• Paul (8/5): Knus verblijf in het hart van de stad. - Schitterende ligging. Knusse zitkamer. Slaapkamer beetje krap maar die is er natuurlijk enkel om te slapen. Je hoort de bovenburen zeer goed door de plankenvloer.

• Robert (8/5): Mooie uitvalsbasis - Prima locatie. Alles dichtbij, de parkeergarage, 2 minuten lopen van de markt en tegenover een gezellig cafe. Het bed was wat krap.

• Eda (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war auf 2 Etagen und groß genug. Die Küche hatte alles was man zum kochen braucht. Es war zwar zu erwarten, dass der Lärm auf einer so zentral gelegenen Straße laut ist, aber ich habe unterschätzt, wie durchlässig der Schall in einem Fachwerkhaus sein kann. Das hat dazu geführt, dass der Schlaf nicht besonders erholsam war. Und es gab nur ein Schlafzimmer mit abschließbaren Tür.

On ressent un vrai esprit de service On entend tout : la rue, les voisins, le bar en face. Promiscuité des lieux de couchages. Pas de garde corps pour le lit en mezzanine.

• Michiel (7/5): Nice apartment to stay with 5 adults and explore Middelburg. - Perfect location to explore the historic city of Middelburg and make a short trip to the beaches of Walcheren. Host was easy to reach. Enough towels for our stay. Parking garage nearby. Kitchen was a bit smelly and needs a few upgrades (plates, cutlery, coffee machine). Toilet is placed in the bathroom.

• Conny (9/5): - Leuke locatie. Net appartement. Gehorig qua onderburen. En rumoer van de straat. Daar moet je wel tegen kunnen. Wij vonden dat geen probleem. Veel trappen. Zeker het tweede tweepersoonsbed is moeilijker toegankelijk
• Suzanna (8/5): - Mooi ruim appartement. 2 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. Het appartement is prima. Voor degene die allergisch zijn aangelegd: vloerbedekking op slaapkamers.
• berry (9/5): Great central well equipped apartment - Very well equipped apartment all the small touches like hair drier, bin bags, cleaning products, washing machine made a big difference. Owner was always on hand to help if needed. Location was very central and convenient but also very quiet. Comfy beds, extra sheets and towels if needed. Spacious. Some entertainment items such as games dvds and magazines. Ample fridge and freezer space and close to parking/supermarket/central attractions. It was a little tricky for us to navigate the various levels of this accomodation as a young family but nothing that spoilt our stay. It added to the character of the property.

Le logement correspond aux photos (les wc se trouvent dans le logement contrairement à ce que j'avais lu dans certains commentaires). Parfait pour notre famille de 4 personnes ( dont 2 ados: ne convient pas aux petits enfants car beaucoup d'escaliers).

• van Buul (7/5): - De locatie De keuken inrichting, er was erg weinig glaswerk,(staat een wijntje klaar maar er is maar 1 wijnglas). Geen soep kommen de messen niet scherp.
• Alette (8/5): . - De bouwstijl en inrichting van het huis. De stad, Middelburg :-). En het bed, we hebben erg goed geslapen, beter dan thuis! Wasmachine en droger waren ook fijn! En natuurlijk de wijntjes en theetjes en koffie, en mooie planten en vazen in de kamer! Dat je binnen opgesloten zit, ondanks dat het beneden aan de straat is: Alleen een bovenraam in de slaapkamer kan open. Bovendien waren de ramen niet zo transparant. Dat geeft (me) een afgesloten en benauwd gevoel. (Gelukkig was het niet zo warm toen we er waren.)

We really appreciated being able to use the washing machine as we were travelling by bike in hot weather. Bedroom very small and having the toilet just outside the appartment was a slight inconvenience. Disappointed the bar opposite wasn't open for breakfast as stated in the info.

Appreciated the welcome wine! The people staying in the upper apartment were noisy very late at night. The toilet being outside the apartment.

• Rina (8/5): Cosy apartment - Perfect location for me. Nice cosy apartment, incl a Christmas tree, which was a lovely touch for this time of year. Within easy walking distance of anything you might want or need during your stay in beautiful Middelburg. The toilet is just outside the front door of the apartment, in the entrance hall of the building. The space next to the bed on either side is incredibly narrow, but neither of these two negatives would probably stop me from coming back in the future as everything else is perfect.
• László (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect, we had everything in walking distance. The apartment was cold, and it only became slightly warmer after we called the owner. We did not feel comfortable in this low temperature.

• Liza (10/5): - Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad. Bij Rens konden we onze bagage van tevoren kwijt. Prima bedden, genoeg handdoeken in de schone badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken met voor iedereen een cupje voor de koffie en wat theezakjes. Verder vaatwasblokjes en keukendoeken en vaatdoekjes. Ook wasmachine en droger. Bij de trap wel wat ongelijke treden, opletten!!!!

• Ronald (10/5): - Geweldig leuk appartement midden in Middelburg. Op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants etc. Parkeergarage ook om de hoek en communicatie over sleutel etc. verliep perfect. Tip: schuin tegenover zit café Le Penseur die als je het vraagt een prima prijs/kwaliteit ontbijt voor je kan regelen en dit de avond ervoor in de hal kan wegzetten met een eigen voordeursleutel.

• Femke (9/5): Perfect location, great host, comfy stay - Great host, very responsive, easy check-in and perfect location: walking distance to train station as well as town centre. The apartment had everything we needed, comfy beds, big bathroom, powerful shower and soft towels. Nice bright kitchen area with coffee and red & white wine upon arrival as a welcome, nice touch! The interior feels a little bit dated, but overall in good condition and has all you need for a short stay and a good nights sleep. There are a couple of sets of stairs in the apartment to be aware of and the single bed is located on the landing - so less privacy for the person sleeping there.

Wel erg gehorig zowel vd straat als van het appartement boven. Wij zijn t gewend maar kan hinderlijk zijn. Bed erg smal en heel erg zachte matrassen. Mooie locatie pal in het centrum!

• Kees (8/5): Leuk authentiek huis met verrasend appartement - Prima leuk appartement in het centrum van Middelburg, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die snel reageert op bellen en alles goed voor elkaar heeft. We konden heel makkelijk snel zonder te moeten wachten inchekken zodat we veel tijd over hadden. Het appartement ligt ook op een steenworp van een nabijgelegen parkeergarage waar je het beste je auto voor langere tijd kan stallen. Omdat het centraal gelegen is kun je heel dicht in de buurt prima uit eten gaan en ontbijten is ook geen probleem in de directe nabijheid.

• Stephen (8/5): Nice stay in Middelburg. - Warm welcome from Rens on our second stay at De Soeten Inval. Place just as clean and as comfortable as before. Great location too within easy walk of town centre shops, bars and restaurants. Not far from the coast too (easy train ride to Vlissingen or short drive).

• Anton (2/5): Slechte ervaring - Slechte ervaring. Vind dat je niet een kamer aan kun bieden waarvan het bed doorzakt en er geen ruimte aan beide zijden van het bed in de slaapkamer is. Bovendien staat het bed pal aan de straat en hoor je het nachtelijk verkeer alsof het in de kamer rijdt.
