• Jackson Family (7/5): A traditional building near to the centre - We only spend one night in this hotel, which is located in a desoltaed area, although near to the centre. The building is quite traditional, with lots of woodwork, but it was hard to close the roomdoors. Staff is really friendly and breakfast is quite nice. Its possible to use the shower after check-out and to store luggage. Nothing comes to mind.

Nos encantó el sitio y todo en general. La pena fue que solo pasamos un día y no pudimos disfrutar el hotel como se merece. Salíamos muy temprano para el aeropuerto y nos dieron una bolsa con el desayuno rico. Todo envasado pero rico Llegamos cuando la puerta ya estaba cerrada, la llave no iba en el acceso que nos dijeron. No se veia a nadie y nuestro numero tailandés no nos dejaba llamar. por todo lo demas perfecto

Mooie kamer met goede airco en uitstekende WiFi. Het ontbijt werd vers klaargemaakt. Je kon kiezen uit verschillende gerechten. Verschillende tempels liggen op loopafstand. Ook de supermarkt 7 Eleven, een food market en diverse eettentjes liggen op loopafstand. Ter plekke zijn fietsen te huur, maar wij verkozen vanwege de warmte een tuktuk of (goedkoper via Grab!) een taxi. Wij vinden deze accommodatie een aanrader!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le lit supplémentaire n’était pas disponible. Nos 3 enfants ont dû dormir dans un lit alors que ce n’était pas ce que nous avions convenu.

Prima lokatie, maar wel noodzakelijk om via de achterkant het perceel te verlaten als je bijv. naar de nachtmarkt wil omdat de weg aan de voorkant erg druk is en niet overal een trottoir heeft. Erg gehorig, houten kamerwanden waardoor je buiten alles hoort. Gelukkig was het erg rustig in het hotel en hoorden we met name de vogels en verdere natuur.

• David Marí (10/5): - Llegué bastante malo y tuve que ir al hospital. La chica fue un ángel. Me pidió un grab y me ayudó para volver. En el desayuno me preparó algo para mi, sin salsas ni especias. Me preguntó al día siguiente por mi estado. Tienen bicis para ir al parque de Ayutthaya pero creo que son bajo reserva. No pude disfrutar de las instalaciones ya que pasé toda la tarde en el hospital.

The small team makes you feel at home immediately and they are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is not a large buffet, but you can choose from several options and everything is freshly prepared. The rooms and interior are not luxueus but charming and authentic. You can also rent bicycles at the property, which is perfect because the location is excellent for exploring the temples and the city by bike. The bicycles could use some maintenance or replacement. But they work!

• Friso (10/5): Gret Value for money, very nice and helpful staff, lovely motel next to city center. - The motel is part of a set of buildings in typical Thai style and the room I stayed in was very spacious and quiet with a large bathroom. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful in explaining where to go in Ayutthaya and I rented a bicycle from the hotel to get around the city and visit the temples and the museums. You could choose for either a Thai option or eggs for breakfast with a healthy fruit plate, coffee and some juice. I paid a lot more than I could have, had I ordered a transfer from Bangkok airport to the motel through the motel's own pickup service. Unfortunately I managed that through 12asia ending up paying a lot more, almost double, didn't know that, so keep that option in mind. Maybe some softer cushion would have been great.. The rest was great, nothing else to add.

• CLAIRE (7/5): Superbe maison animée - Étonnant ensemble de maisons traditionnelles en bois, clôturées avec un accès par cadenas très aisé. C'est superbe, on se croit plongé dans les années 1930. Le personnel est serviable et réactif, l'emplacement est idéal pour les visites. Le bémol concerne le sommeil. Énormément d'oiseaux très proches, très en forme, parfois toute la nuit, on a l'impression de dormir dans une volière, avec les bouchons oreilles qui ne changent rien. Je ne sais pas si les volées d'oiseaux étaient juste à côté de ma chambre ou partout. Une maison ancienne en bois signifie aussi qu'il n'y a pas d'étanchéité, tous les bruits passent. Il faut le savoir et l'accepter. Pour 3 nuits, c'est acceptable mais dormir devient nécessaire ensuite.

The kitchen staff that makes your breakfast every morning during our stay were all very welcoming and made delicious breakfast. The french toast was a stand out for us - not the familiar french toast we would get back home (North America), but it was still delicious. - Property - the property has a good ambiance - wish we could enjoy the grounds a little bit more, but there was not much surrounding the property. - Room and the property in general were kept well and clean for the most part. Loved all the wood-made furniture. - AC worked great - very much needed as we stayed during the hot season - Free bicycle Available - was able to get our hands on a pair of bicycles for the whole day. - Breakfast - it is included in the stay, and the fresh fruits that were included were fresh and delicious! Coffee is not the strongest or best, but something is better than nothing! - Location - it was a bit on the outskirts of the main attractions, but the basic necessities were still accessible by walking (10-20 minutes), or biking or a short taxi ride. - Bathroom - the shower did not have proper barriers so when you shower, the water would leak behind the toilet and the surrounding areas (sink area) - Noise - the accommodaiton does not have the best soundproof walls, so the traffic of the noise (our room faces the main road) was quite loud and disruptive at night time.

