- Nuraini (4/5): Very disspointing. - 1) Im check in late due to something come up, i did request to hotel extra bed and im agreed to pay extra once im in pls prepare earlier im tired, but when im check in no extra bed and its accessories not yet setup. 2) Then im decide to go for dinner at the restaurant at 730 pm, front desk restaurant offered us with 1juta for 3 pax, then we on..but when we come in like the dinner is about to over, im requesting coconut drink..finish no refill, then im saw lobster is still cooking , some guest que then i go for other food. then waiting for lobster, finish not refill then im request they said finish no more lobster, even the uncooked lobster is there. I also see there so many tray is empty not refill. i like what?? im just in for dinner which i already paid 1juta for what? And final worst at 8.30pm your hotel staff remind us that the dinner close at 9.00pm??? If u plan to stop serve dinner earlier why u offer us at first! we can go somewhere else for better option for dinner! 3) we repeat stay here because we love fishing activities, unfortunately there is no bait and batang kail like usual.

- Shanty (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is good, the room is comfortable, the staff are very friendly. The indoor and outdoor activities provided are fun for family. Turned out even though we've entered 2 adults and 2 kids as the number of guest in booking.com and in our confirmation it was mentioned breakfast was included in the final price, it was not like that. We were asked to pay for 2 kids' breakfast. When we went to the receptionist to clarify that in our confirmation (it was mentioned number of guests 2 kids 2 adults) it was said "breakfast is included in the final price", they told us that the booking from travel agent will only mentioned 2 adults. And this is not the first time it happened, apparently. Luckily, the duty manager was very considerate and helpful. Even though it is not the hotel's fault and we said that we are okay and going to obey the policy, Pak Sonny (the duty manager) waived the extra charge for the kids. I hope booking.com can be more clear about the pricing, in what it included and what it didn't.

The overall quality of the hotel from the cleanliness and ambiance to the outstanding food was truly excellent. What made my stay even more memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. - Febes (7/5): A family staycation - This hotel is friendly for children with many activities (swimming pool, game room, swan pond, fishing, small boat). I went with my 10-year old nephew and he loved the place. Staff are friendly, very polite. Facilities are a bit old but clean. The room is spacious,. comfortable bed and extra bed. The reception and concierge staff were quite overwhelmed during peak hour check in time, so there was a long queue and the waiting time was also long. Only a few chairs available in the lobby so we had to stand and wait. I suggest adding some sofa or comfortable chairs in the lobby near the receptionist area.

- Danila (3/5): Outrageously overpriced and cheap-looking, but with good food. Won’t stay again. - The restaurant on the 3rd floor is good Price-to-Quality Ratio: 1. Instead of the booked room with a king-size double bed, I got two joined beds. 2. They offered to change the room but never contacted me afterward. 3. The room looks cheap and worn-out; they offered the lowest-tier room. 4. The fridge was moldy — this was a complete shock 😃. 5. Laundry prices are insane, more than $25 for 1.5 kilograms. 6. I forgot a personal item at the reception, called and asked them to look for it — they promised to check. In the end, when I returned to the hotel, I found the bag myself with the security guard at the exit. Reception in the lobby wasn’t even aware of what happened, and they contacted me about this at 9 PM. Thanks for the experience, but I won’t stay here again 🙏.

- teguh2015 (8/5): Great Hotel with good view and facilities - I stayed for two nights in a suite room with my family. The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the room was clean with some nice welcome snacks. The reception provided a great room with a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Pros: -Friendly and attentive staff -Smooth and easy check-in process -Good facilities and nice view -The environment is very kid-friendly. You can take your children on a boat ride around the lake, where they can enjoy feeding the ducks and geese. Cons: -Parking can be a bit challenging. The parking structure is located within a multi-story building, and the access is narrow, which can be difficult if you're driving an MPV. It requires extra caution when navigating. -One time, I was frustrated when I returned to park and found no signs indicating the parking building was full. There was no staff at the entrance to direct me, so I had to drive all the way to the top floor, only to come back down because there were no available spots. It would be helpful to put up a sign indicating when the parking is full to avoid wasting time for guests. -The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ranging from Western to Asian dishes. However, in my opinion, the flavors didn't quite stand out. I believe there is room for improvement in taste. That said, when I ordered room service for dinner, the food was excellent, so I know the kitchen can deliver great flavors.

The room and bothroom facilities need a good upgrade as a little dated. No real luxury about it. Would be happy to return but only on business for few day, not a family vacation.
- amimal2024 (10/5): Office outing - The food was amazing. We went on buffets for our lunch and dinner. There's even bbq for the dinner. There's mini zoo, archery spot, arcade and many other attraction which makes our stay better and fun! The staffs are very helpful and friendly, we were assisted by Gizel. For a business stay/office outing, i would recommed Aston Sentul as one of the choices.

- Dhani (9/5): Superb - I love the comfy and spacious room with perfect view. I also enjoy the various menu for breakfast especially on the weekend when they had kids menu. My kids enjoy the facilities, the mini zoom, indoor playground, and of course the pool. Thank you to miss Gisell who welcome us warmly in our suite room. Unfortunately they had a renovation on 3rd floor so it's kinda disturb the way to the swimming pool. The changing room was also dark and I think they hadn't clean up yet after weekend (I went swimming on monday morning). And the bathroom was somehow had a trouble because it was smell terrible sometimes, but the function was great.

- Hatta (1/5): Terrible if you need invoice during checkout - Ok except stubborn to issue out invoice during checkout Hotel absolutely refused to provide invoice during the checkout. Booking.com made it clear that it can only issue out payment receipt, not the invoice, but the hotel still refused to issue out the invoice.

- Ayu (8/5): Good but need to improve for the facilities - Aston hospitality is good. Breakfast menu is good We stayed at aston to celebrate my nephew's birthday. During the check in i have informed the staff whether there is complimentary for birthday, They said they will prepare it. Until the D-day, we need to call more than 3 times for the complimentary whether we will receive it or not. Finally they served it when I was angry during the call. We stayed at suite, there are 2 bathroom, one bathroom, the drainase was leaking and the telephone in the room several time not working.

- Vira (9/5): Excellent Breakfast, beautiful mountain & lake view, welcoming staff - we love its convenient location, excellent breakfast, and super friendly staff. the whole building looks old, and a little bit run down. in the first 3-4hours we went to our bedroom, we can hear drilling sound very clear from our room. we were told by the house keeper its the upgrade they do for safety reason. perhaps if the noise can be put into minimum, it will be better. maybe the worker can be equipped with noice cancelling instrument (foam?) whenever / wherever they do work.

- Ibraheem (8/5): Very good - Sitting in the villa lounge is inappropriate and constantly moving, and there are no foam backrests for the back (only artificial bamboo), with no carpet. TV is small. There is no heating in the main pool (cold weather). The water in the Jacuzzi is too hot.

Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel
