• Maria Gabriella (10/5): Soggiorno Fantastico - La posizione è molto comoda, è vicino al centro comodo per ristoranti e locali,ma al tempo stesso è tranquilla e silenziosa. Si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle di Rodi in meno di un' ora di strada (in settembre c' è movimento,ma non è un traffico insopportabile). Lo studios è piccolo,ma molto comodo e pulito. È dotato di bollitore, macchina per il caffè all' americana e un piano cottura ad induzione.La cucina ha tutto quello che può servire per la colazione ed eventualmente pasti non molto elaborati. Una bella terrazza con simpatici gatti conclude la descrizione della camera. Cambio di biancheria ogni 2 giorni. Ma il punto di forza della struttura sono Maria e Manolis,2 persone FORMIDABILI!! Sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità e per fornire consigli su cosa visitare e dove cenare!Di questi tempi è sempre più difficile trovare persone così disponibili,ma Maria e Manolis hanno la capacità di farti sentire a casa ed accolto con affetto!Maria ci ha preparato una torta meravigliosa,non le ho detto nulla,ma era il giorno del mio compleanno e la cosa mi ha fatto sentire fortunata!!Ci ricorderemo sempre di voi e di questi giorni meravigliosi che ci avete regalato ❤️ Grazie per tutto!🙏🏻 L' unica cosa negativa,sulla struttura,che posso dire è che si trova nel bel mezzo del corridoio di atterraggio degli aerei...MA DI NOTTE NON VOLANO!Con l' aria condizionata si può tenere la finestra chiusa e si dormono notti tranquille!

• Giorgia (10/5): 5 giorni letteralmente perfetti! - Monolocale piccolo ma dotato di tutto il necessario ideale per coppie che intendono godersi Rodi a 360 gradi. Lo staff molto carino e disponibile, ci ha fornito consigli su noleggio auto ed erano sempre reperibili per ogni info. Molto carini anche verso i saluti finali, dove non si sono smentiti! Accolte in camera con una bella bottiglia di vino rosso come omaggio e salutate con un bel ricordo di Rodi, che terremo sempre con noi.

Acces à la mer en bout de rue, proche des rues touristiques. Proche de l aeroport donc survol bruyant des avions. Disposition de 2 lits ( 1 double et 1 simple ) dans la piece principale ou se trouve la cuisine.

• Danijela (10/5): Sve pohvale i zahvale ❤️ - Najbolji dokaz je da smo se vratili 2 x. Prekrasni ljudi, sjajan apartman. Usluga iznad svih očekivanja. Toplo preporučamo. Apartman novo uređeni, svakodnevno se čisti i vodi briga od strane domačina. Draga prekrasna Maria nam je pripremila domaći kolač čime nas je samo dodatno osvojila! Dragi Manolis i njegova sjajna pizza- koju isto preporučamo. Topli ljudi koji se jako trude. App je lociran blizu svih restorana i kafica,plaže, i dućana..( na pješačkoj udaljenosti) i rent a cara. A opet dodatno uvučen da imas malo tišine i mira. Sve preporuke ! Vrijeme je prebzo preletjelo ! Preporucamo i apartman i Rodos. Hvala dragi naši Manolis & Maria Želimo se vratiti opet

Evin konumu bizim için çok idealdi isterseniz yakındaki plajlara isterseniz de adanın farklı yerlerinde bulunan popüler plajlara araba ile kısa süre ulaşabilirsiniz. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz.
• Sonja (10/5): All you need and a very welcoming atmosphere! - We have really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are fine, we had a big balkony and the room is cleaned every 2. day. Fresh towels en masse. Beach and restaurants are close. Maria and Manolis are the best hosts you can imagine. They are super friendly, always helpful and make you feel so welcome with little gestures like a free bottle of wine on arrival or some pieces of homemade cake by Maria. Super yummy!!! We definitely recommend it!

