- Vladimir (10/5): - Отличный отдых в Cocoon Maldives в начале апреля. Всё было организовано очень чётко: в Мале нас встретил представитель отеля, отвёз в терминал гидропланов и проводил в комфортный лаунж с напитками и закусками. Перелёт до острова занял около 30 минут. На острове встретили красиво, с барабанами и напитками. Жили в водном бунгало в конце линии — прекрасный вид, тишина, своя терраса и удобный спуск прямо в лагуну. Вода невероятного цвета, особенно красивы закаты. Отдельное спасибо русскоговорящему ассистенту: всегда была на связи, быстро помогала с любыми вопросами, подходила в ресторане и баре, интересовалась, всё ли хорошо. Питание вкусное и разнообразное, напитков по системе «всё включено» много. Понравились ужины на пляже, ресторан на воде и японский ужин с приготовлением при гостях. Брали спа, водные мотоциклы, плавание с черепахами и акулами, поездку к дельфинам — всё отлично. Отъезд тоже организовали безупречно. Спасибо отелю и команде, сохраним вас в сердце. это не то что бы не понравилось, просто объективный момент, который можно бы улучшить: странный набор каналов в телевидении. Не то что нет русскоговорящих (ну ок ладно), но даже нормальных европейских нет ... и почти все спортивные. просто музыкального канала англоязычного нет ... в наш век интернета это очень удивительно :) Но при такой природе это конечно не критично :)

- Andy (10/5): Our honeymoon in paradise! - Absolute paradise! We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our honeymoon. Check in from the seaplane was easy and we were able to wait in the Cocoon lounge at the seaplane terminal. Check in to the hotel was made smooth and quick with our host Nauf who was on hand all week to help out, and created a WhatsApp chat to ask anything at any time. He text a daily schedule of events every morning to let us know what was going on. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with all the dishes cooked fresh in front of you. Special mention to Amila in the restaurant (who we nicknamed the meat man), he always had a big smile and was incredibly friendly! Same goes for Ika and all the staff at the restaurant who were exceptional. Ika knew our room number by the second day of our stay, and went out of her way to learn our names. We had a villa over the lagoon which did not disappoint. The shallow clear waters was perfect for wading and cooling off in the heat! Felt very private and luxury, with the minibar topped up twice a day as required. Another shout out to Hussain who made up our room every day and went out of his way to wish us a happy honeymoon before we had even stepped through the door! He went out of his way to try and get to know us and speak to us every day. He put a special message on our bed in flowers to wish us a happy honeymoon which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend Cocoon to anyone looking to spend time on white sandy beaches and beautiful sunshine! A little island of paradise. The dress code at the restaurant wasn't enforced, and a couple of times the events in the evening were cancelled without explanation. The themed evening add ons (I.E special cocktails) not included in all inclusive package.

- Renat (10/5): Великолепный сервис отличного отеля на замечательном острове! - Отдыхали во второй половине февраля, большой семьей (дети 8 и 16, двое взрослых и двое пожилых). Брали 2 бунгало, в каждом из которых свободно размещались трое. Уборка, два раза в день, очень качественная, при этом, практически не заметная. Отдельно отмечу работу Hamex, работа "на 5+!". По ресторану (Octopus)- чистота, официанты, кухня (очень разнообразная) - все отлично! Всегда свежие фрукты, много десертов и выпечки, супы, мясо, рыба, курица.. у нас не было вообще никаких проблем с питанием, в том числе, детей. Пляж песчаный, у береговой полосы достаточно много маленьких обломков кораллов и ракушек. Но мы спокойно обходились без гидротапок и сложностей не возникало. Есть места входа в воду полностью песчаные. Воспользовались предложением экскурсий - из трех (каждая, примерно на 2-2,5 часа), на которых мы были с детьми и пожилыми родителями, больше всего запомнилось плавание с акулами и скатами (абсолютно безопасное и очень эмоциональное приключение). Оборудование для снорклинга у нас было с собой, но при необходимости, есть бесплатная аренда всего необходимого. К акулам точно советуем! Отдельно хотим отметить потрясающий сервис! С нами на связи 24/7 был русскоговорящий менеджер Umina и любые наши вопросы решались практически мгновенно! В целом, наша однозначная оценка - превосходно! Обязательно вернемся! не было такого!

