Guest Reviews
- Kelsey (8/5): Solid stay for the price. No fills but consistent! - This place is cute. I love the mid century vibes and the staff were sweet. This is a decent place to stay but it’s no frills. My two complaints were thin walls, we could hear the other guests. The second was the bathroom was claustrophobic, when I sat on the toilet my hips touched the wall. The door can’t shut unless you straddle the toilet or hide behind it.

- BRIAN GEORGE (8/5): - Very quirky motel that has to it's charms Next to the main road but we still had a good night's sleep
- Walletta (8/5): - Ok
- Paul (9/5): - Cute little place. With retro feel. Parking

- allen (7/5): Astoria has good beer 🍺 - The decor was very nice and the room was comfortable with a good amount of storage. The location was a little run down and had a homeless encampment and a homeless motel. Drugs being done in parking lot and lots of noise past the 10pm quiet hours began for the evening. Also $60 pet fee for one night with 2 dogs is excessive. Motel needs an elevator too!
- Helen (10/5): a lovely friendly place ..would recommend to friends - great place .. very comfy and friendly we were happy with everything
- Wolfgang (5/5): Super schneller Check-In bei freundlichem Kontakt - Lage und 30min bis Downtown Keine Klimaanlage
- James (1/5): Lousy - The motel sits right next-door to the worst breakfast restaurant in the history of ever! Prior to my stay, I had a medical emergency that landed me in the emergency room. I had a cell phone ignite in my pocket and burn me. When I presented this to the owners of the motel, they only gave me two nights reimbursement on a five night prepaid stay. My crotch was on fire, literal fire, and these inconsiderate, motel owners, barely batted, and I and could care less. I visit a story all the time and I’ll make sure not to stay at the atomic motel.
- Randy (7/5): Fun and kitschy—wonderful front desk attendant - Wonderful checkin experience from the person at the front desk. Great explanations and friendly welcome to the quirky motel. The rooms are well appointed and have been updated with a kitschiness that attracted us here. A bit of road noise through the night with a few extra loud (and testosterone filled) vehicles revving by at late hours. The doors of the rooms have gaps around that allow in extra noise from outside.
- Reina (10/5): Great deal! - It was quaint and nostalgic. Very clean. Gently used but a great atmosphere. Just down the street from the Short Circuit house and I forgot to drive by.
- Alan Warburton (8/5): - Very comfortable bed and pillows, the location was very good,no traffic noise, the finishing touches in the room were excellent, would definitely stop again The water pressure in the shower was somewhat lacking, but was ok,minor complaint really

- RUTH (9/5): Perfect, clean and comfortable - Great welcome.
Very clean room, with good facilities.
Comfortable Bed.
Loved the retro style fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bridge view from room.
Great 'old style' Motel Nothing not to like.
- Adam (10/5): - Great little motel for the money. Excellent location! Nothing. It really was a nice little retro motel.
- James (8/5): - Was very nice and convenient Booking said $15 pet fee. Motel charged me $34 pet fee??? Said they don't honor what Bookings might say???? Too much for pet fee!

- Terese (9/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): - It's super cute. I loved the view and the staff.
- Mary (10/5): Very cute and colorful with friendly staff and a good location adjacent to the bustle of downtown. - Decor is amazing. Fresh muffins at breakfast and other options. Fridge and microwave, a bathtub, great views of the water and sunset.
- Ruiz (10/5): -
- Skarrla (10/5): Cutest little motel! - Such a cute little motel. Very kind staff. They didn't have a proper smoking area with an ashtray. Which causes people to throw their butts around the buildings.
- Devone (10/5): Fun clean and so reasonable! - I loved the retro look and our room was so clean and comfortable. We will be back.🥰 Can't think of a thing !
- Gillmore (8/5): - I like the view of the bridge that goes to Washington. The breakfast was slim pickens.

