• jessica (9/5): - Very clean, front desk personnel friendly, price reasonable for the area, close to restaurants, etc. Better selection of tv programming, ICE ICE ICE, would have loved not to had to run out for ice for the drinks etc. Ice machines are really an investment for a hotel. More towels, other than that it was great.

• Autumn (1/5): I would never tell anyone to go to this hotel of horror! - It has a kitchen and rooms are big! Everything! The people walking around on drugs, the horrible smell like someone died, the cops harassed you as soon as you pulled into or out of parking lot ( very scary ) telling us he collects drugs all night, people don’t clean up after their dogs, bed was too hard, fridge was nasty, etc.

• Beers (5/5): Wouldn't stay unless I had to for one night - The staff was very nice. The bed was not comfortable and me and my soon to be hubby only had one thin pillow each. No coffee pot was a bummer. We both used our own shampoo and conditioner because it was not enough of what was provided by the hotel. I will say I thought the nice thing was that this place had hot water. The tub was hard to sit in though and relax for a bath because it was peeling on the inside. Whenever I go to any hotel I look at everything. There was nothing posted on quiet times. Even on the website. We were on the 3rd floor. This place has four floors. The person above us the first night was making a lot of noise. The second night was worse. The room to the right of us was very loud as well. They were cooking something and burnt whatever it was so the smell was horrible in our room. We had to go outside for air. They had the door open to the room they were in letting it air out. The noise is my biggest complaint. Noise all throughout the night. When I went to check out the gentleman at the desk was very sweet. And he actually was very interested in how our stay was. I told him about the noise and told him I didn't see anything about a quiet time so we didn't make a complaint but he said at any time I could have come to one of the staff and they would have taken care of it. I guess the next time if ever I will have to request the last floor and the last room on the floor. People honestly ruin it for others. Not sure why there was a place to put your cigarette butts because there were cigarette butts all over the ground outside. And that's not cool. They had a place to throw the cigarettes and a trash can in the same spot. If it was not for the nice staff I think my review of this place would have been worse.

• Dameon (1/5): - Nothing to like Nothing to like......, actively doing renovation, not too clean, staff(1 person on duty) was busy doing the renovations that they weren't behind the desk to welcome incoming guests , beds were more like cots with the flatest pillows I've ever slept on
• John (5/5): Nice place but I won't return - I've stayed here before quite a bit and never really had an issue. The location is good for where I need to go. Rooms are nice. This was horrible timing. They're remodeling the hotel. The front desk packed us all on the first and second floor where all the noise was. The rudest people kept slamming their doors from 6pm when I checked in until 11 pm when I had enough. Thankfully I was relocated to the fourth floor where it was quiet. That said, they must've changed the beds and it was one of the firmest most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. I probably won't stay there again.
• Josh (1/5): I'll never go there again! 0 stars - Location The staff is not present there is nothing but absentee management. there's no ability to get a hold of any manager. Also the facility is under construction with notices saying that it would end at 5:00 construction stretched into the late evening and ended at my request at 9:15 at which I was told that if I didn't like it I could leave, I find the accommodation and the lack of care and consideration to be despicable when running a hotel.

• Marianne (7/5): - A convenient location to stay safe and warm for one night at an excellent rate. The room wasn't large but it was clean, and I was surprised to see a refrigerator microwave sink and stove! We were greeted kindly at the front desk, and I liked that you needed your key to get in and out of the building. It was a little cramped, and the bed wasn't exactly plush, the toilet seat seemed small, but like I said for the price it was fine for one night.

No actual cooking supplies in the room unless you paid to get them from front desk? And nothing else offered other than coffee or tea in lobby.

• Kayleigh (7/5): It's a decent hotel for the value. - The employees were kind and there weren't people running around the building all night long. The elevator was terrifying, it felt like it was going to plummet at any moment, I rode it once and then decided the stairs seemed safer.

Didn't have a new roll of paper only had one already started, You have to pay to use pans, dishes went to the store to buy instead of rent. Bed weren't comfy, Elevator had a sound that it could get stuck. We thought the TV was a smart TV it's just cable. Very few towels and it was 3 of us.

• Magally (1/5): Horrible and scary experience. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! - There was NOTHING to like. It was the worst experience I have had in a hotel stay. The appearance was horrible. Staff were behind a bullet proof counter and the environment felt unsafe. Loud music from the neighboring unit continued until 3:30 am. A strong smell of marijuana smoked filled the hallways and came through bathroom vent. Linens and towels were dirty and stained. The atmosphere with young people and apparent checking in as a shelter or halfway program.
