- 欣欣 (8/5): - 乾淨的房間，床跟枕頭都蠻好睡的（床有彈性，枕頭偏硬），浴室的浴缸跟其他的部分也打掃的很乾淨 隔音不太好，住在三樓，但都聽得到外面樓下的汽機車路過的聲音，有時候也聽得到路人講話的聲音，房門的隔音也不太好，會聽到其他人開關門的聲音，總之如果是對聲音敏感的人，這家可能不太適合。然後沒有飲水機，不太方便

Very quiet and clean. Shower water took a long time to run hot but was great once hot. Just coming from a country that experiences droughts it felt a bit wasteful. Not really a problem in Taiwan I think.

- Takako (9/5): 夜遅い便で着いても安心の２４時間対応 - 桃園空港に夜遅く着く便だったので、MRT台北駅から歩いて数分のホテルを選びました。駅からホテルまでの道はわかりやすかったです。（ただ、地下にあるMRT駅からどのように地上に出れば良いかわからず、ウロウロしてしまい時間がかかりました。３番出口を使うつもりでしたが工事中で閉鎖されていました。）ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋の照明のスイッチなどを丁寧に説明してくれました。無料で広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。 朝食が付いていればよかったのですが、朝食付きプランはなかったようです。ホテルの隣の肉まん（肉包）店が朝６時から営業していたので、そこで朝食を調達しました。価格は手ごろで、おいしかったです。

No breakfast provided inside the hotel and it's kind of cold if you stay at the room facing the road. The windows are not fully sealed and you can feel the cold wind comes into the room slightly.

Comfort room is also very spacious, there's a bathtub and a separate shower. Beds are big too. Staff are helpful, they also gave us a gift for staying during New Year. No bidet for the toilet. This is a very big deal for me. Also, air conditioning can only be turned on or off, temperature cannot be regulated.