• Ninos (10/5): Mycket mycket nöjda! - Vi bokade boendet spontant två dagar innan vi kom fram. Det var så menat! Jättebra lägenhet, rymlig och bra. Nära till yliasos downtown, vi hyrde bil under vår vistelse och boendet har mycket rimlig parkering. Ägaren var så himla trevlig, svarade snabbt om det var något. Rekommenderade saker vi kunde göra, vi fick hembakad sockerkaka och vin! Super trevliga och snälla var både ägaren och hans fru. Vi kommer definitivt komma tillbaka.

• Marc (9/5): - Perfect location and clean. Very friendly host. The shower has a light curtain that sucks against your body. Can easily be improved by glass or plastic panels.
• Lucia (10/5): Perfect Location and Amazing Host! - We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, especially if you’re staying for just a few nights like us. It’s close to the airport, a short walk to the beach, and in a very quiet area. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, but the neighborhood isn’t overcrowded with tourists, which we really appreciated. The host was amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

• Ousama (9/5): - Reisedauer: 5 Tage Ort: Ialysos, Rhodos 🗺 Lage Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich hervorragend. In nur ca. 10–15 Minuten ist man vom Flughafen aus da – perfekt, wenn man entspannt ankommen möchte. Auch die Verbindung in andere Richtungen ist ideal: Nach Rhodos-Stadt, Lindos oder zurück zum Flughafen kommt man schnell und unkompliziert. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Ialysos, aber trotzdem ruhig – eine seltene und tolle Kombination. Nach nur wenigen Metern ist man an der Promenade mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Wir empfehlen besonders das Patty's cocktail Bar direkt am Strand – authentisch, chillig und auch bei Einheimischen beliebt. 🏠 Unterkunft Das Apartment war in einem sehr guten Zustand – super gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und mit einem gemütlichen Bett. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf einen kleinen, liebevoll gestalteten Garten mit Palmen. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: • Starker Wasserdruck beim Duschen – warmes Wasser, guter Strahl. • Sehr saubere Räume – alle zwei Tage kam der Zimmerservice mit frischen Handtüchern. • Klimaanlage – zuverlässig. • Gastfreundschaft: Die Besitzer:innen waren unglaublich herzlich – sie haben uns zur Begrüßung einen Wein geschenkt, sich verabschiedet, nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Wirklich besonders! 🍽 Essen Ialysos bietet viele Essensmöglichkeiten – von schicken Restaurants bis hin zu traditionellen Tavernen. Auch digital war alles einfach: Die Liefer-App „Wolt“ funktioniert auf Rhodos bestens. Empfehlung: Peter Time – leckeres Essen, faire Preise und schnelle Lieferung. 👥 Menschen & Kultur Alle Menschen vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Griechen sind ein stolzes, warmherziges Volk. Wer ihnen mit Respekt und Freundlichkeit begegnet, wird auch genauso behandelt. Unser Tipp: Ein paar griechische Begriffe lernen – z. B. Kaliméra (Guten Morgen), Kalispéra (Guten Abend), Kalínichta (Gute Nacht). Es wird geschätzt und öffnet Türen.
• Roksana (9/5): Pomimo drobnych wad, byłyśmy zadowolone :) - Przemili i pomocni właściciele, bardzo fajne miejsce jako baza wypadowa, blisko do sklepów, do dobrej tawerny i na plażę. W apartamencie jest wyposażony aneks kuchenny, klimatyzacja i balkon. Sprzątanie co dwa dni, czysto. Było gdzie zaparkować samochód. Z balkonu można obserwować lądujące samoloty :) Wino jako prezent powitalny jest bardzo miłym gestem ze strony gospodarzy, którzy starają się być cały cas w kontakcie i oferują swoją pomoc. Jest troszkę mało miejsca, co daje się odczuć zwłaszcza podczas szykowania posiłków - ale da się. Materac łóżka był bardzo miękki, niewskazany dla osób z problemami kręgosłupa. Po wzięciu prysznica łazienka standardowo jest cała zalana - brakowało ściągaczki do wody, żeby można to było samodzielnie sprzątnąć. Telewizor jest malutki, zresztą całe wyposażenie nie jest najnowsze, aczkolwiek wszystko działało jak trzeba.

