- Hamza (7/5): Decent for price range. - The staff was very nice, the free decoration on the bed was nice. Staff was very accomdating with our request when we needed to use cutlery. The rooftop was very cool. Air conditions were good. Pool was nice and clean. Excellent location. Bed sheets wearnt that clean had a stain and weren't getting changed, bathroom wasn't the best too ventilation needs work. The gym was also a little small.

- Lynda (5/5): Ok two star accomodation - Great location if you want to be in the touristy busy area of Seminyak. They provide a good breakfast and enjoyed the pool and rooftop spa facilities. Most bali accomodation is wrought with the issue of dampness due to the humidity, this is no different. The staff were extremely accomodating to my cleaning requests and helped me change room as I am very sensitive to smell and mildew. So thanks for that. I didn’t realise it was two star when I booked.

- Anthony (8/5): - When first booking I had booked the Superior room but when arriving realized for some reason the windows in the room do not open. Being I was staying for two weeks there is no way I could have stayed in a room for that amount of time with no air. The rooms also smelt a little stale from having no air flow. Maybe the windows could be opened and set a lock for the amount it opens if it's a safety issue? I asked to be upgraded to the Junior suite which I loved although I was charged for the night I didn't even stay at the hotel as my flight was cancelled for the upgrade also which I really didn't understand. I had booked the original room the day before so no sure why I was paying for the upgrade I made the next day. Some things around the hotel definitely need attention but the staff is truly what made the stay amazing. They were caring, consistent and ensured every ones needs were met. I really think the cleaners do an amazing job as do the front desk staff you all need an applause for your hard work.

I came back to hotel to take something that I forgotten and to realise that the staff didnt emptied the bins. They said they have cleaned the room 14th June 4. The toilet has an odor that we had to use our perfume to spray 5. There was an incident where we came back to the room and my toilet bowl has dirty stain. 12th June

- William (8/5): My stay generally was good. - The room was nice. The swimming pool was good. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were amazing. The Jacuzzi is not well located since you have to go through the bar to access or exit . The tv in the room was not smart tv and was hard to watch local channels. Smart tv will go a long way to keep the guest entertained. The wifi reception in the room was poor.

Very polite and efficient front desks, my water heater and hairdryer were not working and they managed to promptly attend to my requests and send someone to repair within 15mins even it's alrdy late night. Strategic location, walkable to cafes, warungs and spa lounges. Satisfying 4 nights stay with them!

Overall the room was great, the pool was lovely (and always clean!), the jacuzzi was comfortable, and the happy hour (from 3-10pm!) was an absolute vibe. Above all of this was the standout staff - they were lovely, so helpful, and always smiling. The things that didn't land our stay at 5/5 were: our shower had a drainage problem which meant we couldn't run the shower for long before the water flowed onto our bathroom floor (a minor issue). The real issue was the caged birds next to the pool- this really bothered us. They had no entertainment in the cage (i.e., toys) and were not at all needed for the environment. It was especially hard to see these poor birds caged when so many joyous free birds were flying in and out of the pool area. Please please please reconsider the need for your caged birds!
- Carla (6/5): - Hotel is fine. Housekeeping starts at 8am and is super loud in the hall so even if you have DND on, you will be woken up. Didn’t sleep well the whole two weeks we stayed here. Also, quality of the people staying here wasn’t great and we had guests all down our hall who were banging their doors after midnight, yelling, smoking everywhere in the common areas. We reported this to the staff and just got an apology, so after two times here (mainly bc Seminyak is convenient to go to Canguu, Ubud and the south from) we won’t stay here again. Also, the WiFi was very unreliable. We had to get a SIM card.

However, my room was tiny and looked onto a rubbish tip. And although the rooms did look like the pictures, the images made it look much nicer. Everything was a bit worn, and could do with some updating. I paid £45 (without breakfast) for one night in a tiny room. I feel compared to other places it was way over priced for what it was.

They changed the roof top and breakfast is now in the same location. Breakfast I tried once,but didn’t like pre cooked food and was cold, no drinks coffee was only black coffee. Should have kept the restaurant down in reception was better. There is a swimming pool but no sun on the pool but it’s ok. Staff friendly and the location is perfect Breakfast not good not enough options and precooked food was cold Showers are frosted glass but didn’t like.
- Valencia (9/5): Lovely stay to explore the city! - Location is very strategic. There are a lot of famous cafes, spots, and mini market around. Transportation is easy, the locals usually order online taxi to get nearby. First impression of this hotel was dark and not lively, but right after stepped into the receptionist area, the ambience was really calm and serene. The hotel lobby was really comforting. The public area feels well sanitized even though they are mostly made of fabric material. The staffs were friendly and helpful too. Inside the hotel, you can easily spot a swimming pool. I think it is semi outdoor, there’s no roof on the top but the space is narrow, that’s why it always feels cool and calming there – you don’t get burn from the sun and massive wet from the rain! Restaurants and bar are on the 6th floor. I highly suggest you to visit them ONCE during your stay because it’s a beautiful indoor and outdoor rooftop with amazing city view! And what’s better, they even got outdoor jacuzzis too! I think this hotel concept is all about nature, that’s why you’ll spot a lot of decoration plants even to birds! The hotel foods were okay but not the best, but at least they were still enjoyable. Stayed for 3 nights there and I was greeted by two different little cockroaches in my room for the first 2 nights, I think they always came from behind the door around the shoes area. I didn’t know if they just came out out of nowhere or from the plants around. It would be nice if the hotel management could pay more attention to this matter. There were no dressing table too in my room. If you’re okay to stand up during your styling session from skincare to makeup, then this must not be a problem. But if you got feet problem like sore muscles etc, standing up while doing the whole things must be your consideration.

- Omar (6/5): Average stay - I paid for the deluxe suite which is a larger room you pay extra for it the room is completely run down stains on the sofa is a huge black mark on the door when you walk in the shower is not strong there’s also terrible hum from the electrical plant that resonated in my room I figured all the rooms had the same sort of sound so loud The bed was OK pillows were fine service was good the other thing if you’re riding a bike where are you parking can be difficult in the car park as there is so many bikes which is mainly staff bikes and it’s very difficult to park and get out Food is OK it’s not outstanding it’s fine if you have nowhere else to go staff are friendly The parking security guys don’t really help you with your bike I’m trying to find a parking spot that was disappointing when I first arrived

I would have thought someone would try contact me however I’ve heard nothing and numbers online don’t work. The staff were lovely but they struggled to make a decent cocktail also the room has a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast was disappointing but the food menu was tasty. Pool was lovely but rooftop was old looking.

Very convenient.

- Rozzle (8/5): - The spa on the roof is fantastic especially after being out all day. Breakfast could be better, tried the cornflakes took one mouthful and that was it, couldn't eat any more. Toaster takes forever, you could make yourself a cup of tea while you wait. Linen needs to be replaced, had one pillow case that was terribly stained. Started me wondering about the sheets, towels, etc.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room wasn’t soundproof. I stayed in room 115 and could hear the traffic. I didn’t know how far it was from the beach. I tried neither the jacuzzis or the pool. I ordered dinner (grilled fish) at the restaurant and it took half an hour for my order to turn up and i was the only guest at that time. Overall, it wa a comfortable stay.

Overall it is a good place to stay but it is a little noisy in the hotel due to the fact every floor is tiled and the noise carries. The smell from the shower when it is turned on was a worry but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the smiling staff.