- Lara (8/5): Rapporto qualità/ prezzo - Letto comodo La colazione era veramente povera: delle cialda per il caffè, pochi piccoli muffin , banane e barrette energetiche di Amazon ,,,
Neanche un succo di frutta o un tea..
- Anthony (9/5): -
- Alexander (9/5): -
- Steve (8/5): Good value, clean, close to everything. Just a bit noisy in the morning. - Easy to find, great value for the money. It’s right on the main drag in town and very noisy either way traffic in the morning.
- Bane Draconis (8/5): Great value for retro chic - I enjoyed the decor, the mini fridge, and having a restaurant a stones throw from the motel. The cold water faucet leaked incessantly, the water temp fluctuated randomly throughout the entire shower, the walls are super thin.
- Zenodie (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - Cute place to stay had a good vibe Like a few reviews have said the walls are pretty thin and you can hear the neighbors pretty clear and I felt bad about how loud we were with our raucous lovemaking
- James (7/5): -
- M (10/5): -
- Gilbert (9/5): - The room was clean, the stay was quiet, and the location is fantastic! Had a great nights rest and the views of the bridge and proximity to the river were exceptional. This was my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely come back. The TV was rather small and the remote control didn't work very well. A better selection of breakfast selections would be nice. Other than that, overall great!
- Jeff (9/5): -
- William (5/5): -
- Krier Chadwick (9/5): -
- Elizabeth (5/5): - It’s a clean, decent accommodation. Very convenient location. The walls were very thin and the guest next door to us was extraordinarily loud on our last night. The “retro” decor was kind of corny and very bare minimum.
- Steven (10/5): -
- Diego (8/5): Bueno - La cama, Agua muy caliente y no se podía ajustar bien..
- Junda (10/5): -
- Adrik (3/5): For the price, pretty okay. Probably won’t visit again - Staff was great Cleanliness, the fact that a homeless woman was Wandering around knocking on doors yelling/talking to herself.
- Thomas (8/5): -
- Roberta (10/5): -
- Roberta (10/5): - I found the staff to be very helpful
- Jaiden (4/5): Overpriced for the quality. Spent a little bit more for a more comfortable and clean stay. - Complementary coffee and snacks in the morning at the office It was in a very noisy location and my room was not cleaned well. There were pubic and women’s hairs on the shower wall, and it was well overpriced for the quality.
- Shaela (10/5): Got in late. Was able to do a late check in easy, convenient and staff was great - It was decorated like Fallout❤️❤️ Its location. It was safe. And close to everything
- Maria lucia (10/5): Fue muy agradable - Está muy cómodo
- Bryan (10/5): - All the lights were different color temperatures which causes headaches.
- Maria lucia (10/5): -
- Molly (10/5): Great place for the value it’s top notch definitely will stay a third time!! - The property was great my second time here and it may not be 5 star but its clean and gots a lot of charm. I’ll definitely stay here anytime I’m in Astoria. Nothing
- Chrizelda (8/5): -
- Ruiz (10/5): -
- George (1/5): -
- Asia (7/5): -
- Phillip (9/5): - This is a great value in Astoria. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
- Jose (7/5): -
- Marchelle (10/5): -
- Robert (9/5): Great location for our needs. - The staff was outstanding Bathroom needs its own light switch.
- Lynnette (8/5): Great location - Location was great Time for some bathroom updates. Everything worked, but was dated
- James (7/5): I would stay again if it had a different type of mattress. Other than that, everything else was fine. - Location Mattress
- Lindsey (6/5): -
- Gretel (10/5): Nice place to stay. - Nice spacious room. Friendly staff. Fun vintage vibes.
- Randall (9/5): For the fan of Motor Lodge Nostalgia... clean and quaint. - For the fan of Motor Lodge Nostalgia... clean and quaint. Fun upgrades in the rooms. Brick and mortor facilities are aged, but serviceable. Fairly noisy roadway nearby in the AM, but not the motel's fault
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Austin (9/5): - Price was great. Room I got was spacious. Like the theme. Friendly staff. The small breakfast is just what you need to get going in the morning. Noise levels.
- Samantha (5/5): Overall, it was clean but had a few inconveniences. - The rooms were very clean and tidy as well as being decorated in a retro style, that fit the building Of the three rooms that we rented, two of them the bathroom door stuck or just would not close at all. Also, the plumbing was a little weird in that you would be showering, and all of a sudden, the water would turn blistering hot.
- Matthieu (6/5): -
- Kryss (10/5): I'll be back soon y'all!!! - How welcoming the front desk people are! The price is amazing.
- Roger (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Bugs, noise
- Gail (10/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): - Convenience
- Richard (8/5): -
- Teresa (6/5): -
- Carolyn (6/5): May stay again if the price is right. But open to trying a different place next time. - The proximity to attractions was pretty good for the price. And the room itself was very clean. We enjoyed having 3 beds for our family to use. The noise level kept us up all night. There was a guy living in his van below our 2nd floor window who honked his horn and broke glass throughout the night. While clean, there were patches of the wall that needed to be fixed and repainted. The pillows were terrible. Second queen bed squeaked and crunched.
- Jason (4/5): Great price but for poor quality. - The price point was good. Water pressure in shower was comparable to a squirt gun & temperature changed from hot to cold every couple of minutes! Bed was uncomfortable.
- Ricahard (10/5): Groovy Jetson-style baby! - Love the old School Retro!
And The Nostalgia that is missing these days. Nice old Tacky place,
But in a good way. Could use a little cosmetic things fixed, and maybe bigger night stands.
And places to keep things off the floor
- Blanca (8/5): Staff was very nice .Room was clean .very welcoming. - Nice atmosphere Enjoyed the stay.
- Guy (7/5): A quirky hotel in a lovely town. - This was a quirky hotel with a 50s theme that made it stand out from some others I stayed at. The room had 3 beds, good for the 3 of us. The microwave and fridge were good. The Pig'n'Pancake next door served great food. nothing