Mogłam liczyć na jego pomoc, był łatwo dostępny via Booking/ Whats app. Bez problemu porozumiewa się po angielsku. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt. Okolica idealna- ulica na uboczu, 5 minut pieszo do centrum i przystanku, równie blisko do morza. Państwo sprzątający mili i dokładni ( Prawie nie mówią po angielsku ale bez problemu się dogadaliśmy 😊) Bardzo miła sąsiadka ( Również mówiąca po angielsku) i jej kotki. Brakowało mi jedynie wywieszki " nie przeszkadzać " w razie gdy nie potrzebujemy danego dnia sprzątania. Ale to drobiazg

The apartment is ideally located just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily visits. It was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also loved that there were numerous restaurants and shops nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. Maria, the owner of the apartments, is truly a remarkable woman. She made us feel exceptionally welcome and completely at home from the moment we arrived. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Maria, for everything. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next visit! There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about our stay. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations, from the pristine cleanliness of the apartment to its perfect location near the beach and local amenities. • Alexandru (9/5): Great place for a short stay, close to the airport and walking distance to the beach - The accommodation was great for what we needed, which was a 1-night stay, but we would have stayed longer if we didn't have other plans already. The host was wonderful, from the moment he came to give us the keys. Very welcoming, he explained everything we needed, plus a lot of tips on how to get to the beach, restaurants, shops... we really felt welcomed and cared for. The room was very clean and comfortable, with A/C (we didn't need to use it, as it cooled down natually) and a mini-fridge. The bathroom covered the basics well, with everything we needed for a short stay. For anything we needed, the host was always quick to reply on WhatsApp and more than happy to help make our stay as good as possible. At the end he even gave us a small souvenir gift, which was a very nice gesture. Would stay there again for sure, when travelling to Ialysos Nothing really. Anything we needed the host was happy to help.

Поломался чайник, написала, через 5 минут пришли поменяли. При выезде я попросила заказать нам такси. Отреагировали сразу. Хозяйка вышла к нам попрощатся. Вторая комната была совместной.

• Yafit (8/5): נהננו מאוד - מארח מקסים ונותן הרגשה טובה, תמיד היה בקשר ובא לבדוק אם אנחנו צריכים משהו. החדרים מאובזרים ונקיים. מיקום נחמד ליד בתי קפה ומסעדות וכמובן חוף ים בקרבת מקום. היו לנו שני חדרים בשתי קומות הפרש אז נדרשנו לעלות ולרדת די הרבה. המקום מרוחק מעט מהעיר רודוס למי שזה חשוב לו (רבע שעה נסיעה ברכב) לכן השהייה שם דורשת שימוש ברכב אם רוצים לטייל באי.

• Helen (10/5): Perfect and great value for money - I travelled to Rhodes on a last minute short break to meet my daughter. My flight arrived after midnight but I was met at the door to be shown personally to my room. The studio apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, a comfortable bed, good air con, and some lovely little personal touches to make me feel welcome. Everything I could need. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach but in a side street it was nice and peaceful. Maria and Manilos were perfect hosts and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Nothing! (The only thing I would have liked would be larger mugs for my morning mug of tea, but that’s just me!)

• David (8/5): This is a nice little single person rental. Staff were super responsive and kind. - Quieter than the Main Street. Plumbing and cooking need to be updated.

• Claudia (10/5): - Einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wir durften sogar früher einchecken und sogar das Taxi zum Flughafen wurde besorgt. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und ein Gastgeschenk zum Abschied. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Also, biggest thank you to the Owner - Manolis, he was so kind and helpful - we got the tastiest vine as a complimentary and some snacks from his kind wife. I was surprised by how well was kitchen equipped: I had everything I need to cook some times, we had even toaster and great fried pan! For the price we have paid, it was really worse of it! Everything was great!

• Aurore (9/5): Nice stay ! - We had a nice stay in the studio, it is quite nice, the balcony has a nice view and you can do basic cooking if needed. The beds are confortable (pillows not so much). It is in a touristic area (resorts nearby) so you'll find many restaurants and car rentals shops. The beach is 10ish minutes walk and you can also walk 10 minutes to go to the center of Ialyssos.
