• Joris (10/5): Exceptional - I was helped so much by all the people involved, at the reception desk, to keep my friend from finding out she would be sleeping there at the schonbrunn suite. And also after 2200 when i even had the keys to enter the suite, but i couldnt find it again ( due to nervousness ) a responsable came again to show me the way to an unforgettable stay. I really cant think how you can improve this. Maybe a minor detail. I had to look in every cupboard in the kitchen to find the sugar, to make the coffee. However this is just a mi

• Agnes (10/5): Amazing stay, friendly staff, good experience. - To stay in the former home of the emperor is really something exceptional. I loved how quiet it was at night. There is no room service, because the hotel is a bit more far, but you can find almost anything you need in the suite and they would bring over food/things from the hotel if you need it. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Furniture, including seating, was very comfortable. The view is spectacular. We stayed in the winter and it was warm there. There is AC too. I loved how the “minibar” was stacked. It was not mini, but a complimentary maxibar. There is a wine fridge too, with a huge selection, but that’s obviously not complimentary. Better than what I expected. The suit looks better in real life than in the photos. The two bedrooms are located far away from each other, so it’s suitable for two couples or a family with older kids who can sleep a corridor away from the parents. We asked for a baby cot and the high chair baby plates were waiting for us without asking for it in advance. I’ve thought that was very considerate. There are also two bathtubs, one for each bathroom. We liked everything. There is one story of stairs so not 100% accessible, but in our case it was not a problem. I guess with a historic building it is also not something what the hotel could even change.

• Petar (10/5): Great stay - The Schloss Suite is Spectacular. Full with history and all comfort needed. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen (really full equipped) and dining room. Everything is just perfect. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is in the Parkhotel and is very good. There is an elevator you can use all the time and just about 15 steps to the suite. The whole stay was nothing to compare with. Strongly recommend this suite.

• Zita (10/5): Muss man erlebt haben! - Es war ein ausgesprochen außergewöhnlicher, ganz wunderbarer, sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt in historischem Ambiente. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der überaus herzliche Empfang und das Rundumservice durch die diensthabende Dame im Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - As you might expect when staying in a palace, everything was perfect. The suite is gorgeous; the experience of staying in the Grand Suite is unforgettable. Ronnie Miller, the host for our stay, was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect, even suggesting a wonderful place for dinner. Wandering the palace grounds after dinner and seeing the Vienna skyline was amazing. Breakfast in the Parkhotel Schonbrunn, which is about a block away, offered many selections for breakfast, including made-to-order waffles and omelets, in a gorgeous setting. Many others complain about the stairs to the suite, but my family did not find them to be a problem. Also, host Ronnie Miller made sure that we had more than enough help to carry any luggage we wanted to take to the suite.

• LC (10/5): - Unique is an understatement. The only apartment/rooms to sleep in on the entire property -- the historic/amazing Schonbrunn Palace. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was A+ with excellent service/attention by the maitre de who made us feel like royalty. The only negative (I hate to give one) was the 88-step walk (no lift) -- and the distances involved (12-minute walk to both breakfast and the metro). No problem if you are in shape--we actually loved the walk through the grounds to breakfast.
• ditmar (10/5): - A truly dream come true. it exceeded my highest expectations. Anybody who wants to live one day in a palace should go there. This is one of the most famous palaces in the world and we spend the night there. Unbelievable, but true. Best experience ever.
• frank (10/5): Great Place - We stayed in the Palace in the suite apartment. It was nothing short of beautiful. All the staff were beyond nice and we never needed anything. They even put a Christmas tree in the apartment for us. If you can get the Palace apartment I would recommend it.

Zeer goed ontbijt in het nabij gelegen Austria Trend Parkhotel Schonbrunn in de VIP ruimte. Wij werden elke dag door een zeer vriendelijke medewerker naar het hotel gereden voor het ontbijt. Super genoten, mooie omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij komen zeker terug nog veel te bekijken.
• sasara (10/5): 特別感を体験できます。 - この度、王妃エリザベート所縁の地を巡る旅のクライマックスとしてシェーンブルン宮殿宿泊を選択しました。宿泊は1日1組、部屋はシェーンブルン宮殿本館？と言うのがあっているかどうかは分かりませんが、誰もが知っているハプスブルク家の離宮、その最上階の角部屋に宿泊できます。 当然、宮殿内にエレベーターはありませんので、重いスーツケースを持って上るのはかなりの重労働になります。私たちは、スーツケースは車中に保管し（レンタカーはシェーンブルン宮殿敷地内の駐車場に停められます）、1泊分の荷物を作って行きましたので、案内人とポーターからは大変喜ばれました。 宿泊部屋の扉はいたって普通ですが、室内は期待を裏切らない広さと、豪華でスタイリッシュなインテリア、1部屋ずつ案内されながらテンションが上がること間違いなしです。 豪華さ、品の良さは残しつつ、内装は全てリノベーションされておりますので、バスルームやキッチンも機能的で使いやすいところも気に入りました。 ベッドルームは2部屋ありますが、それぞれに広々としたバスルーム、トイレが付いています。 シャワーに関しては、おそらくお湯をタンクに貯めるタイプなのか、1人目の使用途中で水になってしまうので注意してください。数時間するとまた使用できます。 窓からは庭園とグロリエッテを望め、しっかりとしたシステムキッチンと、グラスや食器も十分にありましたので夕食は持ち込むのも良いと思います。ちなみに、シェーンブルン宮殿周辺はあまりレストランはありませんし、宮殿自体が広大なのでどこへ行くにもそこそこ歩きます。 貴重なシェーンブルン宮殿滞在は、優雅で特別感を味わうことができます。 チェックイン、朝食、チェックアウトは近くのパレスホテルで行いますが、指定の時間通りに送り迎えしてくれますので全く不便ではありません。対応も丁寧で、親切。 とても素敵な滞在になりました。 今回はワインセラーのワインをいただけなかったので、今度泊まる機会がありましたら部屋で優雅にワインをいただきたいと思います。
