• Paula (10/5): Absolutely Perfect! - We stayed at Antigua Casona San Blas for 3 nights before our Salkantay Trek. This hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were all amazing without exception. Nothing was too hard, they went above and beyond beyond for us including storing our luggage until our return from our trek. The meals were amazing, we had breakfast included which I would definitely recommend and we ate in every night as the food was exceptional. They have their own beautiful generous blends of tea including coco tea, to help with the altitude adjustment. We received the best breakfast hamper, for our early pick up for the trek, that I have ever been given by a hotel before. The effort they have gone to with renovations were perfect and the eye for detail very much noted and appreciated. As you can hear we were extremely impressed and are definitely returning. Thank you to management and staff for making our time in Cusco truly memorable!

If youre thinking of booking a spa treatment, do it!! We had the best massages from the lovely ladies at this spa, and the hyperbaric chamber helped us quickly acclimate to the altitude.

Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel has a charm and has a nice atmosphere. It's overpriced for what you receive. It is a nice hotel but it's simply too expensive for what you get in exchange. The fact that they are small and boutique allows them to charge whatever they want because they know they will end up having customers paying for that. That doesn't mean the price is correct.

• Pluehs (10/5): Great Stay in Cusco - Had another great stay at Antigua Casona. The staff were all very kind, food was delicious, the bed was comfortable and quiet. I loved hanging out by the fire in the courtyard, and catching up with friends over a drink. I thought I lost a pair of headphones there, and sent a WhatsApp message to the staff after I had already left Cusco, and they immediately responded and checked the Lost and Found. Turns out the headphones were in another bag of mine anyway :) Thank you for a great stay! I hope to visit again soon.

It’s simply gorgeous, the breakfast is 10/10 , the rooms are lovely and the service is excellent all round .
• mkristinel2017 (10/5): Excellent Boutique Hotel - We completed our Peru trip here in Cusco and stayed at this hotel. It is in the heart of the San Blas neighborhood – when you drive to the hotel you go down ever more narrower streets before being dropped off at the hotel’s front door. It is in a 1750 – 1800 restored building, so the details are beautiful. It is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, including the Plaza de Armas. You walk steep and narrow roads, so be prepared for 12-inch sidewalks where you need to flatten yourself along the walls when a van drives by. It has a nice entrance with an open court and fireplaces surrounded by patio furniture. We loved the included breakfast here. We had a suite, with two rooms and bathroom so plenty of room. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco!

Quarto amplo, limpo, com aquecedor, bom chuveiro. Todo dia eles deixam chás para serem preparados no quarto. Também oferecem água filtrada. O restaurante também é muito saboroso. Café da manhã é muito gostoso, com opções de pratos a lá carte, mas como fiquei 4 dias achei cansativo pois todo dia era igual, mesmos sucos, mesmas frutas. Poderia ter alguma variedade. E a cama e os travesseiros, para o meu gosto, eram um pouco moles o que atrapalhou as noites de sono.

• DEBRA (9/5): Lovely hotel that pretty much deserves its high rating. - Gorgeous restored colonial home. Very comfortable room with the facilities you would expect for the price. Easy 15-20 mins walk down to the central square, not so easy walk back up but definitely do-able unless you have restricted mobility. Excellent breakfasts and staff will prepare a boxed breakfast for early starts. Very nice restaurant on site but I found it to be very dark and unfortunately pretty much empty each evening during my stay, so I preferred to eat elsewhere where there was a bit more atmosphere in the evening.

• sabinemG5344WC (10/5): Excellent service and attention to details at a very comfortable, peaceful oasis - I stayed at Antigua Casona San Blas for three nights in early March and was thrilled with my experience. From the moment I arrived to check in, I felt transported. The hotel was an easy cab ride from the airport and I was able to catch my breath with some tea until my room was ready, almost immediately. The friendly, excellent service continued throughout my stay. The main lobby/common area was always serene and inviting, and there is also a cosy tea nook just off reception. My room was awesome! The king bed was like a holiday in itself, especially when I found hot water bottles had been placed under the covers each night! I loved having the house blend herbal tea in the room, a great way to end the day. The room was clean, as were all the facilities. I was able to do a yoga class (extra cost), a great way to spend a rainy evening. The breakfast, which was included, was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and I appreciated the friendly service to start my day. I was also pleased with the dinner I had one night, and it is worth noting that a couple of excellent restaurants are just down the street. The hotel itself is about a ten to fifteen walk downhill to the main square and it is easy to explore the centro on foot. Loved the art exhibit with work by Uriel Montufar. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at - thank you all so much!

The level of detail in the design is jaw-dropping—every corner of the hotel is thoughtful and beautiful, and my room was no exception. It honestly felt like there was nothing they hadn’t thought of. It was incredibly comfortable, perfectly designed, and the balcony alone was worth it—I could have happily spent my entire trip just sitting out there. But what really makes this place unforgettable is the staff. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. The restaurant team was so attentive, even preparing breakfast to go when I was running late. And the fruit—still thinking about it. Truly next level. I have to give a special shoutout to Edwin. There was a mix-up with a package that had been delivered to the hotel the same day I was leaving. Not only did they track it down quickly, but Edwin personally brought it to me at the airport in time for my flight. Who does that? That kind of care and effort is something you just don’t come across often. Cusco is an incredible city—easily my favorite in Peru so far—and this hotel made the experience even more special. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come back. I absolutely loved it and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The hotel itself is beautiful and located in a great neighborhood with plenty to explore and still within easy walking distance of the main square. The staff were all incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. They made us feel at home and warmly welcome in Cusco. The restaurant is also excellent — the included breakfast is delicious. We also enjoyed coming back for dinner and drinks in the evenings. We also had a spa service which was quite luxurious and worthwhile.

The staff were amazing and super helpful! They even prepared the breakfast for us to go because we were always leaving earlier than it started. If you have time, I’d really recommend visiting the spa and getting a massage - it was one of the best we’ve ever had! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Cusco as it’s important to be comfortable for those who are not used to the high altitude

The restaurant served delicious typical food. The staff is friendly and helps in all ways to solve the planning. Fresh water daily available and warm water bottles for in bed. They arrange shuttles from and to airport. There was a live band playing in the patio just after lunch, in the patio. The music was nice but way too loud

• Araceli (10/5): ¡Hermoso hotel, vayan! - Me encanto las instalaciones y el servicio. Todos muy amables y cada una de las experiencias fueron hermosas y memorables. ¡Volvería mil veces! Es cerca a la plaza pero esta en una subida. Si es que sufres de soroche puede ser un poquito complicado subir caminando.
• Evgeniia (10/5): - Невероятная красота и эстетика в каждом кв метре. Отличное обслуживание и сервис, всё прекрасно в этом отеле. Еда тоже очень вкусная Единственное, что не понравилось, это то, что номера были темные и очень маленькие, вплоть до того, что раковина находится в самой комнате, а не в душевой. Это не испортило впечатление, потому что множество плюсов перевесило. Но рекомендую просить комнату на втором этаже, там светлее.
• Marcia (10/5): - O hotel é lindo, os funcionários muito gentis. Fizemos a massagem com a querida Sara, que foi muito relaxante e revigorante. O restaurante é muito bom e o café fa manhã é excelente.
• Hyemi (10/5): Great experience with great people and cute hotel. - All the staffs were so friendly and they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Also, best breakfast ever! Top notch service! It was a bit cold due to older style building. But they did provide a lot to make sure we stay warm.
