• Sylvain (8/5): Great location; cleaness not great. - Very nicely located. Spacious room, great view. Carpet in the room was not the cleanest. Spider webs in front of the windows, spiders getting into the room when windows are open. Should be easy to fix but was not the case. Some old junk food still in the drawers.
• Steffen (5/5): - Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung, jedoch kaum Obst. Da hätte die Auswahl etwas besser sein können Zimmer 1, Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen. Es wurde sich nicht gekümmert. Zimmer 2, Heizungszhermostat kaputt, Heizung lief die ganze Zeit auf vollen Touren, trotz geöffnetem Fenster war es unerträglich warm

• Alvaro (8/5): Hotelzimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovation - Personal und Essen super! Die Zimmer insbesondere das Bad waren leider nicht sehr sauber diesmal. Außerdem waren die Haken bei der Tür an der wand teilweise lose oder ganz abgerissen. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen und das sofabett ist eine Zumutung. Kopfteil liegt tiefer als fussteil. Wir waren schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel; die Qualität der Familien Zimmer hat sehr nachgelassen. Schade, wir kommen ansonsten immer gerne hierher.
• bernard (8/5): - De kamer is groot alsook het bed is ruim en lang. We hadden dezelfde kamer gevraagd als een paar dagen geleden maar helaas. We kregen een kamer op het 3de verdiep. Helaas is er geen licht en dus maar sleuren met bagage. Badkamer was piepklein, je kon bijna je gezicht niet wassen omdat net boven de lavabo een spiegel onder het dakraam heeft. Echt niet handig. De douche is nauwelijks 1.8 m hoog. Dus niet echt geschikt voor grote mensen. De espresso machine lekte. De afvoer van de douche liep heel traag weg.
• Jozef (10/5): - Everything was great. I have nothing to complain about. Very good hotel, great location, breakfast was excellent. For a 3 star hotel it offers a very decent breakfast. You can't expect it to offer caviar or premium coffee for breakfast.But I also slept in 4-star hotels and the breakfast there was no worse. For me, everything was great. The receptionist was also nice, smiling, caring, helpful. That's what you just want. I didn't like the dust in the room, but I'll forgive them. I hope they'll be more careful next time and clean and vacuum properly.

• Christian (9/5): Tolle Ausssicht auf den Züricher See und das Alpenpanorama. - Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig. Direkt am Züricher See. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Sowohl beim Einchecken, als auch im Restaurant. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Strasse und See. Seeseite ist top, Strasse laut. Deswegen bei der Zimmerwahl immer die Seeseite auswählen.

• Johannes (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, freundlich, tolles Frühstück. - Frühstück sehr gut, fast nur frische, unverpackte, tendenziell regionale Produkte, schön präsentiert. Die Lage am See mit der Terrasse und der Weinlaube ist einmalig schön, kaum zu übertreffen ! Das Abendessen im Restaurant war, insbesondere für den doch recht hohen Preis, ziemlich unterdurchschnittlich, sowohl in der Qualität, als auch im Service.

Très belle vue sur le lac, chambre très calme et bon petit déjeuner, Place de parking disponible à quelques mètres. Nous y reviendrons volontiers. Vraiment pour dire quelque chose... l'oreiller un peu trop fin et comme nous parlons français ou italien, pas possible de dialoguer avec le personnel qui était néanmoins très sympathique et souriant.

• Christian (8/5): Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage - Das Hotel hat einen Wunderschönen Frühstücks und Restaurant mit Blick direkt auf den See. Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl habe ich mir etwas besser vorgestellt. Personal total lieb und freundlich! 'Unser Zimmer war auf der Straßenseite. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Lärm kaum auszuhalten. Im Sommer ein no go!
• Rene (7/5): Ok for one night; nice lakeview - Very nice location by the lake, a bit far from town but that’s what I needed. The staff at reception were nice and parking was convenient and easy. My room on the top had a very small bathroom where I could not fully stand, even as a shorter person. The staff at breakfast (a lady) was not welcoming or accommodating when I asked about gluten intolerances; she seemed very agitated in general (with few people there) andsaid I should have reserved in advance.

• JOSÉ (8/5): A pesar de algún inconveniente volvería a repetir. - Todo correcto, aunque algo viejo. Bien cuarto de baño. Cama cómoda. Limpieza, insonorización y temperatura correctos. Buen desayuno, buen café. Muy agradable desayunar en la terraza a orilla del lago. Enchufes habitación, instalación eléctrica, mejorables. Armario algo descuidados (soportes rotos). Mantenimiento en general mejorable.

