• Yao Qiang (6/5): - The main building of the hotel was nice and seems newly renovated. However when we reach the room, it seems so different. The bathtub looks as if it was not cleaned for several months (with stains). The same goes for the shower area. Good thing that the bed was comfortable. When i tried to call the in room service number, no one ever picked it up. Have to call the operator. Even so, requested for toilet paper but it never came. Based on the pictures, reviews and price, i expected more but was disappointed. On the good side, the breakfast was quite good.

They should work more on their bathroom, their sewage system for the toilet bowl don't seemed to work well (flush is slow and no force to flush off the waste).

• Grace (8/5): A treat for my mum - The lush greenery of where The Paz is located is amazing. Excellent service and fantastic ground crews - why so? By the time when we reach The Paz, it was 830pm and when we arrive at carpark (I separately arranged land arrangements) the buggy was there to pick us up and send us to reception for check-in. Check-in was smooth and within 5 minutes we were brought to the room. Spacious Deluxe was indeed spacious - in the room and bathroom. My first time seeing quite a healthy breakfast and good to know how the hotel caters to the crowd - I shared this was as stayed over last weekend (from 13 Oct) that happens to be the long weekend in Thailand - breakfast was buffet, once the crowd disperse - one get to choose choice of breakfast and mini buffet - and that's good. Thank You and Please keep up this service.

• Tan (8/5): Nice and quiet stay. - I love the view from the hotel. Every morning I woke up with a magnificent view. The breakfast was decent. I like the square raisin custard the most. The vegan phad thai and noodle are usually quite dry and hard. The service staff who clean the room is friendly and always put on a smile.The staff at the resturant are friendly too...especially the resturant on the upper storey. If the hotel can have a shop selling necessities, food, drinks and tidbits will be great as its not convenient to move around to other place from the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

• Siang Jin (8/5): Nice stay and service but doubtful on some issues - Stayed at this property for 3 nights. Overall experience was not bad. Service generally was good. Food was nice but quite limited menu somehow. The Housekeeping didn't really clean the room well enough as there's a fruit plate wrap that's punctured with ants crawling around for the entire stay and they never bothered to replace or cleaned. There's patches of water around the jacuzzi tub on the day we checked in dripping onto the floor. One incident which left me wondering is the charges for a private transport which I've enquires and made through email to the hotel for a day was like 3000+baht from 8am-4pm. When asked for a time of 9am-9pm the charges were quoted around 7000+baht. We booked the 8am-4pm eventually but when checked in we asked the reception to help us change the timing from 11am-8pm they did it without any extra charges . I'm puzzled why the discrepancy and this incident left me with some doubt about the hotel's practices.

The hotel is a bit far from everything else in khao Yai, but we don't mind it because of the better view, new facilities and great service. Would definitely go back again.

Very pleasant restaurant , with food and service generally, but not always, good . Pleasant and welcoming staff. Nice location but about 45 mins drive from Khao Yai.
