- Jawdat Mango (2/5): فندق جميل من ناحية الشكل ولكن يوجد تقصير كبير من ناحية متابعة تنظيف الغرف والمتابعة والاهتمام - قريب من المول عدم متابعة تنظيف الغرف ليومين متتاليين تم تقديم شكوى في اليوم الاول وتم تكرار نفس الخطا في اليوم التالي بالرغم من وضع ملاحظة من قبل الاستقبال ورغم طلب تنظيف الغرفة من خلال اشارة التنظيف تم تبرير هذا التقصير ليومين متتاليين بسبب وجود اشغال كبير للفندق وبالطبع هذا عذر اقبح من ذنب ازعاج كبير في الممرات واصوات ابواب مرتفعه طوال الليل وادارة الفندق لم تجد اي حل للموضوع

- Lesley (8/5): Positive and negative points - Really good local transport within 5 minute walk.. nice pool, spa and gym areas. If you like shopping there was a very big shopping mall just across the road open until 10pm.. Good hot and cold breakfast. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The onsite Starbucks did serve a limited menu. Like all hotels alcoholic drinks were extremely expensive and measured. .

- Manuela (10/5): Muy agradable! - Lo que más destacó fue la atención del personal, tanto de recepción como de restaurante, limpieza. Me alojé allí por una recuperación quirúrgica y me proporcionaron todo lo que pedí tanto almohadas extra y hielo las veces que lo requería sin coste y subiéndolo a mi habitación, el desayuno igual permitieron que mi pareja lo pudiera subir del restaurante. El personal de limpieza siempre pendiente de todo, no hubo un solo día que mi habitación no estuviera perfecta. Estaba a menos de 5 min andando de un centro comercial grande y de una parada de metro bastante útil. Al ser un 5 estrellas eche en falta más complementos en la habitación ( albornoces, cepillos de dientes, un secador en condiciones entre otros) las almohadas eran muy incómodas.

- Siham (8/5): - Les Personnels de la réception à l'écoute, professionnel, gentille surtout Mme ayze et ozan toujours souriants, j'oublie pas de remercie l'agent de nettoyage ménage de chambre c'était propre bien fait il rempli toujours le frigo avec de l'eau des boissons franchement rien a dire je le recommande fortement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel parfait. Le petit déjeuner à revoir, toujours la même chose,je trouve qu'il n'est pas copieux, ya aussi des agents de sécurités qui parlent mal en plus ils utilisent pas des mots de politesses je trouve qu'ils sont un peut agressive j'aimerais bien qu'il seront plus respectueux vers les clients

- Kamran (4/5): At all it was not bad - Breakfast was good The windows of the room were very dirty and we couldn’t see out and dinner was bad and cold
- Darya (8/5): - Все было хорошо. Жили на 10 этаже в угловом номере. Воду в номер давали каждый день, убирались каждый день, кондиционер работал, окна открывались. Завтраки - отличные, не хватало каши. Много номеров для курящих, целые этажи. Помните, что в Стамбуле курят оооочень много, и в номерах, и в ресторанах и т.д. Нам с подругой нужен был номер с отдельными кроватями, но такого для некурящих не оказалось. Если отель полный, долго приходится ждать лифт.

- Piotr (8/5): Pobyt w hotelu oceniam pozytywnie — czyste pokoje, bardzo dobra lokalizacja i profesjonalna obsługa. - Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa recepcji na wysokim poziomie, bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Świetna lokalizacja — tuż przy hotelu są przystanki autobusowe, około 7–8 minut pieszo do metra Kocatepe i pętli autobusowej. W około 6–7 minut można dojść do dużego centrum handlowego. Naprzeciwko hotelu jest bardzo dobry i niedrogi kebab. Na minus dość monotonne śniadania oraz niemiła obsługa przy wejściu na basen.

- Elitsa (7/5): - Локацията ни беше много удобна за целта на посещението. Паркинга е удобен,просторен и е голям плюс.Спа центъра също.Персонала е вежлив,закуската хубава. За цената която платихме ,си заслужава. В стаята имаше прах по мебелите ,а прозорците са доста мръсни,което разваля гледката през тях. В 5 звезден хотел мисля,че може да има обувалка в гардероба,както и мини версия на клечки за уши,памучни тампони,шапка за баня и кутия салфетки.

- Tatiana (10/5): - Долго выбирали отель в Стамбуле. Очень важны были критерии расположения, комфорта и цены. Очень рады, что сделали правильный выбор! В отеле понравилось все: отношение персонала, чистота, великолепные и разнообразные завтраки, наполнение номера. Расположение отеля очень выигрышное. Он находится в центре города, рядом торговые центры, метро на котором за 15 минут можно добраться до исторического центра. Отель очень популярен, в невысокий сезон было достаточно много постояльцев. Соотношение цена-качество - оптимально. Если планируете посещать бассейн, возьмите с собой резиновые шапочки. Спа зона точно заслуживает внимания.

- BASALT2016 (8/5): - Поскольку мы выбирали отель с бОльшим количеством звёзд недалеко от автостанции, то претензий особых нет: очень приятно, чисто, очень хороший и насыщенный завтрак, бассейн, правда, не работал, но фитнес-зал с утра нас порадовал, и мы сделали разминку. Немного поношенный номер, как поношенная одежда. Видно, что нужна реновация, особенно в санузлах.

- Marvin (8/5): - Parken for free, netter Service, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Das Frühstück war okay. Man wurde morgens am 3. Tag wachgeklingelt, weil die Bezahlung beim Check-in vergessen wurde. Eine Nachricht hätte ausgereicht. Außerdem roch es in der 1. Nacht aus dem Abfluss, scheinbar war das Zimmer länger unbewohnt.

- 179khalede (10/5): A great stay at Istanbul. - It a great hotel. Starting with reception, room, view, breakfast, and location, all aspects are very good. I believe it’s a great option for those who do stopover through Turkish Airlines. It’s about 30 min from Taksim Square. We dropped a small bag without noticing, the hotel team reviewed the camera and told us about it, as we didn’t know. They also helped us with weighing all luggage.
