• Huiyan (6/5): Average hotel at great location. - We loved the hotel location, which is literally overseeing Sa Pa lake. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was not great. Items ran out are not refilled. There are very limited varieties to choose from. There's construction across the street where smoke and dust fly into the buffet area.

• Miran (5/5): - 위치는 사파호수 인근이며, 썬플라자, 대성당 등 사파광장과도 매우 가깝습니다. 가격대비 방의 크기 등은 좋았습니다. 조식도 간단한 아침으로 먹기 적당했습니다. 쌀국수와 계란후라이, 식빵과 오이, 토마토 등 간단한 야채가 있습니다. 중국 관광객이 많은 듯 중국식 음식 비중이 높아보였습니다. 다만, 외관은 부킹닷컴에 올라와 있는 사진과는 많이 낡아있었고 실내도 깨끗하지만 낡은 시설은 어쩔 수 없었나봅니다. 화장실 샤워부스의 청결도가 좋지 않았고, 날씨가 추운데도 불구하고 히터는 작동하지 않았습니다. 룸 히터를 확인해달라고 하였으나 직원은 알겠다고는 하고 룸을 확인하지 않았습니다. 호텔정문에는 로컬식당이 있습니다. 이 식당은 가라오게처럼 음악을 연주합니다. 밤 12시 남짓까지 음악소리와 행인들 지나가는 소음이 끊이지 않습니다. 하루 정도 짧은 기간은 숙박하기 괜찮을 것 같습니다.

• Andrew Sheehan (8/5): Good enough for the need. Nice location. The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. - Location - the hotel was close to the center of town. (I don't know if it actually was the center of town, but it was fine). The bathroom shower has a water problem, as in the position of the shower head made the water collect on the side of the tub and then spilled over into the floor. Big puddles! Secondly, if you are not very nimble, you won't like the tub and the manner you need to 'climb' into the shower. Elderly folks will not be happy.. Also, the puddles on the floor will cause someone to slip eventually. (You have to be careful getting in/out of the tub).

It's not a criticism,Would be nice to have vegetarian options for breakfast. It's quite possible that since we were in the low season and hence there wasn't enough attention to food.

• Haley (10/5): - Chỗ nghỉ rộng rãi , tuy là lễ tân không có người giúp xách đồ à đường vào sảnh hơi khó khăn nhưng giá tốt, vị trí đẹp . Nếu đi du lịch ít đồ hoặc ko có trẻ con thì rất ổn nha. Nằm ngay trung tâm thành phố tiện đi lại .

• Milan (2/5): Oh boy, let's start with the morning shift at the front desk, who rented our scooter to someone else and we thought - Bathtub Staff, who rented our scooter to someone else and we thought that someone stole it, when we explained the situation, they laughed about it. Noise from the construction and loud and annoying techno music from the bar across the street which started early in the morning and ended late at night.

• O B (8/5): - Location is great, and near the Sapa Square or Town. There are also a lot of nearby places to eat, salons, massage, cafe, souvenir shops just around the area. Breakfast is great for me as I just needed rice and some meat. But I guess it would be good to have a bit more variation especially if you're spending more than 3 nights. Bathroom was spacious but the shower door doesn't fully close, so the floor gets flooded after I use it. They do provide a lot of towels to wipe the floor though, but it would be better if they can fix the shower door itself. Since it's near the town, it can get a little noisy at night. I think some were doing karaoke? But they weren't up late. I think at 10pm or so, it was already pretty quiet.

We asked the hotel to move the booking 3 days but they refused saying the had no room available despite booking.com showing one. Cancelation was refused so we had to pay for two rooms. Not happy.

• Marcel (5/5): Casi un desastre… - La ubicación Me cambiaron de habitación, diciendo que me querían cambiar, porque mi habitación era muy ruidosa. Yo no les había dicho nada. Y es verdad que la habitación por la mañana se escuchaba todo y era ruidosa, pero el cambio no era por eso. Fue porque seguramente otro grupo más grande había pagado ya esa habitación y habían vendido más habitaciones de las que tenían. Me cambiaron a un hotel de peor calidad, sin balcón y de compensación me ofrecieron un masaje… Aparte de que es demasiado caro para lo que es el hotel. Bajé a desayunar unos 40 minutos antes de la hora en que finalizaba el desayuno, y ya no quedaba nada! Me vieron y tampoco me ofrecieron traerme nada. Muy pocas ganas de trabajar. No me convenció para nada, y no lo recomiendo.

• TAKENORI (9/5): 市内中心部でサパ湖は目の前、散策には便利です。 - 今回は初めてのサパ訪問で5日間滞在しました。2 日間は雨模様で4日目に晴れてファンシーパン山に登る事が出来ました。 フロントをはじめスタッフの皆さん親切で良かったです。バスタブは熱いお湯がしっかり出てユツクリくつろげました、ありがとうございました。 当ホテルの前にあるレストラン(?)がありますが、2日目の夜22時過ぎまでカラオケの大きな音の洗礼を受けました。　幸い1日だけでしたがチョット閉口しました。

Comfortable bed and ok breakfast (average) The hotel had its prime time a long time ago. The bathroom needed repairs and the property, in general, didn’t look like the pictures in the ad. Surprisingly for Vietnam, the staff was impersonal and unhelpful, constantly on their phones.

• Maricris (10/5): This 2nd night is actually an extension. We decided to stay i stead of transferring yo other hotels as we liked the staf - Location as it is convenient / close to everything. Staff’s attitude is great. Breakfast selection was good also. Great value for money. None so far
• Maricris (10/5): We were supposed to stay for a night only but due to weather, we decided to extend. We could have transferred to another - The location is very convenient and very close to everything as in literally everything. The staffs are very accommodating and very helpful. The property itself isn’t that new BUT all facilities work well. They were even kind enough to change our room to the one that is next to our kid’s room and the one that is big enough as well. Breakfast served was good too. None so far

• Breanne (8/5): Best bed! - Most comfortable bed so far on our Vietnam trip! Construction noises happening across the road all day. This is not too much of a problem if you are out exploring all day but if you are wanting to relax in the hotel it will be noisy!

Hotel was right in the centre of town and in the middle of all restaurants and bars, which was good and central for everything, however late at night it was noisy as people were signing in bars and had loud music. except the noise at the evening, everything was good.

• Abdulrahman (4/5): - They are stingy with everything, juices are mostly water, there are no hot drinks other than tea or black coffee only, the dishes are not replaced when they are finished, limited of type of food, few tissues in the room and bathroom, torn towels, the sheets and towels are not changed just arrange it again while it is still wet, the bathroom will fill with water when you have shower, place not quite, poor service.. shame to see 4 stars like that