Le camere sono bellissime, sia quelle sulla spiaggia, che le water ville e l’isola è selvaggia, ma dotata di ogni comfort. Il cibo è di alta qualità e vario per ogni tipo di gusto. Ma l’aspetto sorprendente è la qualità del servizio: Riyaz e tutto lo staff sono il massimo della cortesia, disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Stiamo viaggiando con un bambino di meno di un anno e lo stanno trattando come un principino! Grazie a tutti!

- ANNA (10/5): - Tutto tranne la gestione delle immersioni nel centro diving Il diving ha personale molto gentile, ma purtroppo ha la tendenza a farti fare immersioni non all’altezza delle bellezze che si possono trovare alle Maldive portandoti in posti dove c’è poco colore e poco passaggio di fauna .. il costo delle immersioni che è molto alto rispetto alla media delle Maldive non è sicuramente giustificato dall’esperienza sott’acqua .

В готелі можна замовити багато захоплюючих подорожей - ми спробували sharks expedition та снокерлінг з черепахами + дельфіни - було супер! Загалом, радимо цей готель 100%, маючи досвід трьох попередніх подорожей на Мальдіви

Soggiornare in una water villa spettacolare, sospesa su un mare dai colori irreali, è un’esperienza che da sola vale il viaggio: svegliarsi ogni mattina con l’oceano cristallino sotto i piedi e tuffarsi direttamente dalla terrazza è qualcosa di unico. Il mare è straordinario, limpido e dai riflessi turchesi, perfetto sia per il relax che per lo snorkeling. L’atollo in cui si trova il resort è di una bellezza autentica, ancora incontaminata, e regala tramonti mozzafiato e un senso di pace totale. Un altro punto di forza assoluto è la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, in particolare di Riyaz: sempre sorridente, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con discrezione e cordialità, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera davvero speciale. Ottima anche la selezione e la qualità del cibo, varia e curata, con ingredienti freschi e proposte che spaziano dalla cucina internazionale a quella locale. Так как в этот момент чемоданы были уже отправлены на погрузку в самолет, я не стал спорить и оплатил ее, но было очень неприятно…

Habitaciones muy muy básicas sin grandes lujos, recepción ridícula. Y en una ubicación lejana que solo te deja ir en hidroavión a 435 dólares por persona. No lo puedo recomendar A parte de todo lo dicho. La restauración es muy muy básica y de poca calidad. Ni las cenas temáticas merecen la pena. Muy muy pobre el nivel gastronómico. Tan solo los postres se salvan ya que hacen muchas tartas a diario. El resto de comida es de un 3 estrellas como mucho. Eso sí, te intentan convencer con regalos para que les pongas la puntuación de 10. Lamentable
- y (5/5): 不会再来的了 - 餐厅的一位名叫Anipa的女士是我们在这里唯一能感受到五星服务标准的员工，她人很好，亲切、温暖、善良 1、当我们风尘仆仆的赶到马累机场的时候，很口渴，但酒店似乎没有lounge，让我们在候机大厅站了二十分钟线上check in，水飞马上要飞，就一直催催到在值机前，不知道酒店这么搞是为了什么？ 2、我们已经在马尔代夫的一个居民岛上，但却安排我们很晚到酒店，提前一天我们就在问第二天上岛的情况，却没人理我们，邮件也不回，还是另一家酒店帮我们给这家酒店打的电话…我们问为什么这么晚，他们说cocoon就是这样，check in很晚！ 3、酒店设施老旧，装修实在没什么品味可言。卫生打扫很一般，尤其水屋的卫生。 4、这是我第二次来马尔代夫，一共住过五家酒店，包括两家居民岛，只有这家只能食自助餐厅，而且太过喧哗，其它餐厅均要另收费，这次本来期待很高，因为之前都不是全包，餐厅都可以任意选择，反而cocoon不行，这也叫我明白一件事，以后来马尔代夫，一定要先问清楚包扩了哪些餐厅，一共住了七晚，自助餐吃到第四天就已经厌倦了。 5、这里的车开得很霸道，行人要让车，八天的时间里只有一位工作人员因为我们让车而表示感谢，也只有一位询问是否用车，其他人最多说个hello后扬长而去。 6、本来这些应该有机会跟某位经理说的，管家说某位经理请我喝一杯，就想借此机会告知，但到约定时间管家没有来接我，事后也不说明理由，出于礼貌我也没有问，问了显得我跟酒鬼一样。 最后我想说的是，任何一个问题的背后还有一个更大的问题存在，所有更大问题的背后有一个更更巨大的问题，而这个问题很多人会主观逃避，这就是人性，毕竟能决绝问题的人太少了，大多数人都是混日子。这些问题像黑洞一样吞噬，直到有一天爆发。底层员工管理的缺失表象上是底层员工个人素质问题，但这个问题其实背后的问题才值得人深思，如果底层员工只想多捞小费，这是什么问题呢？靠小费能发财吗？道德的缺失只能让这些底层员工更加干瘪，越干瘪越像蚊子一样。那么是什么样的文化氛围造成这些情况呢，什么样的企业文化会造成一群吸血鬼呢

