• Kristine (10/5): - Owners are very welcoming and nice. After long day they welcomed with piece of cake and water which is very nice. Nice that there's an option to order breakfast and choose from different options. It was very tasty. Nice garden and swimming pool. Room with a bathtub was something after long day. On the way from Camino to accomodation there is a small grocery store where you can stop and buy some food for dinner. But owners also offers drive you by car to restaurant. Location if going on Camino is a bit off the road. And some uphill and downhill. :) But it was easy to navigate and find.

• Petra (10/5): Herzlich und einfach zum wohlfühlen - Das gastgebende Ehepaar war wirklich herzallerliebst und absolut bemüht dass man sich als Gast rundherum wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war ein Gedicht. Leider etwas abseits des Camiño aber die Gastgeberin hatte ne Karte mit dem kürzesten Weg zum Einstieg.

• Michelle (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herzlichen Vermietern. - Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, sehr familiär. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, wir haben uns zu jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht alle Fragen und Wünsche zu beantworten bzw. zu erfüllen. Der einzige negative Punkt war, dass die Rastaurants bzw. Supermärkte weiter entfernt waren, sodass wir leider über Uber Eats bestellen mussten, was auch nicgt wirklich gut funktioniert hat.

Geen diner mogelijkheid bij het huis. Voor een klein bedrag wordt je wel gebracht en gehaald naar restaurant. Bezorgservice liet het afweten omdat ze niemand konden vinden die naar de locatie het eten kon brengen.

• Jane E (10/5): Enjoyable stay in a traditional Spanish home with very welcoming hosts. - The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel very welcome. I felt like I was living in Spain. After a long day of walking, soaking my feet in the pool was the perfect remedy. We relaxed in the backyard garden for the evening hours. We were welcomed in the morning by a sumptuous feast including many items from their own garden.
• Veronika (10/5): A welcoming and cosy stay, ideal for a relaxed holiday. - We stayed here for just one night during our Camino, arriving late in the evening and leaving early the next morning, but we were very well taken care of. The owners were incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a slice of cake and a drink, which was much appreciated after a long day. The room was above standard, with a beautiful, almost luxurious bathroom, and everything was spotless. We also had a lovely view of the garden. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the pool and outdoor area due to the rain, as it looked like a perfect place to relax. A truly comfortable and welcoming stay - we only wish we could have stayed longer.

• Carol (9/5): - It was close to the Camino trail. We were warmly greeted by the host. The room was spotlessly clean. There was a swimming pool - unheated but lovely and refreshing for an evening swim. Breakfast was lovely. The area was beautiful. Our host washed and dried our dirty laundry (at an additional cost) It was not possible to use the jacuzzi although this was advertised on our booking as being available. Our host said it is only used for groups.
• Paula (10/5): Super recomendable - Los anfitriones fueron un encanto. Nos recibieron con agua fresca y bizcocho, y cuando llegas de hacer una etapa del camino de Santiago, el poder beber agua fría y comer algo rico es un plus. La casa está completamente vallada, por lo que teniendo perro tambien da tranquilidad. Te dan la opción de tomar desayuno, que puedes configurar como quieras. Cuando te levantas lo tienes en tu mesa todo preparado, con café recien hecho, pan y croissants recien salidos del horno o zumo de naranja recien exprimido. Sin duda repetiremos aunque no hagamos el camino. Fue toda una experiencia! Hay que desviarse un poquitín del camino para llegar, pero merece completamente la pena pasar allí la noche.

Emäntä tarjosi minulle palan piirakkaa, mikä oli erittäin mukavaa. Uima-altaan vesi oli kylmää, eikä siinä voinut uida pitkään. Tervetuliaislahjaksi annettu vesipullo oli jo avattu, mikä ei ollut miellyttävää. Keittiö ei ollut asiakkaiden käytettävissä, eikä tarjolla ollut ilmaista teetä tai kahvia. Huoneessa ei ole vedenkeitintä. Pyykinpesukoneen käyttö on maksullista. Hinta oli noin kaksinkertainen verrattuna muihin vastaaviin majoituksiin.

• Katerina (5/5): Sklamanie - V krasnom dome, moznost okupat sa v malom bazene hoci voda bola trochu spinava. Stylovo zariadene. Majitelka nam darovala flasu pitnej vody a kolacik na privitanie. Moznost vstupu na terasu a posediet si vonku. Elektronicke zamky na dverach su komplikovane. Kuchynka nie je k dispozicii, takze sme si donesene jedlo nemali kde bez chladnicky uschovat. Pracka a susicka za vysoky poplatok, nemohli sme si ich dovolit, pricom sme si kupili izbu, ktora ma pracku vo vybaveni. Oproti v dome celu noc stekal pes, takze sme sa nevyspali.

• Eugene (9/5): - Although we arrived well in advanced of our check in time, we were able to relax in the garden. And it wasn't long before Alamaia (?), the lady of the house, showed us to our room. Although a guest house, it had the warmth and feel of staying in someone's own home. We were made to feel very welcome and given info on the only two dining options that evening, which were a short walk away. We took advantage of breakfast the next morning, before continuing with the Camino.

To be welcomed with a bottle of cold water and homemade bread pudding was such a treat after a long day on the Camino! The rooms were immaculately clean and well appointed. Loved sleeping with the screened window open and waking up to such a beautuful view! The property includes a swimming pool and large garden in which to relax. A glass of wine and other amenities are available for purchase. Breakfast was also available to purchase and was out of this world with jams made from homegrown fruit along wirh an assortment of pastries, eggs, and coffee. The walk from the Camino was only about a km and was well worth it! I couldn't find a thing not to like

I really enjoyed the pool. If you’re walking the Camino this is a bit of a detour. About 15 minutes and make sure you have navigation because it’s tucked away. If you don’t mind that, you’re good to go.

• Kyle (10/5): Worth a trip of its own. - Absolute stunner. This truly feels like a farm house. Amalia and Ramón were wonderful hosts, and the property is beautiful in all respects. Their service was truly an 11 out of 10. Anything I asked for, I received more than I needed, and with a smile. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a king after a long day of walking. The special breakfast was a feast, and it was a treat to try all of their homemade items. Todo fue perfecto.

• Yeo (10/5): Good pit stop if you want to half the journey from Pontevedra to Caldas De Reos - Location was about 1.6km away from the Camino but I think worth the detour. Took us 1hr 45min (9km) to get to Caldas De Reis the next day. It was raining so we could not enjoy the garden or the pool. But it does look lovely. There is no dinner but the host will drive you to and from a restaurant for 10E. Super stop. Nothing

• PHILIP (10/5): - We stayed one night while walking the Camino and while it is about 1km away it is well worth the trip. This is a beautiful old family home that you instantly feel welcomed in. Right from the water and cake you are served during check in the host has thought of every little detail for your stay. The pride they show in sharing their home with you is evident in everything around you and how they treat their guest. You feel like a guest not just another traveller. This is truly a stay not to be missed