Die direkte Lage an der Seestraße. Nicht isolierte Fenster. Lauter als ein Autobahnhotel. Kein Lift, Dusche in der Badewanne. Muss man wissen.

• Samira (4/5): Not a place I would recommend to someone. - Easy check-in. Nice staff. Location: Nothing around. Room: The room was very simple and very expensive for what it was. No coffee machine in the room. Breakfast: Was included in the price of the room but a very very limited selection of food to choose from. Hotel staff: They wore very nice but when we asked in the afternoon if we could have a coffee they said the restaurant was closed. They sent us outside to another place to drink coffee which was the gas station a few minutes walk away. Not a nice place to drink coffee.

• Susanne (6/5): superschönes haus mit nettem personal und toplage am see , aber zimmer 33 NIE wieder durch das laute motorengeräusch am - frühstück , personal, und natürlich die lage und das haus selbst ist wunderbar in meinem zimmer nr 33 ist es so unfassbar laut ich konnte die ganze nacht nicht schlafen da dort irgendwie ein ventilator ein windrad oder irgendwie ein motor so unfassbar laut ohne pause gelaufen ist ich habe keine ahnung was esser , aber ich habe noch nie so schlecht bzw gar nicht geschlafen wie dort

• hb (9/5): Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location directly at the lake. - Late check-in, without personal reception but with clear instructions. The room we stayed on the ground floor in had window/door opening to a common terrace, almost directly at the lake. It was relatively small but well-equipped. Beds were excellent, Two bathrooms, one with toilet/washbasin and another with shower, not ideal but no problem. Wonderful breakfast in a fantastic covered terrace with super view. Staff was very nice. Parking in public place next to hotel, not too expensive. Our room was very warm without possibility to turn down the heating (heat was strangely coming through one of the walls. The two bathrooms are not ideal. No elevator but stairs were not a problem.

• Thierry (8/5): Cher la nuit, mais c'est la Suisse... - L'emplacement magnifique au bord du lac (bien qu'un peu éloigné de Zurich) Le parking est minuscule. Il faut parfois aller garer sa voiture beaucoup plus loin. Nous avons pris une amende de CHF 50 pour stationnement interdit (le parking était pourtant grand et désert un week-end)
• Armin (6/5): Aufgrund des guten Preisabgebotes war es i. O. - Frühstück gut Leise im Zimmer WW in der Dusche Reinigung der Glasplatte etc.

• Jenny (8/5): Nice snug hotel - This is a snug little hotel with a stunning view of Lake Zurich, which in February was rather bleak. But the seasonally low pricing reflected that, it will be stunning in spring, autumn and summer. Warm, good shower, efficient. The bed was a bit too soft and we would have preferred to serve ourselves coffee, but nothing major. On a semi-major road, good for buses but there was some noise. Restaurant options a bit limited.
• Sandra (1/5): Für ein Hotel, eine Pension, sehr hellhörig. Diese Zimmer kann man nicht gut als Hotelzimmer benutzen - Das Frühstück war nett! Das Personal sehr nett! Ich bin spät gekommen, 21 UhrSchlüssel lag zum abholen, um 22 Uhr kam jemand vom Hotel das Kabel für den Fernseher für alle drei Zimmer auf der Etage reinstecken, ich war in der Mitte und musste , weil es sehr hellhörig war bis 2 Uhr am morgen von den Zimmernachbarn Tv laut hören, das war sehr mühsam, am morgen gab es nur kalt wasser unter der Dusche und wieder tv ab sieben uhr. DasZimmer war Staubig und die Nachttischlampen auf beiden Seiten haben nicht funktioniert, musste also ohne licht in der nacht aufs wc. Das war alles andere als angenehm, ich war unausgeschlafen, und wirklich nicht gut drauf, so ein schlechtes zimmer!!!
• James (7/5): Reasonable value walkable to the Meilen train station - The hotel is lovely on the outside and the entrance and ground floor restaurant are of high Swiss standards, but my room was smaller than I was expecting and could have used a bit up updating in the bathroom and closet. The room was smaller than pictures make it appear and the bathroom was adequate but small touches were indicative of age and a bit of a need for a refresh of that space.