Il cibo di altissima qualità, ogni sera veniva fatta una serata a tema diversa, giapponese, italiana, mediterranea. Ogni membro ha reso la nostra luna di miele indimenticabile ogni piccolo gesto e accortezza non è mai mancata. Pulizia della struttura perfetta. Mare incantevole, siamo in paradiso qua. Dopo cena sempre molto interessante e mai noioso. Un ringraziamento speciale a Riyaz che ci ha seguito per tutto il tempo. There is also small clinic with a doctor and also care for the surrounding nature was noticed. Wifi was very ok almost everywhere. Our host was available on whatsapp and his service was unobtrusive which we liked. We had fun with see creatures (turtles, mantas, lion fish) at our fingertips. Someone who books slide or pool villas should remember it is near to seaplane landing place - might be sometimes noisy (for us it was even fun). In booking.com message they send a link for paying, but its ok to pay during checkin.

We stayed in a beach bungalow 107 and loved it, lots of space, room cleaned twice a day by our lovely housekeeper Iru. All of the staff at this resort are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. Special thanks to our host Adda, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. The staff of the restaurant, bar and the water sport is exceptional. The diving with sharks and the big fishing trip were awesome experience. The restaurants are unique and all dishes are tasty. The Japanese garden restaurant, the chef Lalit and the waiters of this place exceeded our expectations. Everyone is very helpful and trying to do the best for guest comfort. Thank you for everything. Everything was awesome.

- Kathleen (8/5): Beautiful location, tranquil, immersed amongst this tropical paradise. - Stunning location, one literally falls out the back door to the beach. Intimate and romantic, would be so great if this was an adults only resort. Food was divine, so fresh, and great choice. Manta Ray snorkelling was such a moving experience, it shall remain forever in my heart. Loved our guide, Jasper, a marine biologist from UK, his passion and love of nature, were evident. We all worshipped from a respectful distance. The accommodation was fabulous, such a comfy bed, we had such fun during our stay. Loved the quirkiness of the swing in bathroom. The fruit bats squawking in the evenings as they settled down for the night was hilarious. The different bird songs and walking on the beach utterly sublime. Loved the natural look of the cleverly dotted villas, nestled in amongst the trees and sand pathways, really adds to the desert island vibe! Would have been great if there were reefs. Great to completely unwind, switch off and indulge oneself. We found the lack of communication between resorts to be a bit stressful, especially when itinerary was provided well in advance but this seems to be the way things roll in the Maldives.

- Jose (10/5): 5 days in Paradise!!! - We had the most wonderful ever closure to our New Year's Eve vacation. The Maldives experience was exceptional, from the airport arrangements to the sea plane, to landing in PARADISE!!! Everyone was exceptional, from our individual Host, (whom we didn't have to bother all stay long) to the cleaning hosts---I mean EVERYONE. Now, as usual we developed special love for Anisha, Victor (Manager, server, Joker, Entertainer) and Polas....They ran that bar so, so, so good. They were in charge on the main pool bar, and worked super hard and neatly everyday we were more in love with their service. They taught us cocktails need perfect balance (ANNNIIIIEEE!! Muah!), it's not just alcohol in a fruit jar :-) They truly strived to excel, nothing less. Same goes to their servers Ishan, and Rumesh. In the kitchen, Mr. Purna excelled, along with partners in the same dining room Nizam and Foyzul. But it is a bit unfair to just name a few. EVERYONE did their very best. But, saving the best and most difficult job for last - OUR CABIN MAKER - JEWEL - MADE OUR STAY A TRUE DREAM!!! That we couldn't stay longer!!!! We are back in Miami dear friends!!

