The hotel staff are great and very helpful. The breakfast is really good. The bedroom is nice and confortable. -

La chambre était très confortable, et un personnel aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire ! Le restaurant également où les petits déjeuners sont pris était formidable !

The location is perfect - right next to the cable car, panoramic view and the church, restaurants, close to the bus station and taxi point. We liked the authentic feel and the decor too. • fleivarqui (10/5): suprema experiencia en atencion al cliente - Ubicacion muy buena (todo cerca), higiene y limpieza, excelente. El desayuno abundante y de calidad. Definitivamente lo que mas nos gusto fue la atencion. Uno de los recepcionistas hablaba muy bien Castellano. Nos resolvieron todas las inquietudes sin movernos del hotel (alquiler de auto, cambio de moneda, movilidad hasta el aeropuerto, etc), hasta nos regalaron un presente. Las instalaciones no son de lujo pero definitivamente la calidez de la atencion fue de las mejores de mi vida y supera con creces la atencion de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas. Nos hicieron sentir no solo como en casa, si no como en familia. Estamos muy agradecidos, por supuesto volveremos. Absolutamente nada por criticar. Cualquier necesidad que tuvimos, la resolvieron al instante.

• Lona (8/5): Comfortable overnight stay - Centrally located, good for walking around Fira. We went to the Greek wedding show, and chose this hotel for our last night as it was 1 minute walk to the show. Our room with balcony was comfortable and quiet, good size for centre of Fira. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant The Greeks. Great view of sunrise from our balcony, for sunset just walk few min round the corner. It is a good 8 min walk uphill from the bus station on cobblestones to the hotel, a taxi also cannot come right up to the hotel. Easier walking downhill to the bus station. No lift, thankfully our room was on the first floor up one flight of stairs. The hotel helps with the luggage. The hotel is right next to the cable car entrance, so it is always busy on the streets.

The owner and the entire staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were always helpful in every possible way — from local recommendations to small personal touches that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the owner for the lovely gift from his gift shop — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. The warm hospitality, cozy atmosphere, and genuine kindness made this one of our best stays in Greece. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!

• Sandra (8/5): Loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable and centrally located. The captain loved a chat at the desk - This was a great central location without too many steps. Nice clean good-sized room and comfortable bed. A jug for making a cup of tea would have been a good addition.

• Casey (8/5): Clean, Modern and Affordable in the heart of Fira! - Central location in the heart of Fira and very affordable! Rooms inside were modern and newly renovated. This was the perfect option for us as we were looking for somewhere central to stay for one night the day before flying home. The free breakfast was AMAZING, I still think about the bread they served. A bit small, but understandable since it’s in the heart of Fira

• Camila (8/5): Excelente custo benefício. Melhor localização em fira. - Extremamente bem localizado, no centrinho de Fira em uma das ruas mais movimentadas. Possível fazer tudo a pé. Próximo à estação de ônibus e na esquina já com uma vista lindíssima do vulcão. Quarto pequeno porém aconchegante e limpo. Funcionários super solícitos, hotel familiar. Os donos são maravilhosos, nos deram uma lembrancinha de recordação de Santorini. Também possuem uma loja de souvenir maravilhosa. Não possui elevador. Carros não chegam no hotel mas podem parar até cerca de 150m próximo, com uma subida inclinada para ser feita a pé. Mas subi com uma mala de 23kg sem problemas. O hotel não tem vista para o mar.

• Mark (10/5): Hotel in the middle of everything. - The hotel was very central to the town. It had a restaurant for breakfast and food/ drink, which was just what we needed. Rooms were great. Very bright and modern. Walking distance to everything. The hotel is not accessible by car. Is only 50 metres from the taxi drop of point, but it is uphill and VERY busy!! So I just needed to let you know that.

The location is perfectly situated right in the heart of Fira and our room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do and it’s just a short walk to the bus stop. The complimentary breakfast was sooo yummy and well worth it - again, the restaurant staff were amazing! I highly recommend this place for anyone coming through Santorini 😁

Quando vínhamos a chegar, foram à janela indicar-nos que era ali o hotel. Sempre muito prestáveis. O quarto espaçoso, limpo e arrumado. Tudo muito bom. A comida também esteve sempre muito bem. Saborosa. Adoramos e recomendamos Nada, mesmo nada a apontar.

La habitación que decía familiar, con dos camas dobles y 1 sofá cama no era así, solo 1 cama doble y el sofá cama. Nos agregaron 1 catre.para qué duerma mi otro hijo y nos arreglamos. No se si habrá sido un error de booking, pero no era lo que reserve. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The staff was really helpful and friendly - answered all of our questions, helped to book excursions and taxi, always warmed us with a smile. Location is great too - just a minute from a spectacular viewpoint, stunning churches. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean, with air conditioning, comfortable beds. Such a perfect hotel.
