• Mali (5/5): ok if you didn't plan to spend any time in your room other than sleeping. - the property was ok no place to really hang out so the next door neighbours were so loud in their rooms because they couldn't go anywhere else the wifi sucks and the sink was leaking and they said they were going to fix it but never did. as wel the shower was always cold like freezing.

• Ofir (10/5): - המקום נוח איפשר לי לנוח ולהחלים אחרי שעברתי תאונה. לא התלוננו כשהסדינים היו עם יוד, משחה וכו.. החליפו בכל פעם ואיפשרו לי להאריך את השהות בכל פעם שהייתי צריכה מעט רחוק ברגל מהמרכז התיירותי והיו זמינים יותר פנים אל פנים מאשר אונליין. חוץ מזה לא הציעו לי חדר בקומה הראשונה למרות שראו שאני פצועה

• Erika (7/5): Overall good stay, next time would stay closer to centre - The property was nice, the room was spacious and shower was powerful The property was a little bit o it of the way which was no problem as we rented bikes, the beds were not comfy were very hard and on the last evening when I discussed checking out early hours they said there would be someone to check us out however there wasn’t so I ended up leaving the key in the room not a biggie but shouldn’t have agreed.

• Nia (10/5): A lovely hotel - The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked that the shower was separated from the sink area by a little wall and a small step. This stopped the whole floor being wet which is what we've experienced in most other places we've stayed in Thailand.

• Atlanta (9/5): Lovely - Very comfy and clean room. The staff were so lovely, even though we didn’t ask our room to be cleaned they left clean towels, bottled water and new shampoo bottles outside the door everyday. The receptionist also gave us a lift to the bus station on the last day for free!! Would highly recommend :)

• Joseph (6/5): Pleasant - Room was clean, staff were great. They allowed us luggage storage at no extra cost, free tea and coffee. Make sure you get the bungalows. Some of the rooms upstairs in the main building were very noisy from the main road. Once we moved to bungalow, the bungalow was soundproof!

• Scott (7/5): Can’t complain for the price, would recommend - For the price I paid it’s well worth the money, around 750 baht per night so can’t complain at all for what you get. Rooms are small and very basic but have everything you need and seemed to be very clean. The beds are maybe a bit dated now, you can feel the springs a little bit but it didn’t bother me and I still slept fine. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to know things, always seemed to be the same girl at the front desk and she was very nice. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Pai where the walking street is etc. It’s not really an issue but you will spend most of your time in the centre, so you do end up walking quite a bit. Not an issue for me but some people might prefer to be closer.

Cleaned room upon request but also left clean towels, water and toilet roll outside our door every day that we didn’t request a clean. Bit of a walk to the main walking street but only 15/20 mins.
• Ka (7/5): Cheap and central accommodation in PAI - Accommodation was very cheap! Had a twin garden room, clean, nothing fancy, small fridge in the room and small side tables were helpful. Basic but suitable for a few days. Beds were comfortable, Bathroom was spacious and the location was an easy walk to the main “walking street” even at night and the bus station. Small personal seating area outside the door to garden. No breakfast inc. but plenty options around the bus station etc Soundproofing - walls a bit thin could hear people on the next accommodation (with ear plugs it was fine) No communal area

• Tania (7/5): Good - The place was very clean, with good pressure on the shower and parking (if you need that). The bed was very hard. It was nice to have a lobby to spend time in but the courtyard was small and loud. A little way out of town which could be a pain for some people.

• Harriet (5/5): Ok value for money, clean room but very uncomfortable bed - Slightly out of the main walking street, but only a 10 minute walk. For the price you pay, it was okay value for money- the room was clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard and you could feel the springs. The drains smelt, so the bathroom had a horrible eggy smell. The drains were also very noisy at night, lots of gargling noises and the aircon also very loud.

• Stacey (4/5): Very overpriced for what it is. - It was a bog standard room it was semi clean The fact the girl had over booked our stay and struggled to get us a room as a couple we would have liked the double bed but I guess 3 single beds had to do. And really infuriating that she basically ignored us to serve some good looking guys who rocked up after us and then Appologised profusely that she had over booked their stay too but offered them a discount and then turned back to us and didn't offer the same. Very rude. The other issue was massively overpriced we only ended up staying 2 days instead of 3. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (rock hard) make sure you take a yoga class after... you'll need it. And the room had quite bad lighting like a hospital the lamp shade had what I can only describe as ashes spilling all over the floor and bed which was disgusting.
• Thoby (8/5): Perfect stay - The hotel has amazing staff, great facilities, and a beautiful garden. All-round an amazing place to stay in Pai. You can enjoy free refreshment (coffee, cocoa, cold-water) and the rooms themselves are spacious and have good decorations. A bit further from the city, but the 5-10 min walk to the centre is refreshing. If you don't mind the short walk, it's a great choice!!
