea Treasures Inn to have any influence over. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the attached outdoor deck with a view of Resurrection Bay but it was not to be. Guess I’ll have to come back.
- Birgit (9/5): An enjoyable stay in a comfortable room - Comfortable room with personal touches. Easy to access - communication/instructions were very good. Breakfast facilities were good. Parking available. Quiet end of town. Walls were on the thin side - could hear neighbours conversations.
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- William (7/5): Mostly good, getting to and from harbor without car or shuttle is a mile walk. - Value
Luggage storage
Clean Crying baby at 3 am
Access outside of free shuttle hours is a mile walk from harbor
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): - We had a great stay. Very scenic and close to everything!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!
- Patricia (9/5): Great, I would recommend. - We appreciated having baggage storage prior to check in, laundry facility, a cozy kitchen area, where we could make our own breakfast with the yummy food supplied by the host. Communication with the host was exceptional. Conveniently located near the waterfront and free shuttle pick up. Thin walls between the units. Not a problem, unless there is a persistent snorer in the adjacent room…
- Gavin (10/5): Great accommodation, Great Breakfast - Our upstairs room was in great condition and very comfortable. A shared kitchen / dining area downstairs had great breakfast cereals, pastries, bread, yogurt and eggs to make your own breakfast.
A great extra we didn’t know in advance was that the stay allowed us free access to the local gym in Seward, which was excellent.
The accommodation is in the heart of the old downtown area with good restaurants nearby - there was a great Thai restaurant and also a friendly bar/restaurant called The Cookery.
For those joining a cruise there is a good free shuttle bus service which has a stop nearby which serves the cruise ship port.

- Irene (9/5): Superb - Kitchen and location near the waterfront and park. Nothing
- Mark (10/5): - Clean. Everything we needed.
- Alyce (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent! Loved the community kitchen and the grill outside. Dinners out on the deck. Short walk to the boardwalk. Downstairs bedroom could use a larger entry way rug and rug in the bathroom. Just a suggestion!
- M3149QJemilyp (10/5): Cute & Cozy! Perfect for groups of friends to rent out - We loved our stay here!! Clean sheets, plenty of towels, cute and cozy. We had our friends also staying at the same location which was awesome to get to cook dinners together in the shared kitchen. The location of Sea Treasures Inn was perfect. Right next to all the action in town. Beautiful views from the deck.
- douglasgO4543TK (10/5): Worth a second visit for sure. - Cool little property. The room was spacious and had a nice cottage feel. The shared kitchen was also a nice touch (awesome bagels). I was working most of the trip but I'll definitely go back and spend a few days there. The second floor patio had a great view but I couldn't even take advantage because I was out most of the day. Would def recommend.
- CyrusMoq (10/5): Excellent Seward Home Base - Fantastic spot with thoughtful amenities (amazing and well stocked kitchen, tons of breakfast foods provided). The beds were superb and the place is located in a great central location for all Seward activities. The shuttle stops one block away as well.
- 139aryau (10/5): Great room - Very comfortable room located in the heart of Seward. Really close to the ocean, restaurants, bars, and even hiking. The kitchen was well stocked and our bedroom had its own little fridge. The host was also very responsive. Highly recommend!