All’arrivo ci hanno consigliato l’ itinerario per i templi e dove poter mangiare di giorno e di sera. Tante zanzare negli ambienti aperti così da rendere difficile il relax sia all’ interno che all’ esterno.
• Carlos (2/5): Disappointing Experience – Noisy Rooms and Unhelpful Staff - Overpriced - Location, 5 min walking from food street and 7-eleven, and 10/15 min walking from main temples, good WiFi The rooms are incredibly noisy. You can hear everything from the street, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. After a sleepless first night, we politely asked if we could move to a quieter room. Instead of making any effort to help, the owner dismissed our request, saying that all rooms were noisy and even suggesting that we should just use earplugs. If I’m paying for a hotel room, I should not be forced to wear earplugs to sleep. At first, the owner claimed there were no available rooms, but two hours later, he suddenly offered to move us to a room at the other end of the hotel. This change of heart only happened after we stayed in the room after breakfast, which makes it seem like he was only trying to avoid us leaving the hotel. Had we gone out for the day, we likely wouldn’t have been offered a better room at all. The staff were consistently unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. On multiple occasions, we asked for basic assistance and were either ignored or told to find solutions elsewhere. • When I asked to exchange 100 baht for coins to use the laundry, the owner immediately refused and told me to go to 7-Eleven instead. • During breakfast, staff made us feel unwelcome. When we ordered sausages, we were told we hadn’t eaten them the day before—as if they were monitoring what we eat. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. • Another staff member even complained at me for taking the “wrong” plate to my table. If something as simple as picking up a plate is an issue, the hotel’s customer service standards are clearly lacking. Beside all of this, the pillows are really terrible, and there are heaps of mosquitoes. It was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed during our travels in Thailand, and clearly the worst. Just go stay somewhere else!
• Birgit (9/5): - Anlage im früheren Thai-Style mit dunkler Holzausstattung - sehr gemütlich, großzügig und supersauber. Das Highlight war ein offenes Thai-Haus als geräumiger, luftiger Sitzplatz zum gemütlichen gemeinsamen "Abhängen". Jim Thompson lässt grüßen, nur gibt's nicht so viel Deko. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt's aber noch einen weiteren, ebenfalls überdachten Sitzplatz mit Tisch, ebenso vor den einzelnen Wohneinheiten. Alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Für die, die für Tempelbesichtigungen noch angemessene Bekleidung brauchen oder die Sonnenbrille vergessen haben, gibt es sehr günstig - ohne Touristen-Aufschlag entsprechendes zu kaufen. Für einen ungestörten Nachtschlaf liegen Ohrenstöpsel bereit.....s.u. An einer Bettseite fehlt eine kleine Ablage und ein Leselicht. Da das Haus etwas zurückgesetzt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, kann es in den frühen Morgenstunden etwas laut werden, außerdem gibt es einige Vögel im umliegenden Garten, die sich auch nicht unbedingt an die Nachtruhe halten. Die Ohrenstöpsel sind nicht nur als Deko gedacht 😁. Ein Safe wäre vielleicht auch ganz gut.
• SIRINAN (9/5): - ที่จอดรถ ค่อนข้างเล็กและแคบ ป้ายชื่อสถานที่มีขนาดเล็กไปหน่อยสำหรับคนมาครั้งแรกอาจจะหาไม่เจอ แต่โดยรวมครั้งต่อไปจะมาพักอีกและจะพักมากกว่า 1 คืน แน่นอน
• Javier (10/5): Paz y tranquilidad a escasos metros de los templos - Qué paz!!! Estuvimos una noche para visitar los templos y la experiencia fue muy muy buena. Desde el primer momento te hacen sentir como en casa. Cuenta con un jardín y una zona de estar donde sirven el desayuno. Cama cómoda y todo limpio. Está a escasos metros de la zona de templos
• Sophie (7/5): - Super freundliches Personal, authentische Thai-Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück und "Wat Mahathat" fußläufig in 15 min erreichbar. Dreckige Handtücher und sehr laute Vögel (aber dafür gabs Ohrenstöpsel ;))
• Norman (8/5): - Nettes Personal, Frühstück war ok - Eierspeisen kann man frisch zubereiten lassen. Man muss mit Mücken aufpassen, da sich stehendes Gewässer um die Häuser herum befindet.
