Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators worked great but would close shut quickly, hard to get your luggage through without the door closing. The ice machine was broken for the resort, the one in the room did work. We will not stay here again. For the money they charge we expected better, cleaner at the very least.

- ginger (10/5): Grand Panama - Jamie (front desk on Thursday May 22)was absolutely amazing. No complaints which we never have any amd we stay atleasr 2 times a year. However the elevators were awhole other issue. The elevator issues should have been addressed sooner

- Mauricio (10/5): - Stayed there for a few nights and I have to say that everything was clean and nice to stay in. The beach is at a walking distance and there are a few places that you can go to eat at walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and will hopefully go back next year!

We feel in order to stay there again ir use hotels com again we should be reimbursed for both nights we were sweating in the room. Rest of the trip was excellent.
- Eugene (10/5): Panama Beach Resort Condos - The location to the beach was just a few steps away. The rooms had a view, and the amenities were abundant. Certainly quiet and relaxing. Finding a dolley, because it was sure busy between the two towers.

- Tonya (10/5): - I love this property. It was nice and clean very spacious. My view was amazing from my condo. I was on the 4th floor. Next time I’ll see if I can get on a higher level. My only complaint would be my neighbors above me. They would sweep the water off of there balcony which came down to mines. Plus I would have to sweep my balcony because of tobacco products falling on mines. But other than that it was an amazing experience and all of the stores were close by.

The cancelation period had passed.I received a email for additional 50.00 for parking pass And wristbands I've stayed down florida many times and this is the first time that I had to deal with that over the net great trip
- John (8/5): Great property and location, not enough elevators - Really great location and property. Pool for kids was great. Super close to the beach. Room was clean and easy to settle into. The main issue we ran into was the lack of complete elevator access in the first tower. Only two of three were working at any one time. When checkout at 10a rolled around, elevators were packed! Cleaners were also using the elevators (to tightly do their job!), but they had no utility elevator for them. So, ask for a late checkout if you do stay in tower 1

- karen (6/5): tower 2 room 407 - the unit was filthy. we had to buy cleaning supplies as soon as we arrived. it smelled bad and the floors were filthy. we had to mop the floors, light candles and spray air freshener immediately. the closet doors were off and just leaned against the wall, the coffee table and dining table were painted and were filthy. the clock did not work and there were no working lights on the balcony

Felt very pampered compared to just getting a hotel room - beautiful view, the condo had all the amenities we were loo we’re looking for plus some. easy access to beach, Had to wait until 4 pm to check in. Our flight was early so we had to wait several hours to get checked in.

The condo was not "pet-friendly" and we had to get an ok from condo owner. Lots of paperwork just to get checked in. Pool was great, staff was friendly. Parking didn't seem to be an issue but was a little tight.

- Ana (4/5): - As soon as I walked in, I notice the furniture looked very outdated, not to mention the beds & carpet. I was mostly disappointed with the beds because I am currently pregnant and have been having back and side pain during and after my stay at the Grand Panama due to how uncomfortable the bed felt, you could even feel the wiring on all the beds there. I contacted the Pan Handle Getaways and left a voicemail to see if there was anything they could do but never heard back. The carpet felt so sticky and disgusting that I decided to keep my shoes on the entire time there. Not to mention the sofa, which had stains all over so we didn’t even sit on it. I would honestly not come back again.

- douglas (10/5): Exceeded Expectations - What a GREAT find! A VRBO reservation was cancelled late, and we needed to locate a unit for a reasonable price. This property was excellent. The location, amenities, and comfort all get top scores. Groceries can be delivered to your door via Publix, so you never have to leave the property. Would definitely recommend this condo!

- Anthony (10/5): Amazing Stay - Let me start by saying that this was our 4th time staying at GP and this was by far the best room. It SMELLED clean. The beachy decor was inviting, The views from the deck were incredible. The beds were comfortable. Besides the room being wonderful, we were able to check in an hour early with no problem. Checkout was seamless. We plan to book this room in the future

- Karen (10/5): First time at Panama City Beach area - Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama Beach Resort. The condo we had was very clean, and decor was comfortable and appropriate for beach front. All the beds, even bunk beds, were very comfortable. Early every morning we would see staff cleaning all common areas in and around the building, pool, etc., all the way down to the beach. It was my first time there and when I had questions or needed assistance, etc., someone was always available by phone and they were always very caring and helpful, and made reports to fixed things, if necessary. There were some normal issues when there are a lot of people staying in the area, such as elevator waiting at busy times and parking. We specifically had some issues with TVs not working but really did not need them with the beautiful view from the balcony and the sound of the waves. We were there for a Softball Tournament so really did not get to check out too much of the area, beside the beach right there at the condo and of course Pier Park. Overall, II had a good time and will definitely go back.🌞
- Crystal (6/5): Si-so - The place was not clean we messaged about needing it to be cleaned and more than 4 hours later someone showed up to clean, we still waited 2+ hours for clean bed comforters. The sink never drained, and the light in the kitchen was broken, we had clothes drying for 2.5 hours and had to pack them wet. There was no where to park a rental golf cart and it got towed. There is not enough parking. They really need to deep clean the rooms. And get new mattresses, pillows, and non stained bed spreads. Crumbs everywhere and floor had not been swept. The pool and location was nice. They did attempt to fix most everything but when you walk in to a place looking like this and then waste 6+ hours of your vaca waiting on them to fix what they already should have done it is rather frustrating.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Be aware. Poor mgmt company for this complex - This was completely mis-handled by the management company and Hotels.com. After escaping Hurricane Irma and checking into my room, the management company came to me and kicked me out of the room stating it was double booked, improperly by Hotels.com. Being that it was a hurricane escape city, there were no other options and the management representative threatened to call the police to forcefully remove me from the room that I had rightfully rented, paid for, and was given entrance to by the management company.

- Twana (8/5): Week before 4th of july - Condo is large and looks nice. Could use a deep cleaning. Parking isn't great. This condo has an assigned spot but someone kept parking there so we had to keep waiting to have them move. No dressers in the bedrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. 2 beach chairs and umbrella are included but that service closes at 5pm. Overall it was a good condo.

- Buck (10/5): Great Location and Beaches - There are two condo towers, one on the beach and one across the street which can be accessed by a walkway or by simply crossing the road which is rarely busy. The beaches are clean with a number of restaurants and bars that will allow you direct access from the beach. Unlike Daytona, there is no vehicular traffic and most of the beach users are seniors and families. Any of the college kids that were there were well behaved. The water is shallow for some distance out and thereby warm enough for swimming on most days.