Very comfortable stay and excellent sea view in the room! - Can step into the sea and go snorkeling right at our room! There were a lot of sea animals around the reefs, and we even met lionfish, urchins, stingrays, eagle rays, moray eels when we were snorkeling. - A good variety of food was provided every day - some can be a good try. - Be very careful when receiving any payment link even from the hotel's booking.com official account. We received a scam payment link sent from the hotel's booking.com account via email and keyed in everything already, but fortunately did not click the payment button. It is quite important to us if the hotel could take the necessary actions to ensure their guest information is safely maintained. - We did not receive any information about the seaplane schedule before we were waiting at the gate for seaplane boarding. We arrived at Male late in the evening and had to stay one night before taking the seaplane to the hotel the next day. We were surprised to learn that our host at Male received no info from the hotel (already at around 11.30 pm, and the seaplane transfer was scheduled at 5.30 am the next day), even though the hotel staff promised to advise the info to our host at Male. We eventually got the schedule info at midnight thanks to our host helping us to call the hotel. - We do value the opportunity to talk with the hotel manager during the stay about our holiday and comments, but it would be great if the meeting time and location could be more flexible. Not sure whether other guests experience the same, but it sounds a little bit weird to us (being asked to go to the Loabi Loabi Bar at 6.30 pm - the best time for ending water activities and enjoying the sunset right in our room).

When you arrive and night before you go there is a message on the bed written with palm leaves and flowers. Just gorgeous! L They have Italian chefs and the food is delicious. We booked a beach village with pool and we couldn't be happier: large room, partly outdoor bathroom, direct access to the beach, a fantastic and quite private pool. We strongly recommend this option, it's worth it and it gives you access to the best beach in the island. -Regarding the restaurant, the Octopus serves a wide range of delicious food for all tastes. Each night they organise a thematic dinner, so we could taste Moroccan food, Indian food, Maldivian food... -But, without any doubt, the best thing in Cocoon is the staff, always polite and willing to help in anything you need, and always paying attention to any detail. We want to thank them, from the waiters, to the cleaning boy at our room, who made us a fantastic honey moon bed decoration, to our host Hassaan, always willing to help us. They are the soul of Cocoon and make it the best place to spend your holidays.

Recommend don’t differentiate All Inclusive in menu choice. Introduce some more choice and uplift quality. Add some better live music in evenings. Small things make a big difference to overall experience. Would also recommend introduce some more wet weather activities when weather is not great outside peak season :)

- Can (10/5): Dreamy and out of heaven vacation - The location, the staff, the facilities, (in general) the food were all excellent. We connected with the nature, the animals and had a truly relaxing vacation. Our island host, Munni took care of all the issues we faced. We attended the fitness activities, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle which were all quite decent. The picturesque sunset and sunrise were dreamy. The island and the beaches were out of heaven. Drinks weren't as good as expected. We had issues with the A/C. I think the music until midnight is not a good idea. I understand that people might want to have fun but there should be some tranquil nights as well to connect with the nature and have a chill night or watch the stars. Every night of our stay (6 nights in total), there were loud music even though we were quite distant from the bar. Wifi in the room was not strong to be honest.

All inclusive should be from the minute you step of the plane, until the minute you step back on to return. Not restricted to times. The fish, chicken, or beef they prepare is usually very hard, dry and salty. It is a matter of the chef's preferences for how to cook not the products themselves, however. A small selection of salads. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the food quality only 5. The snorkeling equipment is of low quality, so it is better to bring your own if someone wants to enjoy observing underwater life. The personnel is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The TV is in the room but with a very very limited number of channels to watch. In a 5 stars resort, it should be the much better selection.

- Anastazja (10/5): ‼️ Recommended 100%‼️ - Amazing experience, staff top service, good food, every night different cuisine. Cleaning twice a day. Beautiful room, amazing water around our villa. I was really impressed. On the booking there was an information about massage, that some of them will be in a package - it wasn't. Also champagne /prosecco was suppose to be included-it wasnt. Poor selection of cocktails/ alcohol. So at the end we were purchasing.
