- Fotso (1/5): - I went there with my family; we had booked three rooms with breakfast included, but upon arrival, there was no breakfast. When I tried to complain, the receptionist was quite understanding. Two minutes later, another young man who spoke good English came out and started insulting us, calling us names and telling us we didn't deserve to be at the hotel because we were Black. He was very serious; he told us to go to hell. I was traumatized. I cried a lot after that. I didn't have any money left to go to another hotel. I was very scared during my stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The room had a heavy smell of cleaning fluid for the first day. Breakfast is no longer available and they only sent a notification after I had booked the place. They should have provided more correct info in their listing.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Does not honor reservations. - Avoid this place at all costs worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay through Hotels.com, and when I arrived, the hotel claimed there was a glitch in their system and refused to honor my reservation. Instead, they made me pay an extra fee just to check in — despite the fact that I had already paid in full for two nights. I stayed one night, and the next morning the hotel owner tried to forcefully kick me out, claiming I hadn’t paid for a second night — which I had. I explained the situation and showed proof, but they still refused to let me stay or give me any kind of refund. I was left with no choice but to leave early and deal with the mess myself. I’ve filed a complaint with Hotels.com and my credit card company, and I’m still waiting to hear back. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Do not book here.

- Karen (5/5): Passable - I liked that it was a halfway point between my home and boyfriend. I did not like that the heater didn't work, and it was cold last night. The night staff gave us extra blankets and no microwave in the room, but he gave us a rusty one I told the manager, and he said they he should have moved us to another room and given us a new microwave . The manager gave me a great discount card for the next visit, and the manager apologized There things in the room needed to be fixed and thr the couch was dirty and should be replaced.

Sunny , older gentleman was very helpful and so was the young man! No breakfast and tv didn’t work but one of the workers helped . Other was not very helpful at all . I look forward to coming again. - No breakfast was provided and there were not facilities in the rooms for guests to prepare their own breakfast. For a guest like me who is on holidays, it is not good to stay in a hotel where I cannot get at least, a breakfast. I did not like the rejection of my payment via my Mastercard simply because I hold a Nigerian Passport. Granted that a few of my country men have been of bad behavior, but that does not mean that every one else is a criminal. The criminal element are very few compared with the very good and honest ones of who I am. I had to insist that my card should be used to take the payment for services rendered while I sought for the earlier cash that I was forced to pay initially. I left my contact details with the Hotel Manager in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with the payment.

- Christa (1/5): If u need a great hotel do NOT go here - It's a spacious room They lied on the website about the check in time they said u can check out at 1 but then when we went they said we had to wait till 3 or pay 35 dollars and then when we came back they had gave us the wrong room package therefore changing the price and when we mentioned this they said it's not possible to change the price suprise surprise they where wrong and made a mistake and we didn't even get our refund on the extra we payed. The room we got was do dusty as well I have very mild allergies but they went crazy when I tried to sleep in there also the breakfast the advertised is not there they do not serve breakfast so u are basically paying for all these amenities u are not getting

- Danny (2/5): I was told Hotels.com is a scam. - When I get to the hotel and check in, I show her my confirmation email the receptionist told me that Hotels.com is a scam and she has no reservations for me and no room available. She told me that I have to book at least one or two months in advance in order to get a room. Hotels.com please respond to this.

As soon as we got checked my wife checked the beds as she always does there was hair stain sheets holes in the bedding the floor was dirty and covered with dust. I went downstairs and asked for fresh sheets and the gave me "clean" sheets turns out the cleaned sheets had a stain on them the next morning my wife took a shower and she wanted to use the hair dryer and the hair dryer does not work i would not recommend this hotel to anyone
