• Dion (10/5): Ideal location for what I needed, that exceeded my expectations! - The location was perfect, the private parking was perfect, and the proximity to great restaurants and izakayas was a bonus! The front desk staff was kind, courteous, and prompt (especially Chikamori-san). All in all, it exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

• The travelist (8/5): A solid choice when staying in Kochi - The hotel is located at a quiet street close to the main station and the food streets. The hotel has a limited number of free parking lots. There are also several paid parking lots nearby.
• Robert (8/5): Cheap and sweet. - On the first day evening, the hotel staff asked me about my run and where I went. I was flummoxed. Someone else had told the evening staff about my run in the morning and we ended up talking about possible routes. This morning, I took up one of the routes, and got back with barely any battery left on the headphones. As I took them off, the staff asked me about what I was listening to. Showed them it was a grunge play list, then I was asked "Do you like Stone Temple Pilots?" so we went through the list together. I checked out later in the morning and it was a different member of staff. Immediately she asked if I had been running and where I went today. Again I was stumped because how did she know? It turns out I was given the nickname "running man" and that they've had noone else stay who goes for runs. There are times in Japan where it's cold... And I mean socially. Customer service is performed because it's the done thing. But these little events just make the day a little bit better and a smile appears. It's a strange concept of having to leave your key at the front counter when you go out - part of their rules for staying at the hotel. Also, this isn't a hotel for tall people - I'm 1m83cm and found the bathroom to be rather small for someone of my statue.

• Nami (5/5): 楽しく過ごせました - スタッフの方は丁寧な対応でよかったです ランドリーが洗濯はフリーと嬉しいことなのですが、乾燥機と2台ずつしかなく、かなり待つことと、空周りのまま放置されており、無駄な時間をかなり待ちました。夜遅かったためとても疲れました。 洗濯終わりにタイマーご持参くださいとありますが、なかなか戻られない方もいたり。。 戻られない場合、スタッフに声をかけて洗濯物を出していただくことも可能だったことをあとで知りました。注意書きが小さすぎて気づけませんでした。

• Emiko (6/5): 部屋のトイレに入れない - 朝ご飯がスムージーやヨーグルト、デザートの柚子ゼリーなどあり、種類は多くないけどよかったです。ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも美味しかったです。フロントで飴やクッキーを頂き、子供が喜びました。また、夕食の店を尋ねたら丁寧に教えて下さいました。 最初から洗面所のドアが開きにくかったのですが、チェックアウト前には開かなくなり、トイレが使用出来ませんでした。フロントのトイレを使用し、状況を説明しましたが、「すいませんでした」の一言だけでしたが、洗面所に入れないのは快適さ以前の問題で、ホテルとしては致命的だと思います。
• Hideo (8/5): - 隣の音や廊下から聞こえる音、両隣、上下部屋からの音は聞こえず、静かに眠る事が出来ました。 通常はお安い部屋なので仕方ないところですが、部屋から外のロケーションが良くない事や、飲屋街へのアクセスの悪さ(近くの駅周辺で呑んで帰る時に、駅前のタクシー乗り場からホテル迄帰ろうとしましたが、運転手から『そんなホテル聞いたことも無い』と言われました)。 タクシー関連にも、ホテルの周知徹底が必要だと思います。

The room was very compact, but was clean and had an ensuite. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were typically very friendly and helpful.

I asked the staff (woman) where the hotel parking lot is and she said it was already full so just use other parking lots around the area. We moved the car then came back to check in. This time, there was another staff (man) so I asked again where can we park the car and he assisted us to the hotel parking lot (which was not full by the way).

• Marco (8/5): A nice, clean and friendly hotel - excellent value for money. - Hotel staff very helpful, in our second reservation there was a little problem with the type of (double) bed but staff solve it quickly and nicely. Some rooms have balconies or two windows, which makes the room much better. Room service was good. The semi-double bed can be small and bathroom is a bit cramped.
